I had a very good experience with the hygienist Jaini.she did a good job and she was patient and spent enough time.she provided some useful advice as well

The clinic was good and it was easy and smooth to book an appointment and get going.

I am a new client to Millcreek Dental; the service is very good and all the employees are very knowledgeable. The dentist is very straightforward and honest and the hygienist is very effective. They are able to fit appointments in quickly and work around your schedule. Very thankful I chose them for my new dental clinic.

Have only been to this dental office a few times and while the reception staff have been extremely kind and welcoming Dr. Kanwar had never failed to be impolite and impatient. Somehow every time I’ve had service here my dental insurance ends up maxed out. Would NOT recommend.

Service is always good, super easy going staff here including the doctor who does good work.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but I think this one is long overdue I have been coming to Mill Creek Dental for years now. They are extremely professional and wonderful deal with, and I must say I have never had a better dental hygienist than Athena. Dr. Sandeep Kanwar is by far my favourite dentist I’ve ever had.he is so good at what he does and he has such a great bedside manner. He makes you feel right at ease. I highly recommend Mill Creek Dental if you’re looking for one of the best dentist in the city?

Dr. Kanwar is great at his work. Good atmosphere and friendly staff, make patient comfortable during their visit. I truly recommend Millcreek dental care.

My 8 year old felt comfortable with Dr Kanwar and experienced very minimal discomfort for his treatment, he said it was better than his last appt at a pediatric clinic (where it costed more and took months to get in). He was happy to pick his toy afterward:)

Millcreek Dental is a fantastic place because they genuinely care about your teeth. Dr. Kanwar thoroughly explained everything, including what was wrong with my teeth, and I did not feel like I was rushed. Athena was really polite and gentle to me. Grace was helpful and respectful, and she performed an excellent job. Ayesha greeted me with a smile and was welcoming. Everyone was so professional and friendly that I felt like I was part of the family the moment I walked in. The team was incredibly kind to me. I would highly suggest this dental clinic to everyone and would definitely come back.

Always vary accommodating. Very nice staff everyone is awesome. They make a real effort to make sure things are done right and the best way possible for you. I recommend checking out this place if ur looking for a new dentist

The best dentist and dental staff I have encountered in quite a while. My early dental experiences were traumatic and I usually white knuckle every appointment. Not here! Walking through the door I am greeted and made to feel that I am the appointment they have been waiting for all day. That continues through all phases of the appointment and I very much appreciate the gentleness and attention to detail that is evident throughout.
I can’t say enough about them.

I've seen a lot of dentists and hygienists in my life and Millcreek Dental is by far the best. Athena, the hygenist is so kind and gentle with her cleanings. You won't be in any discomfort. Highly recommend the staff here.

I had a sore tooth and was hesitant to get a cleaning and exam. The hygienist was very gentle and friendly and made sure to not aggravate my sore tooth. She did a full xray that was soon examined by Dentist. He looked at the x-rays and then thoroughly examined my teeth. I was fortunate my tooth was ok! He gave me some tips and reassurances and to followup if soreness persists. I was very happy with the whole experience! Highly recommend Millcreek if you are nervous and need a gentle safe place for examination or work done.

Feel like a.lifelong client every time I visit this office. I have challenges with Parkinson's disease, but Athena handled me like a pro!

I've been going to Millcreek Dental Care since I could remember and the staff there make me feel welcome. Dr. Kanwar is fantastic and I've had no problems with the fillings I've gotten at Millcreek. I have stayed with Mill Creek Dental Care for nearly 10 years. Dr Kanwar is professional and listens to my treatment preferences. Referrals to specialists when required have been successful.
Most visits involve a hygienist of course and Athena is great.

Third time going here today, and every experience so far has been great! The dental work I've had done has been quick and painless. Probably the first time I haven't dreaded going to the dentist. I highly recommend going here.

Always great. No sugar coating there (or product selling) which I really like. Will keep coming back!

Would not recommend Dr. Sandeep Kanwar he puts his patients through pain, doesn’t wait for the freezing to completely set in before he starts drilling etc.when the patient asks him to stop he will just say “almost there” and keep going. You have a lot of choices on where to get you teeth cleaned and maintained, don’t do it here!

I would like to share my experience at Millcreek Dental Care! Athena, my Dental Hygienist is phenomenal! Her professionalism, efficiency and people person skills are the best I have ever encountered in Dental Hygiene! Her knowledge, experience and genuine care

Such a friendly and comforting atmosphere. Dr. Kanwar is the best Dentist I have ever been to hands down.

They did not do my filling property.

The dr told me the filling was minor and that he purposely shaped the filling the leave a gap between the teeth.

In consultation with another dentist it was concluded that the filling was extremely deep and close to a nerve potentially creating the need for a root canal later down the line. The gap also created issues with food getting stuck and needed to be fixed.

Do not get fillings done here.

My family and I have been using Millcreek Dental Care for many years. They have always been very professional and conscientious. The equipment is top notch and integrated with current technology.
I have had various dental hygienists at the centre over the years and they have all been very gentle, patient and genuine in their work.
Dr. Kanwar is excellent with his skills, knowledge and bears deep focus on his work. Consultations and procedures are clearly explained with x-rays and graphics. His specialist referrals have been excellent as well.
Today my dental hygienist was Athena. She was gentle but thorough - a pleasant experience. Thanks Athena!

The team at Millcreek were fantastic, providing appointment flexibility and reminders. Dr Kanwar is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He explained things clearly and I felt I was in good hands through the whole process.

All of the staff and Dr. Kanwar are very friendly and it makes the experience so much better, as a new patient, I felt like I'd been going there for years. They were very helpful with preparing insurance claim forms and Athena and Dr. Kanwar were both excellent!

The hygienist is what makes the difference. 90% of my visit is with that person. In the last two years Athena at Millcreek has taken care of my dental needs and she has been thorough, professional, personal- all you can ask of someone who is in your mouth for 45 minutes. Well done Sonny (my dentist) for recruiting her. I recommend you do what you can to keep her!

The receptionist was not masked when I arrived at the office, and didn't proceed to mask up the five minutes I was there before I became uncomfortable and cancelled my appointment. They took lots of other precautions - had me sign a waiver, took my temp and others were masked.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They find multiple ways to overcharge you when it is not necessary. I have gone for a root canal and crown on a same tooth and instead of fixing everything up at once, they did the root canal only and did the crown after a few weeks, which was unnecessary. I have had to deal with a gum like substance on my tooth in the meanwhile, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the crown they placed for the molar is made of porcelain, which is usually used for front teeth as it is not as durable as other types such as PFM or zirconia crowns; I had learned this after visiting another dentist. Additionally, I got an infection on the tooth not long after the procedure and had to visit another dentist who prescribed antibiotics and suggested I receive a new root canal as the one I had was not executed properly. I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone to go there.
