Millwoods Car Wash & Detailing

I accidentally paid twice and the unused funds were returned in 20-40 minutes. The staff is pleasant. The prices are normal, only the soap and water pressure is a little weak for me.

Never recommend. Do not waste your money. I was drying my car and my friend was helping with vaccum. The lady came to me and asked me to go outside and do it because there were few cars outside in a queue. I was using their facility and she asked to leave the car station. Rude behaviour.

The carwash itself is fine, it could use more mat hooks in each stall. However, our experience at this carwash was terrible.
As we were entering the carwash, the light was green and overhead door went up, however after entering we found there were no bays available. A truck started to back up out of on of the bays and we were doing our best to back up and not get hit by the truck who would not stop or hit the overhead door that was now closed behind us. We witnessed this happen a second time with two other vehicles while we were there. I will not be returning based on this experience. The overhead door should never have been opened to allow more vehicles into the carwash if no bays were available. The green light signalling people to drive in should have also been red…

It’s a great place when the machine works, had to leave to grab coins.

UPDATE it ate my change. And I didn’t have my wallet with me so I’m forced to leave with soap on on my car WILL NOT BE BACK

Best, Best, Best, that is the only word I would use to describe their services. Couple of months back I had 30$ deducted from my account but only used 6$. So basically the pre authorized amount showed as a charge and remaining 24$ never returned. I told them the whole story and without even a question they gave me 30$ back.

I really need a good vehicle detailed cleaning. I am glad I went to this place for the first time. Overall Good experience and pleased with the result. Exterior and interior plus engine wash.

Satisfied and worth the money. Gill was very attentive and cleaned any missed spots that I noticed. Definitely a good place to have detailing done.

A great place for a car wash and vacuum. Prices are reasonable and you are charged by the minute. There are lots of options including plain water, wax, soap brush and much more. I believe there are right car wash bays buy they can be filled quick.

Would’ve been a 5 star. I’ve been washing here since last summer, it was my first time trying the Triple Shine option. I don’t know why but it seems like its not spewing enough soap to coat my car. I tried it twice and it didn’t do much. It’s a great place to wash don’t get me wrong, but I wonder if this place can double check each bay settings and see if they work properly.

(It was at bay 7 that wasn’t working properly)

Don't keep up with maintance on their stuff was dripping all over me when trying to wash the car

Clean bays, equipment works well, and good minutes per dollar, 24hrs, makes this my favorite wash facility! Friendly people!

I have been going to millwoods car wash for over 2 years the stalls are always clean the ladies are all ways friendly great place to wash and detail your vehicle

Been coming since it opened. Best car wash always clean get bonuse money on your card. And very friendly.

Awesome price. They completely detailed our car. Inside and out. Our car was absolutely FILTHY. Vacuumed, shampood everything. The inside everything was spotless. Only complaint was that they kept the windows up when they cleaned them. The tops of windows weren't cleaned. Definitely an great place.

I was at the milwoods car wash today for an interior cleaning. To be honest they have done a great job on my suv in and out. Greatly appreciated the effort you have done and will definitely recommend for anyone looking for detailing their vehicles!

I was happy to find a 24hour car wash, the bays are clean and the wash pressure is great along with the other equipment in the bay. The value was decent and only ever takes a few dollars to clean my truck. If you go later you have time to dry in the bay as well, as long as no one is waiting outside, great in the winter months.

Very good car wash. It's tight but the pressure hoses are strong. Only thing I didn't like was the machine displayed a loonie and a Toonie and when I inserted a dollar I lost it kind of my fault. Other then that great car wash but being *Toonies*. I'm not sure if you can insert a loonie right after the Toonie and it will work.

It's the only place to get your car wash around Millwoods if it is cold. The mist from cold to hot air doesn't completely take over although it does happen some times.
Machines is debit capable and stuff as well as capable of using Toonies. Pressure washers plenty powerful enough to get a proper wash.
Fluids are full when I go to. Best place for a hand wash in they Millwoods location.

