I have had many vehicles over the years that have applied ming shine and every time very satisfied with the results. It is a pleasure to do business with ming who have staff that are very professional in all areas.

Absolutely amazing. The ceramic coating saved my vehicle -i got hit by an aggressive shopping cart and it buffed right out. Big thanks to Ming Shine!

I recently purchased a unit that was suppose to have full detail, paint correction etc from the dealership. After two tries with the dealers.brought it to Ming. Taylor was exceptional to deal with and the car looks brand new which is not easy to achieve with a black car. The car was done on time and well above my expectations. I would highly recommend Ming to anyone that is passionate about their vehicle.

Taylor's customer service was amazing. I was greeting in a friendly and professional manner. We did a walk through before and after service. The service was timely, and a wonderful job was done. The Saskatchewan and Manitoba highways really took a toll on my vehicle's paint job, and I was skeptical. I will definitely be back to this location. I didn't think my Masarati could look any better until I left it in these magicians magical hands. The paint looks like glass and I know it's protected from Alberta roads and weather. Can't recommend these guys enough!

As the owner of a vehicle that is a few years old, It had some minor scratches as well as dull looking paint. Taylor and the crew at Ming Edmonton North did a great job of polishing and making the unit look much newer. They will even give you an Uber ride back and forth so you don't have to arrange your own ride.

After working out of town at a camp job, where I use my truck onsite as my office in the field.
I never worry. I just book my appointment and know when I pick up my truck it'll be like new again.

Brought my brand new GMC AT4X in for 3M and ceramic coat.
Taylor and the team at Northside Ming did a fantastic job! They noticed a problem with overspray on the truck's paint from factory. They not only fixed the problem but also communicated with the dealer themselves in regards to billing for the extra work performed.

I just had the Ceramic coating applied to my 2022 F150 Lariat and it looks better than when it was on the showroom floor. This is the 3rd vehicle they have done for me and I have been completely satisfied with the workmanship and service. My 1st vehicle I had for 10 years and when I sold it the paint still looked as good as the day I had the vehicle coated. I highly recommend Ming for your coatings and after service care.

I used Ming for Feynlab ceramic coating. Taylor went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me many tips on how to maintain the ceramic coat. Vehicle was ready when promised and quality of work was outstanding.

Ming Shine is legit. I brought in my brand-new Challenger for PPF; after the initial application wasn't quite right, they got it perfect with a follow-up visit. They took care of my uber rides as well. I'll definitely be back for regular detailing.

I had a few scratches on my car and brought it to Ming's for repair. From start to finish I was extremely satisified with not only their work, but customer service. They were friendly, cordial, and helpful with servicing my car and ordering my uber to and from the garage. I would highly recommend.

I am impressed by the Ming North Side's prompt, knowledgeable & courteous service. I'm sure the South location is probably the same, I just haven't dealt there. I was so impressed with the detail & care they took with the paint touch up & ceramic coating they did on my 1994 Supra that I had them put a ceramic coating on my 2021 Supra. Christian & Taylor are great to deal with. They were able to accommodate me on short notice for the follow up exterior washes. I am quite fussy & particular when it comes to my vehicles on who I let work on them. I mostly do my own cleaning & washing. The Ming crew shows a lot of care & respect for customers vehicles & have a lot of tips for keeping your vehicles shined up.

I have this service every year however this year. Tylor and the people that worked on my car went above and beyond making my X5 sparkle.

Fantastic service and price. I used paint pen on my car and I made it look worse, I thought it would be pretty expensive to fix it, but they were able to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable price. This is by far the highest level of service I have received for anything automotive.and they were able to do it for much less than I thought. I will definately be using them in the future and I am recommending them to all of my friends.

I just had the BEST customer service experience I have had in years thanks to Tayler at Ming Shine north. He was honest, insightful and extremely helpful. I received a timely and friendly discussion and quote on what would need to be done to fix my scrapes and dents and I will be sure to bring any future auto detailing work needed to him and Ming's.

We weren't able to resolve everything (my damage is a bit extensive so requires a body shop) but I'd much rather receive the truth and a delivery on promises made than empty promises and an under delivery of services.

