Sold my buddy a 2016 ford fusion, they made it out to seem perfect but the next day, engine light goes on, car struggles to start, doesnt have the right key for it so theres restrictions.failed to replace windsheild they promised to replace. Didnt even give him a full tank of gas.pathetic excuse of a company

DO NOT DEAL WITH MILLWOODS SUZUKI! If you want to be ignored after you provided money, lied to, dealt with by a sketchy salesperson and then your money stolen from you. This is your place. It is an absolute joke. There was no communication after the money was sent and once everything was cancelled, all the fees randomly appeared. If you deal with this company, make sure you know a good lawyer to get your money back once it has been stolen.

Absolutely recommend their service and professionalism. I was almost moving forward with a dealer from a shady dealership that was trying to force me to keep the car, telling me I couldn’t back out etc. Even went as far as lying about the whole situation. Kevin and Mo definitely helped me out, got me the car I wanted and streamlined the entire process. 10/10 would recommend and deal with them again. Always friendly, great experience.

We just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. Couldn’t be happier. The customer service is beyond expectation in this day & age. Will never shop anywhere else. We tell them what we are looking for and the price range and they find it for us. Last time we bought a Dodge Ram. This time a Hyundai. They don’t try to sell you something else or upsell you. You never hear of this kind of service anymore. Delivered it to us 100 km away with a full tank of gas and freshly washed! NO surprises except the good kind!

Worst service ever. They lure you with cars posted on marketplace. When you arrive they lie that they car is out for whatever reason and then try to make you to buy something else. Very dubious set of people.

Prearranged looking at a specific Jeep posted to marketplace with Jesse. No one in the building was wearing a mask, which is ironic because the jeep in question was out at the service shop getting cleaned because of “covid guidelines and we can’t have people getting sick and suing us”. Meanwhile Jesse’s desk is covered in Buckley’s and nasal decongestants. We waited about 15 minutes to be told that the jeep we were clearly looking at was not there, and that he could show us entirely different vehicle that would not tow what we needed it to.

They lie on Facebook marketplace to get you in, and try to sell you a completely different car.

Took my '09 Grand Vitara in for it's 100k check and dropped it off. I'll be picking it up on Thursday and I'll update this review after that.

I've been pleased in the past for my service appointments.

Absolutely terrible repair shop. Do not take your car to them for repair! I had to have my car towed to another shop as the ground down the axle! Removed sensors, broke off lug nuts I was working with AMVIC as we had to replace the front axle. They discriminate against women and the men in the shop were rude and disrespectful. Women do not take your car to them for repair. They will take you for a ride.
I just received a response to my review comments and now they are lying. The manager was away on holiday and my problems were handled by the 'guys' in the shop. As I said before they can say what ever they want to discredit me but do not take your Suzuki to them. Go to Westend Suzuki they are professional, courteous, and they repaired the mess that Millwood made of my car.

I've purchased a couple of different parts here and the ladies in the part service sections are great. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and are upfront about all of the pricing.

Lounis and team put so much effort making customer happy it's totally satisfaction in the end deal there's a great deal of respect from team they are committed to bringing you happiness walking in walking out with a smile got a great deal definitely be back for another unit I highly recommend stopping by my choice would be talking to Mr lounis he's a great guy.

Mike at Millwoods Suzuki found me 2 great vehicles that he didn't have in stock. I bothered this guy for a month straight, morning, noon and night. I wanted a luxury SUV and fully loaded truck. I basically wanted new vehicles at unreasonable low prices. But, he got it done.
I would have told me to pound sand after a week.

The big chain stores have nothing on this place. Buy from them, you won't regret it.
