Was told to come in early. I did and waited untill my old scheduled time. So I didn't need to go early. One dentist at a time so they are overworked which leads to poor quality of work

Don't waste your time as they think you're time is worth nothing

Also the Culligan man was dropping off some water and the blond receptionist came in the door at the same time as the Culligan man hold 2 big waters and she never held the door for him

Such a great clinic, take care of you well and make the effort to make sure you are comfortable and take care of your dental needs as well! Dr. Verma is lovely and makes me very comfortable even when getting the numbing injections which is by far the worst part. Would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone as all staff has been great!

I have been to two appointments so far and I've been welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with here has been amazing. Most importantly, I would like to really thank and would highly recommend Dr. Shivani Verma. She is the nicest and has the gentlest and lightest hands (of dentist) you could ask for. Their reminder system (text and email) are so convenient, that they make sure you don't miss your appointment. The clinic is so clean, and the assistants and hygienist are gentle when assisting. So if you need a new dentist, check this clinic out; and you would not be disappointed.

Amazing staff and Dr Verma is very gentle when handling my teeth! Kids friendly too, they make sure kids will comfortable and not forcing them.

Amazing service, friendly staff. I brought my 4nyr old with me and they gave her activities and made sure she was looked at while I got my cleaning done.

I absolutely love this dentist. I typically get a lot of anxiety before coming, but once I go in & see the happy smiling receptionist Kristen all nerves fade. They are all so welcoming & kind. I love the entire team. And Prabneek was my hygienist, she was so thorough with the cleaning & explaining how to care for my teeth, as well as answering all my questions and concerns. Dr.law is so nice & easy to ask questions, I had to go in to have a filling fixed & he did it again with so much care & I am happy to report I love this dentist for my kids too!

Dr. Verma and her staff are very patient, kind, and friendly. They all look out for the patients best overall health; not just the dental aspect.

Natasha was fantastic. I am so claustrophobic that it's super hard for me to see a dentist. Natasha did a deep clean on my teeth, and I was absolutely comfortable the entire time. I have never had this great of an experience with any other hygienist! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with this office. Dr. Law, Jher, Aman and all others are very caring, informative and patient. I love this dentistry. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over a decade but Kirsten, the front desk clerk is always kind, bright and welcoming. Dr. Law is very nice and treats me like a person not just a paycheque. I’ve had 2 root canals done here and it’s been a great experience. No pain, no issues, and they ask you if you’re comfortable, need water/suction, etc. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who gets nervous or scared about dental practices. Thank you very much, and I will always come here for my oral hygiene.

My favourite dentist office I have ever been to. Jher, Kirsten and the whole team do an amazing job of making you feel welcome and fully informed. Booking appointments is always easy and their evening appointments availability is amazing. Ive had nothing but great experiences with cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth removal and Invisalign. Dr. Law is very knowledgeable and excellent at what we does. Highly recommend you check them out!

Spencer and the rest of the family have a great experience with dr Law and Jher (Dr. Law assistant). She is so friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Always enjoyable whenever we visit the office.

Got a wisdom tooth extraction done today! It went fast, they made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had! I highly reccomend going to this Dentistry. Very professional and receptionist are friendly!

My visit at Millwoods Family Dentistry is always pleasant. Dr Law and the assistant maria is very informative with the exams and treatment plan. Kristan is always so welcoming at the front desk.

Prabneek is the best dental hygienist, she is so gentle and very thorough with the cleanings. I’ve never been so aware of my oral hygiene. I even started flossing.

The staff here always make me feel warmly welcomed, informed, and supported in my dental health. The dental hygienist that cared for me at my most recent check-up was Prabneek, and she was attentive, communicative, and highly skilled. I appreciated that she listened to each of my questions and fully addressed my concerns. She told me exactly what to expect for the visit and clearly communicated with me throughout every procedure. And my teeth have genuinely never been cleaner than after my session with her. I highly, highly recommend making this your dental clinic of choice.

