Dr. Sinclair is such an amazing vet! She is so thorough and sweet, she treated my dog like her own. She explained everything to me step by step and answered all the questions I had. All of the staff were super sweet.

I just had the pleasure of introducing our third Black Labrador puppy Rikar to the Milk Creek Animal Hospital team. We’ve been clients since 2005 when we got our first Labrador Jax and again in 2006 when our second boy Gauge arrived. The entire team has always been incredible through to the end of the lives of our first two boys. Thank you Jill is sticking around to meet Rikar! Dr. Burant was exceptional (as usual). I highly recommend this clinic. You and your pets will feel like family.

We have been taking our pets to Millcreek Animal Hospital for many years and have always been very happy with the care, professionalism, and support that we have received. Our first visit was great! Dr. Burant was so sweetly taken by our kitten Skye- even after so many years in practice. He provided lots of important info while gently examining Skye & was reassuring about all our concerns. He made recommendations based on Skye’s lifestyle. The vet tech (I hope I have it right!) Julia was also so gentle with Skye. I think we made a good choice.

As always this is an awesome place that our pups enjoy visiting. Dr. Gerald is a 5 star pet person

I love the Veterinarian at Mill Creek, They always are so kind to my Fur Baby even though she is cranky!

Took my puppy in to this vet the other day. The staff were all very kind, friendly and informative. The vet was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. He was great with my puppy, she was comfortable the whole time and didn’t want to leave after!

This place has the best staff and Veterinarians. They have helped us care for our three rescue cats who were all in rough shape when we got them. Dr Sinclair was a miracle worker and helped us get our Great Dane Bailey to a happy and healthy age of 12 years old. Dr Sinclair was there when Bailey crossed the rainbow bridge and stayed with us while we said our goodbyes and cried with us. They really care here, that's what makes them special.

Dr Burant is very thorough. We have an older dog that does not do well with strangers. Because of Gerard demeanor & gentleness, our dog is not stressed throughout the examination.

The care, information, and advice I recieved for my senior dog was more than I could hope for. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Sinclair is an amazingly warm and thoughtful human. Highly recommend taking your pets in to see her.

The vets at Mill Creek have consistently shown kindness, compassion and professional expertise whenever I bring in my cat or my dog. I highly recommend this veterinary practice!

Need to book in advance due to covid-19 with wait times up to over a month, but when scheduled the staff are super helpful

Very, very positive experience. Dr. Burant was extremely thorough and I appreciated him taking as much time as he did to explain tour options and his recommendations. We are a 2 1/2 dog household (1 large male King Shepherd a long hair gsd puppy and a older pomchi)
They will all be looked after Dr Burant.

We've been taking our menagerie of furry babies here for over 5 years and have consistently been showed love and compassion (one of my dogs is a screamer), the team is incredible and we have trusted their care and advice every step of the way.

Worst Vet in the city, if you have a vehicle, drive 5 extra minutes to the Bonnie Doon Animal Hospital just off 75 street and Whyte. Customer Service and prices are 100% better than this place! Cat food is almost $10 more per bag and the people working here are rude and not helpful at all

Some of the friendliest people you will meet work here. I have been going here since I got my first puppy and have been through the hard times of having to put an animal down due to cancer. They truly care about your pets as if they were their own.

All our dogs have past and present have been very well taken care of by all the caring, fun and knowledgeable staff!

I have been taking my 8 month old kitten here for all veterinary needs including vaccines and his neuter. My parents took their beagles here for years and we have had nothing but great experiences. All of the staff and vets here are amazing but Dr. Burant stands out as an incredible and empathetic person who clearly loves animals and always explains everything you need to know about your pets health in detail. I will always feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic.

A few days ago it was suggested by one of your receptionists that we could go to another clinic. We did and found their receptionist to be far more friendly and professional.

We therefore will no longer require your services. Please cancel all future appointments.

Staff are always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. They have dealt well with the limitations imposed by the pandemic. Veterinarians, technicians and staff are unfailingly dedicated to the well-being of my pet.

Dr. Sinclair is incredibly kind and loving to our kitties. I trust she really cares about companion animals and this isn't just a job for her, which is important to me in a vet.

I don't usually post reviews, but I feel like it is surprisingly difficult to find a empathetic, caring home veterinarian in our city!

I took my kitten in for his first vaccinations. I wasn't allowed to go in and wait due to covid, which is understandable. The appointment took all of 10 minutes. I talked to the vet on the phone regarding her findings, and my goodness was she ever sweet!

I left with a kitten that wasn't traumatized by his first vet experience, and he got a brand new toy (so cute of them!).

Overall, a completely painless experience. The reception was very kind and accommodating, and the vet was an absolute dream. 10/10 would recommend.

A fantastic place! We just moved to the neighborhood and brought our new pup Sam in. Warm treatment from both the front and back staff. Dr Micheli and Sinclair have been very informative and a treat to work with.

