Nica helped me looking for the perfect glasses that will suit me. She is so welcoming and patient making sure that I’m satisfied and happy with the glasses I have chosen. I would definitely recommend this to people I know and would 100% come back here. Jimmy helped me with my eye exam and was really helpful and answered any questions I have making sure that I’m comfortable during the whole exam.

I called this clinic as there was something in my eye really hurting me.
They got me in right away and the amazing doctor I had flipped my eyelid and took the little unknown object out.

Excellent and efficient clinic with great staff. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they kindly accommodated a last minute change. I was very impressed with Dr Champion; he was knowledgeable, and friendly and I learned a lot from chatting with him. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to this outstanding Optometry Centre for decades with Dr Gordon Hensel and his associates and my experience has been excellent. Nica went beyond the call of duty in finding the best glasses with the best value and made sure they fit very well. Her kindness, skill and service were outstanding.

This was my first experience with this Centre, and it was an amazing one. Staff at the Front Desk were courteous, helpful and professional, whether it was via email, telephone or in person. Sadly I did not catch the name of the staff who attended to me. She was super nice.
Dr. Jimmy Prince was a friendly Doctor who I bet can make any person feel at ease. He treated me well, gave me all the information I needed and answered my queries to the point. I would highly recommend this Centre and Dr. Jimmy.

Great CONTINUED customer care even after we bought our glasses there! When needed, they adjust my glasses and replace nose pads for free. But they really went the extra mile in my mind when my son dropped his glasses and scratched a lens very badly and they replaced the lens for free! We only phoned to ask if there was such a thing as lens buffing or something to make the scratches "less-worse"! So very surprised when they did not hesitate to offer a replacement! Gold standard of care with big hearts over at Millcreek! Thanks a million!

Just popped in today to book an appointment and they were able to get me in right away for an exam. Dr. Prince was extremely kind, personable and efficient. He took me through and explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I had a very pleasant experience and will be back next time I need an exam.

Etta knows how to find the style that suits your face. She does it by combining active listening and a wealth of knowledge. If you want to look great I highly recommend!

Incredible place! Everyone was so helpful and professional. I came in with broken glasses and they sorted me out with a perfect new pair at a great price within the same day, which I didn't even think was possible! Again best service I may have ever had, very happy customer.

I have been going to Millcreek Optometry for 15+ Years and I have always had a positive experience. Even as a young child, getting my first pair of glasses, I was nervous. Everyone in the clinic made me feel special and excited to choose my glasses. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me get them fitted.
Later in life, I chose to get contacts. Dr, Prince was wonderful in showing me how to put them in and how to care for them. Any trouble I had with them, he was willing to help me find a solution!
I do really appreciate the clinics Covid-19 protocols at the front door when you enter. They even use a UV light to sanitize the glasses after you try them on. The technicians are very helpful when you are looking for glasses. Overall, I would recommend Millcreek Optometry to anyone!

I have been searching for a new optometrist for a while. After reading reviews for mill creek optometry I chose them, well. AMAZING.
DR Champion was awesome. Took time to chat, didn’t feel rushed, pressured or just like another $$$.

I've been seeing Dr. Prince for about 10 years now. Very professional, experienced and always on time. I couldn't recommend him enough! Staff has always been very nice as well. Highly recommended.

Incredibly kind and patient team. Particularly good with our 4 children. Great job to all from the front counter to the doctor to the fitting specialist.

Terrible experience, the optometrist & receptionist were nothing but condescending & rude. When I went to pay for the exam & get my results, the receptionist had no idea what she was doing or talking about. She gave me 2 different results & seemed confused the whole time as if I was supposed to correct her on her own job. Nevertheless, I'll never be returning.

Very professional office. Everyone is friendly, and mindful of sanitation for all COVID requirements. My appointment was staggered so almost no one was in the waiting room. Wonderful artwork on the walls - prints of great masters. No annoying music playing - just peaceful. And free parking outside. I am so glad I found this place.

Dr Price was very informative and knowledgeable. I had the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life. I am so happy I switched optometrists to see him. Friendly and welcoming staff at this center. It was my first time getting my eyes checked in this province and every staff member that helped me was extremely pleasant. They work fast and get you what you need. Their technology is great and they did not have to blow air into my eyes as most places do. I had as lovely an experience as one can with an eye appointment.

It was a pleasant experience. They billed right away through my insurance.that saved time and money. The exam was very detailed. I didnt leave with my perscription in hand as i normally did at my previous eye exams; but was told he was ordering trials to make sure of the fit. It was a little further away than i thought.but had no trouble finding it. Great service

Extremely well run office with good staff with your long care ocular heath a prime concern. Excellent dispensary with lots of stylish frame options from conservative to flamboyant with good technical staff to properly fit and when required repair your glasses! Bravo!

Since moving to our new home in King Edward Park I needed a much closer location for my eye care.