Great dental clinics are hard to come by butI feel like I’ve struck gold with here. Dr law is amazing and everyone else too on their team, some of the friendliest staff you will come across. I’ve been to so many dental clinics before but this one is definitely on the top of my list!

I don't usually leave reviews, this time have to do it. Had appointments at other clinic in two weeks despite my pain, don't want to wait 2 more weeks, suffer the pain. Called in and got the appointment immediately, Supprisengly they was able to do the root canal filling rightaway. Thank you Dr. Verma to take me in tooday and release me from the pain. The entire team do a great Job, especially Dr. Verma. Thank you all. Will definitely come again.

Staff are all top notch thank you for taking me in so fast for my extraction, this is the first time i went to the dentist and expeirenced no pain, in the chair and most imortantly when paying the bill.

I get major anxiety while being at the dentist but Dr. Law and Ale do a great job at easing it. Making sure I'm comfortable the whole time and taking a break if I need it. Always leave more than happy with the work done. I'll always come back

I had two kids cleaning appointments here with Ale, and she is a great dental assistant! Overall the staff was super welcoming and kept the clinic clean and sanitized. Ale made sure that the workspace was thoroughly cleaned for each appointment. We were taken to the back for kids cleaning and had one toddler on the chair and the other close to see. She explained each tool that she was going to use and what they did and showed each child that it was her friends to help clean their teeth. It was super adorable, and Ale made myself and my children comfortable for their first-time dental visit. Both my children were happy with their cleaning and their experience. She explained to me details of my kid's teeth and the things I should be concerned about, and the things I shouldn't because they are still growing. This visit made me feel more comfortable with my children's teeth and I learnt lots from this visit and I will return for future visits. Thank you so much, Ale!

I have always been anxious about going to the dentist but Ale always make feel calm by the way she talks to me to keep me distracted. I always feel welcome by the staff. Excellent care by her team. Thank you everyone. Thank you ale!

I am not to good with the dentist. I get anxiety while sitting in the chair. Ale was there the whole way and kept me calm by putting on some music while watching a video of places to vacation. She handled my fear so well which made me feel confident in her and also Dr. Law.
Dr. Law is extremely friendly and great at his job he is calm and patient even if I move or need breaks he is patient with that.
The front desk lady Kirsten is always smiling and happy. She is friendly and welcoming. This dental office is definitely one I would recommend to friends and family due to the friendly feeling you get there. If I could give more then a 5 star I would!

Mandy who was my hygienist and dr, verma and the assistant jer and mer was the best teams I ever worked with and recommend to anyone to go there very professional and always talking to calm us down:)

Lately, I have been feeling like a "dental brat", moving from dentist office to dentist office. Whether it was due to excessive prices, subpar cleaning techniques, or grumpy receptionists, I had not been completely satisfied with any dental practice. Until now.
When I arrived at Millwoods Family Dentistry, the frontage was unassuming and a bit off-putting. But once I came in the door, I was greeted with a surprisingly warm decor and a lot of smiles from every employee.
I only had to wait 5 minutes and before I knew it, I was on the dentist's chair. Mandeep, my hygienist, had a warm and professional manner. Her hands were steady and she cleaned my teeth with very little discomfort, despite the 2 years of plaque that had developed. She was very considerate, periodically asking me if I was experiencing any pain. I was most impressed with how thorough she was, cleaning my teeth to a level I have never witnessed before.
I highly recommend this dentist practice. They will have you smiling, and you will be proud of the teeth that you put on display.

The staff is extremely friendly and they are very transparent with the course of action you will take when planning steps for treatment. My teeth feel and look amazing after my first cleaning and I am looking forward to completing all my dental work here.

Friendly staff whom are very knowledgeable.
I have had issues with teeth sensitivity and some gum recession and this was the first dentist to recommend a specialized filling.
Honestly has made the world of difference and I no longer have the sensitivity issues.
I am so happy.:)