I have 3 cats and have attended 4 vet clinics in the passed few years and I have *always* had trouble so the vet has been an extremely stressful experience for me. This clinic completely changed that and I am so thrilled to have found them! The vet I had was incredible, very clear, explained things well, and was easy to communicate with. The staff also gushed over my kitty and wouldn’t stop complimenting her, which was incredibly sweet!

I’ve been bringing my pup here for 5 years and I’m super happy with the care! The Optimum Care plan is great value! Only thing is expect to wait about 15 minutes after your appointment time before your furry friend gets taken inside. Understand Covid precautions and still more than happy to give a 5 star review but wanted to share for busy folks like myself ️

I had my fist visit with my puppy and I could not be happier. Even with COVID and not being able to go in, they called me several times during the appointment to inform me how he was doing and to explain the procedures. Very sweet staff and made the whole experience very nice. Puppy went in and out waggling his tail:).

I bought some specialized cat food for my elderly cat here. They were low on stock for what I needed, but they were very quick to get it for me (next day!)

The staff at Mill Creek Vet are friendly and caring and my animals love them! The vets take their time in making sure that I understand everything going on and that I don’t feel overwhelmed. I never feel like they are suggesting treatment that is not necessary or overly expensive. I highly suggest this vet to anyone needing their animals to see a veterinarian.

The staff care about the pets, are super friendly and understanding, and when we had to sadly put down our dog from old age complications they were so friendly and patient and it was the best possible experience. I'd recommend them to anyone with a pet.

I love the service that Dr. Lisa and the staff provide and, more importantly, so does Murdoch. We go regularly for nail trims and he's happy to go in by himself with one of the staff, tail wagging. So the covid lock door is no problem for us. For is visits with Dr. Lisa, she keeps me involved by phone and takes the time to talk though all of my concerns. The Optimum Care Plan is well worth it. I highly recommend it.

I have been bringing my dog to Mill Creek Animal Hospital for 2 years now and can't speak highly enough about it. It's always a positive experience for my dog (even when she was operated on), the staff have really created a warm and friendly environment, including all the front end staff and support technicians/assistants. We have had the pleasure of seeing all the veterinarians, and they are all caring people full of info. I highly recommend the Optimum Care Plan in the first year of your dogs life. Ginger made excellent use of all the services it includes.)

I have been taking my dog Chewy to Mill Creek since he was a puppy. All of the staff are super friendly and very professional. They always take good care of Chewy. He loves going there! I have seen several vets at Millcreek and all have been awesome. I trust them 100%, they truly care and want what is best for your pet.

Very caring, compassionate, and reliable staff and vets! Over the past 10 years we have had nothing but excellent service and care for our dogs.

They have all taken good care of my fur baby Abbie. With every issue that comes up they are loving and caring. Pedro my moms cat is 17 yrs and is having issues. They take care and check up on both pets.

We have been taking our pets here their entire lives. (3years) We love the vet and the staff is all very friendly. Carrots, the resident cat is nice too.

They did not recommend any unnecessary procedures and also calculated the calorie intake my pet should be on to lose weight. He is now at a healthy weight. The veterinarian and staff are great!

Was surprised with finding out pet insurance lapsed and only told about after appointment. Next surprise was that both my dogs had exactly the same shots at different Vets and This place charges $120 more. Just for perspective the one cost 164 and this place charged 276, so $112 difference We live and learn ️

I have been taking my dog here for years and have always received amazing service play it both the receptionist and the doctors are lovely and friendly. My dog always feels comfortable going here. I highly recommend going to the vet if you are in need of a new one

This is truly the best Animal Clinic I have ever been to, anywhere in Canada. They will get to know your animals like they are their own. The staff is so kind, so friendly and unbelievably helpful. Anytime I move away from Edmonton I am sad that my cats have to go to a different clinic, because they are top of their field, without question. Thank you for all that you do.

When the universe chose to bless me with my majestic house panther I had no idea we would be making multiple vet trips in a short period of time.that's why I'm glad Mill Creek is just across the street from us supporting pet parents in these difficult times.

Thanks to their kind demeanor I was able to send my little Stella across the street with minimal tears and worry. She has gone both times with my boyfriend but she has come home on both those occasions her usual self and not upset at all which is exactly how she is when she makes new people friends she likes. Now she is back in fighting form and doing the things she loves (running in circles, laying on the keyboard, nibbling my nose.you know.important kitten stuff)

Took Stella here today for her first shots, vet was very accomodating with our new kitten.

They were very clear on instructsions for follow up, both with deworming amd vaccination + spay we set her up on an enhanced plan.

I had joked with my Fiancé about her coming home with a lolipop, when I got stella she had a lolipop (cat toy).

So happy I was able to find such a lovely clinic in my neighbourhood. We have been twice so far for our newest kitten and Dr. Sinclair has been amazing in how she handles our kitten. I trust them completely with our fur babies and feel that they are in amazing, caring and competent hands!

Real hit or miss with this clinic. We had an emergency with our cat and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. While they have kind folks working some days, the rude people are the ones you remember.

I've been very happy with the care my cat has received here. The vets are attentive and caring. I've never had the feeling that they were trying to get more money by suggesting more tests. They've always been very clear about what the options are.

