Good evening. The experience with the personal that helped us was amazing, she told us everything about what was covered by insurance and what types of lens were good for my daughter. She was also really welcoming and pstient thank you.

Booked my husband and my appointments online a week in advance. They canceled the appointments because the doctor doesn't want to work that late. Must be nice to not have to work.

My appointment was at 3.30 pm I got there a little early no questions asked the girls took me in all went really smooth the girls know what they are doing.

My friend had a major eye injury from a sports activity a month ago. We went in and the staffs were extremely helpful and provided a consultation without an appointment that morning around 9.15. Dr. Dhaliwal did his best and referred us to a hospital for further exams. Staffs were empathetic and understanding when my friend was not able to cooperate with the exams due to his pain and dizziness from the injury. They made a follow up call to us after a few days to see how he has been doing. Appreciate the care and concern from whoever there at the front desk that morning and we are thankful to Dr. Dhaliwal as well.

All the staff were extra friendly and efficient. The Optometrist was very professional and at the same time personable. I feel confident about the health of my eyes.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr W. She took the time to explain things to me about my eyesight and why it's important to have an annual checkup!

Excellent service, great staff, thank you for not making me feel bad for not having my eyes checked in a long while. I have had the guilt trip from staff at competitors and it was refreshing to not be judged.

The front staff are great, very friendly and helpful. For such a small place they are very busy and yet very efficient. The dr that I saw was friendly, answered all of my question, and explained what she was doing. I will keep recommending this place to others. Very happy with the service and care they provide.

Yesterday, I was panicked by an episode of double vision. The Millwoods Eye Care took me in as an emergency patient and were very thorough. I was screened and tested and taken care of! I highly recommend them for your optical needs!

Dr Dhaliwal is very thorough and professional.
Rachel the tech who did my pre testing was very personable and kind.

Excellent customer service and great optometrists. The staff and doctors are very accommodating, they follow a very good procedure of checking your eyes before they give you your prescription while maintaining a good attitude. They value your time and make sure that you do not feel rushed as some places tend to make you feel like you have to rush out of there.

Have been coming for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Really great with the kids and everyone is very friendly.

I was late getting to my appointment but they fit me in. Thank you. All went well. The staff are very nice and helpful. I came in a transfer wheel chair and they got me transfer into the chairs so they could check my eyes.

I came here for a dry eye IPL treatment and they were so welcoming and caring. The IPL treatment was done with such care by Violet and Dr. Chan was also so friendly and informative. I would absolutely recommend Millwoods Eye Care for any of your eye care needs.

Dr. Sonia Heer is extremely professional: She takes time to listen and time to explain. Completely satisfied with Dr. Heer and all the support staff.

Dr. Sonia is excellent! She's professional and genuinely cares for her patients. I have a recurring eye infection that is so painful and I went to different eye doctors and was advised that it was only due to a bad luck. Dr. Sonia ran numerous extensive test and even made a referral to my family doctor to determine the underlying root cause. She also educated me on what to do in case this happens again and gave proper instructions on how to take care of my eyes. The receptionist and assistants are very polite and helpful!

I was greeted very professionally and I got in on time no long wait. I went to a new eye doctor, Sandhu who I really liked. I am glad I decided to stay at this clinic.

I had my usual eye exam and also brought my son for his first ever eye exam. All staff were welcoming and kind and we both had a great experience. My son felt so proud afterwards.
