After checking out all the other dress stores in the mall I can safely say this one was my favourite. The staff was all super friendly and helpful.

I said yes to the dress at Mina’s today. Best bridal shop in west Edmonton mall by far. Maia was so helpful with choosing the dresses, she listened to what I was looking for in a dress to flatter my body shape and stuck within my price range. I went to every other bridal dress shop in the mall and I ended up back at Mina’s. All the ladies were so friendly and personable. I didn’t even have an appointment booked and Maia was there the whole time with me adjusting certain parts of the dress to help me envision what the dresses would look like once tailored. I appreciate her attention to detail.

My daughter said yes to the dress! Our first dress shop we visited and our last. Allia was so kind and helpful and made our whole grad dress shopping experience a breeze. We came in with no idea what we wanted and after several dresses it was decided. This is a great place to shop at.

We’ve been here for a sweet 16 dress and 2 grad dresses and the experience has been fantastic every time! Stephanie and Sam helped us find our latest perfect grad dress, but the whole Mina’s team has always been amazing to us! Cannot recommend it more for any special occasion. Mina's team, the absolute darlings that they are, were nothing short of immensely helpful and kind for our entire visit. Kay helped me find a dress that I absolutely adored within mere minutes, and she with Steph were the absolute best hypewomen I could ever ask for. I came to Mina's after going to multiple dress stores and not finding anything I liked. The moment I walked in, I was met by Kay, who was so friendly and welcoming! Bought my wedding dress here today! We didn't have an appointment, but they were so accommodating and fit us in. I forget the name of the lady who helped me, however she was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, she really made me feel comfortable and made it a great experience. They had a good selection and I actually found two dresses I loved here. I went grad shopping here recently and although there was a large selection of dresses, the staff member working that evening was very unfriendly. The store itself was poorly decorated and the change rooms were very small and dark. Although the lady working did bring dresses, she was very rude and could hardly say hello or offer any assistance. I left the store very disheartened and depressed. Every store has lots of dresses to try on but what really makes a store experience good is if the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I would not recommed this store.

We went to multiple other stores and none of them compared to this experience! The staff were so helpful patient and kind, with lots of nice dresses. The selection was unique to other stores definitely something for everyone. Hands down best dress store!

She was super helpful from the start, choosing a selection of wedding dresses that matched my taste, helping with fitting for all dresses, never kept me waiting, and was patient until I decided on the perfect dress. It was smaller than other dress places that I’ve been too, but this was something I like because it wasn’t overwhelming. I was able to find quite a few dresses I liked. Many dresses came in a large range of colours. The service was good and it went quite quickly.