Our experience has always been positive from the first interaction with the Tech at the front desk to seeing Dr. Gerry. He's always been very pleasant, caring, thorough in all his explanations. Chichi always seems to enjoy her visits and Dr. Gerry is always wonderful with Chichi and treats us very well also and very kind. We've interacted with several of the other staff and they are very pleasant.
We can't complain about anything. Chichi is treated extremely well, all the staff are fantastic, reasonable prices and parking is available most times, wait times aren't very long, clean and happy environment.

Receptionists are pretty cold and rude, do not give you the comfortable feeling you'd expect when dealing with your pet. I'd had been going here for a bit and do love the vets, but the people working at the front desk are unbearable. These people are supposed to represent the business and make you feel at ease when your pet is injured.
I have had them be like this on several occasions, but always brushed it off, as maybe they were just having a bad day. But my recent interaction when wanting to reschedule was that they just didn't care about me as a customer.which feels awful when its regarding your dog, that means so much to you.

Caring doctors and staff. Reasonable rates. I would not go anywhere else now that I have found this vet

The staff at Mill Creek Animal Hospital are the most warm, caring and compationate bunch of people you want to meet. Over the years I have been taking my animals there, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my pet gets the best quality of care. They take time with you and your pet and give an explanation you can understand. In really bad situations they feel your pain with you. These people are an amazing group. This is my opinion from my personal experiences taking my pets there. My pets are my kids. I need real quality care for them.

Kind, patient staff. And a vet that actually wants to talk to you and chat about your animals! You can tell everyone really cares about what they do.

Their basic optimum plan is definitely worth asking about too.

Staff is always so welcome, and helpful. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, kind, and we always feel like we are getting the best care for our dog. Truly, would not bring our dog to any other clinic. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience last week with my old dog. Not pleased about the price of allergy medication but glad something finally works. Dr. B was able to fix Rex's persistent scratching before the long winter ahead. Would recommend this clinic.

Waited over an hour for a routine medication that previously only took a few minutes, and had to leave without cat getting treatment. Staff were not helpful or supportive. Will find a new clinic for future pet needs.

I Showed up on time for a routine injection for my cat, which usually takes only a few minutes. Was told that there would be a 5-10 minute delay. I waited 45 minutes, and two customers/pets who arrived after me were seen. I was eventually told (when I asked) that the clinic was dealing with an emergency situation, and that it would only be a couple more minutes. I waited another 15 minutes, asked again, and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. I was already late returning to work, so I asked if they could call the medication order to a pharmacy and I would give the medication myself. I was told that this medication could only be given in a vet clinic. I left without my cat getting their medication, and called a pet pharmacy. They said the medication did not have to be given at a clinic and could be picked up with a vet's order. The clinic did later send the order to the pharmacy on request, and I gave the medication myself without issue.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews- BUT WOW! What an incredible team of pet professionals! Dr. Sinclair was so thorough and answered my laundry list of cat questions. The front staff was friendly and helpful and my new fave buddy is Carrots! Will be returning with dog right away!

Needed a vet in Edmonton and was so happy to find this place. The vets were friendly and knowledgeable and the front desk staff helped me book appointments quickly when I needed to. Thank you from the kitties Oliver and Zoe!

I have 3 cats and bringing them here has always resulted in a positive expensive. Every veterinarian that I've seen with my fam has been able to provide great advice and info as several of them are cat owners themselves. I always leave having learned something new about my furry guys. I didn't feel they were rushing me and they took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They've always followed up with me after procedures Carrot is the bomb!

I brought my cat and my dog in to this clinic on a budget, which they made sure to make note of on my pet's files. My cat had swelling on his lip which the steroid injection they gave him did help. They definitely know what they're talking about when it comes to pet care and they were very gentle with my pets and made sure to make them as comfortable as possible. However, there were some things noted on my pet's files that were not brought up with me during the appointment. At the end of the appointment, I was told that an email would be forwarded to me that contained some dental products I could look into purchasing and an estimate for xrays on my dog's legs. This email was never sent to me. I was instructed to send an email with my cat's lip 12 days from the appointment to see if the swelling had reduced enough. I did as such and also requested the estimate I had originally asked for. The email I received back made NO mention of my cat's lip and whether the swelling had gone down and instead gave me an estimate for a $1,000 tooth extraction surgery on my cat. Excuse me? I requested my pet's files as I decided I was going to go elsewhere. Upon receiving the files and looking through, I saw that it was my DOG and not my cat, that they had a tooth concern over. So they not only failed to mention this in the appointment, but they completely mixed up my animals. If I hadn't requested those files and had just taken all of this as something that needs to be done, I'm not too sure what would have happened. But I am incredibly unimpressed with the mix-up and I feel that it really shows a lack of care towards the animals being treated.

Dr. Burant always takes the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment options, and never talks down to you. He is very patient and gentle with the animals. The rest of the staff are also extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I can't express how much gratitude I have for this place for treating my cat Happy with such patience and understanding. I will definitely be bringing him back in if need be.