Ming Shine has just done premium detail package and a minor dent repair for my car from their south side shop. The quality of the cleaning was average. However, the dent was not repaired properly. After inspection, when I told them that the dent was not repaired properly, they gave me some advise that no dent can be repaired perfectly without replacing the panel. When I asked why they didn't tell me this before repair, they brought the technician and tried to prove that the dent repair was perfect. I would not recommend Ming Shine for any type of dent repair. They should be honest about their service.

I could never say enough about Ming’s service or their products that I've used over the last 24 years! I’ve been using Ming since 1998. With that first truck (photos below are from when I sold it at 7 years old), the total count is 5 vehicles including my current, brand new, 2022 Tucson PHEV (Photos below). It's been more than 5 vehicles if you include other family and friends who were convinced when I showed them the results with my own vehicles. My current, longest, still in the family, is a 2014 Ford Escape that looks like new, and the 3M Expel is only 1 or 2 very small spots from being perfect. Photos below are of the day I took it to our daughter in August 2020.6 years old! She still has it. It still looks great. (I hope the photos posted don't get down graded in quality. Seeing is believing.) Now with the new formula Ming has, I’m expecting my new Tucson to be beautiful for a very long time. Ming all the way!

I have taken both of our vehicles there and the service is great! The quality of their work is spot on and they are always super friendly and attentive to details.

I went to them for Paint Protection film and Ceramic coating. The overall experience was excellent. I did have some minor issues as I had to change my appointment twice as my car was delayed in being shipped. Through it all the staff was polite and answered all my questions. When my car was ready they even helped me load my bike into my car in their garage as it was pouring rain outside.

This is my first time at Ming Shine and everything I can say "AMAZING JOB" Staff is very friendly and accommodating, I had great experience from start to finish with FEYNLAB CERAMIC PAINT PROTECTION, everything was done as promised and on time. Company to deal with.

Good service but hey need new guys in the shop, someone left the polisher in one spot for to long and ended up damaging my fender, they told me about this but didn't mention the spot on the door handle. Definitely will not be going back.

When looking for car detailing businesses you do a careful search looking for businesses that know their trade, years in service, quality of service and customer care. I’m fanatical about my car and out of the very few I had on my final list I selected Ming Shine. So there is where I went to get my Xpel PPC and Ceramic coating.
They did a great job on both applications as specified in the quote. What was great was that the shop manager, Will was ready to listen and answer questions. Furthermore, when I discovered a misaligned join in the Xpel, he agreed to replace the whole piece and when it was done, it was perfect. That’s customer service I look for and ready to recommend. I had my new car in for ceramic paint protection and a clear bra. I spoke with Christian to see if I could have a custom package created for my particular needs, and with no hesitation he provided a quote at an unbeatable price (I called approximately 5 other top-tier places in Edmonton, and compared against the dealership's offer). Not only was the work done ahead of schedule, the team at Ming Shine Co offered to set me up with an Uber ride to help me out while my partner was at work with our other vehicle. When I picked the car up, Will walked me through the details of what was covered and showed me exactly how perfect the clear bra was fitted. I am thrilled with the job, and am hoping that my car will be better protected for the next several years. Without a doubt I will recommend the services at Ming to my friends and colleagues (I already have).

North side location treated me very well! Will was really helpful and knew his stuff. They did complete paint correction, ceramic coating, dent removal and some Xpel film on my black 2017 silverado. It rolled out of there looking like a brand new truck.

I had valid questions to ask about their work as I had dealt with them before however this time I was told it was too big of a job to take on and was smug about it. I didn't know that is why I came down to ask all of the questions. Just wasn't good customer service

Had some scratches and paint chips from someone opening a car door into mine in a parking lot. Appt was easy to make, they set up an uber to take me home and bring me back while my car was being repaired. Scratch looks better than what they said it would and overall very happy

I've been bringing my bought new 2 year old vehicle to Ming since we first got it. Wanted to protect it right from the get go. We got paint protection, undercoating and rust protection all for the price of what a dealership charges for one service. Come back yearly for free inspections. Last year I paid them to take out a scratch and you'd never know it was there. This year they reapplied the rust proofing (no charge). They also washed my car for me this year and it was a pleasant surprise as they hadn't done that before. I don't pay for the yearly inspections so you really get great value from Ming. Life time warranty can't be beat. I heard about Ming years ago from a gal I used to work with. They've been around a long time and I can see why. Good products and excellent customer service. Amazing! My car looks brand new after they repaired some damage on my hood. They returned my car to me and it was beautifully cleaned. Super friendly and helpful. I have been a repeat customer and always happy with Ming.