It was good to find a 24hr car wash open during the cold snap to wash a company vehicle. I believe I surprised a guy parked there by pulling in late at night and the place reeked of weed. My attendance helped him get started on his wash which was almost comical as he just tried to look busy. Rates seemed reasonable and you just tap a credit card for a pre=Auth to use the system. It was pretty clean inside and everything seemed to work. I needed a wash and this place provided me the service. I'd go back if required.

I'm very happy with the car detailing service. My Jeep looks like new. Very friendly staff. I have used them first time. I know now where I have to go in future. I highly recommend them.

Drove in to use the car wash. All of the lights were off. Definitely not 24/7 hours. Extremely unsafe and off-putting for anyone trying to be safe while using their services. Drove right back out.

Edit: Hello owner - Thank you for your reply. I arrived sometime between 10: 45-11: 15pm on Nov 28/21. There was also a truck inside the building who had to turn on their driving lights in order to see and continue their timed wash.

They don’t have even public washroom. I got dirt/sand in eyes during washing under/bottom of the truck I asked for washroom to wash eyes they refused to let use there washroom. I had no where to go luckily had water bottle in my truck. Don’t have public washroom, eye wash etc, minimum start with $2, bad customer service

This was the second time I went there for car detailing. In 2020 I was highly satisfied with the work of Mr. Harjeet who did an awesome detailing work in my car however this time Harjeet was not there and hence I was apprehensive and to my disappointment the detailing done my Ms. Aman was really disappointing. I had told her specifically to clean the inner side of my windshield and she used some kind of cleaner which left permanent stains on my windshield and now night driving is really cumbersome given the stains restricts view. I would not suggest this place unless there are well trained and experienced staff available to do the job. Having said that their independent wash bays are good.

Got my suv washed there on Oct. 30th. Purchased the platinum touchless wash. Got home to find it wasn't properly cleaned. Still had dirt residue on the paint. Where the front and rear wiper blade don't reach is still dirty. I even sprayed a wheel cleaner before entering the car wash but wheels are still dirty. Needs a re-wash.

After looking at various positive reviews I happened to call them for cleaning the interior of my SUV as it really needed a hand. A lady by name Amandeep guided me quiet efficiently on the pricing and after I gave business to them she made sure my expectations are met without fail.for the price she charges I would say every penny is worth the spend. Great work.

I wish I could give two reviews for their high standard of customer service. I had to edit this review because I couldn't resist myself in writing again for them. I happen to go there for my car wash and when I swiped my car wash card it displayed insufficient funds which shouldn't be the case as I have used only 10 dollars out of my 30 dollars card. I was upset and went to speak to anyone available in the office with no expectation.but to my pleasant surprise a lady by name SHARAN acknowledged my problem.looked at my transactions from the card and fixed the issue to my satisfaction.keep up the great work,

This is an Excellent car wash, well maintained and ALWAYS clean! A great loyalty program. I appreciate that they have hot water and a friendly staff. I have been washing my vehicles here since they opened and this is the only place I go to.

Its a good and clean car wash. I noticed, it's 24 hours opened now. I always use it. At very convenient place and never had to wait.

Someone broke into my vehicle and cracked fresh eggs all over the seats, steering wheel, and the vents of my dashboard. I called different interior detailing companies and Millwoods Car Wash & Detailing gave me the lowest quote and they did an amazing job! My SUV looked as good as new afterwards. Also, they have amazing staff and customer service! The lady who led the detailing/cleaning, Amandeep, was very customer-oriented! I would highly recommend this place!

Bring coins as using your card will end up costing you a lot more.can't pre set a limit and it rounds up!

Best wash looks nice business good but not money making wash why 2 dollars to start.wash supplies and soap all 35 % wage. 15 dollars taxes 25 / up how you make any money.only one ting start 3 dollars 3 minutes today
