Mina and the team did great! From the time that my parents got in touch with Mina to the time the condo sold was quick. It was on the market for 9 days and the first offer came in on the 13th day. The team helped with a bit of clean up, staged it, took amazing professional photos, and got it into the market within a couple days. He explained some new laws in Alberta and some documents my parents had to sign and walked us through everything. At the end, he suggested a couple of lawyers as my parents lawyer doesn't work with Alberta real estate. He obviously priced the condo well, and he did his research on the area. He called some of the other real estate agents that had sold in the area and was informing us of what other condos had sold for. My parents usually turn their cell phones off so they were hard to get ahold of but he was very patient with them!
Overall very positive experience. Highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure with working with Mina on three different real estate transactions, over the span of almost 2 years, so I feel we have known him for a long time. Although, he is so personable, you would feel like that on a first meet as well. But I want to point out that our review is based on many transactions over a long period, and throughout it all we have been so impressed with Mina.
He takes on every project with so much passion, and sincere interest and he always has his clients best interests at heart.
He helped us sell two properties, quickly and at the best prices and helped us find a builder to build our new home. Every step of the way he looked out for us, from negotiating up our selling price and the best selling conditions to steering us away from and towards builders that would fit our vision for our build and negotiating the best price for purchase. We got more from our sales and paid less for our purchase than we had anticipated.
And the service doesn’t stop there. He was also present with us every step of our build. He used his professional engineering background to make substantial changes to our floor plan (changes we couldn’t be happier with- like maximizing windows, creating walk through spaces, maximizing room spaces and even walking us through ideal door measurements). Any time we ran into a problem, he was there, making site visits on our behalf and brainstorming solutions (a particularly tricky closet area was saved by him too). He was our go to for everything and he took such good care of us throughout. I can’t even express how wonderful he has been, a complete life saver through every step and we owe our beautiful home to him. He has an interior designer on his team, Jamie by Design, who helped us so much with our selections. He has the full dream team.

In summary, if you want someone who has immense knowledge in this field, who will sincerely look out for you (because truthfully it is daunting and you want someone on your side), who will always be available and interested to help, who isn’t afraid to take on difficult negotiations on your behalf, and who will guide you in areas you didn’t know you needed guidance on, you want Mina on your side. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, that’s how amazing our experience with him has been.