Took my vette there and I was so disappointed. They were suppose to do a ceramic coat and polish the scratches out. Not done. Scratches are still there. Never took the top down to blend in the top of the trunk. The wheels not polished, the muffler tips not done, the paint around the wheel wells not done, the plastic untouched.they can talk the talk but can't walk the walk. It's a mess for the price I paid.

I brought my Kia Soul in yesterday and cannot believe how great it looks! I expected it to be cleaned and detailed, but I got more. There were a bunch of little marks on the body - now they are gone. And the way the car shines is remarkable. I'm so happy. Best birthday present ever!

Great experience working with Ming. They gave me a phenomenal holiday discount, managed to get melted wax out of the back seats of my vehicle, and cleaned the floor mats to new condition (and they were filthy). They even cleaned the glove box, my car is like new.

Took our 2012 Nissan Altima to Ming Shine North in Edmonton and we were very happy with the work they did. This was the 3rd place we have tried having a vehicle detailed in Edmonton in the past year, and Ming is the only one of the 3 we will go back to. The interior was cleaned extremely well, the carpets and upholstery were dry when we picked the car up and the service was friendly and attentive.

Very pleased with the service, expertise, and over all experience. Would recommend anyone buying a brand new vehicle to check them out before using the dealer's package. Will definitely return in the future.

Staff at Ming Shine are very friendly and accommodating. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning before work and was asked if I needed assistance getting to work (was within walking distance from work so didn't take the offer). Didn't get a chance to thank them for staying open a few minutes after closing so I could pick up my vehicle after work.

Opted for the full package so I wouldn't have to worry about the little imperfections and washing/cleaning my car often. Car is still looking incredible after a few weeks of driving through construction, rain, and snow. I'm still getting compliments by friends and family a month later, so I'd say it was well worth it! Definitely recommend Ming Shine for their detailing and protection packages!

Good at tricking customers to pay more for nothing. Products are ok but nobody uses them correctly. I can do a better job with basic mothers or mcguire's waxes and compounds. It is what it is. Go in and challenge the owner with questions and watch the true colors and professionalism go out the window.

Ming did a really good job, I had quite a few scratches that they buffed out and then did a ceramic coating. The staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend and will return in the future!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of having our vehicles tended to by the incredible staff at the 108 Street location, 5 years ago for my wife's new Buick Encore, four years for a used vehicle I had purchased and last year for one other vehicle. We are still to this day so impressed with the results. Not a day goes by when I don't sing the praises of Leo and his team and the services they supply.
We look forward every year for our follow up visits to make sure everything is in fine form. I was amazed when the used vehicle I purchased with a rather tired appearance went in for Leo and his team to work their magic came out looking like showroom condition for its 58,000 km of life.

Very happy with my experience at their south location. They did an Interior Full Detail on our old Subaru Outback, and it (almost) feels like new.

Our car is 12 years old and there are stains that will never go away, but the overall quality of the clean impressed everyone, especially our two kids, who are by far the main contributors to dirtying the car.

I found their price very reasonable, and got courteous service at both drop off and pickup.

Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the whole process this group provides. I was not over promised but they managed to over deliver! Not the cheapest but definitely get what you pay for! My black truck looks new after too many drive through washes from a previous owner!

Once you pay you are at your own. No respect for their warranty, find any execuse not to fix the mistake in the material or work preformed

The way your review is designed that you can put an answer (excuse) you like on the review with out giving the the customer the same right to reply to your answer, how fare is that? So now I have to go in again and just as if I have to add a new review.
This wasn't the first time I had a car and add a protection layer, in less than 3 weeks the film is damaged and then your excuse was it was a rock what kind of sharp knify rock cut into the protection film and instead of accepting the fact that there was a deficiency in the work or material and fix it I had to call the main office to complain and they "promised" to investigate and reply to me but no reply just as saying you deal with it, don't treat the customers as they know nothing!

Definitely worth going! Our family has been using them since the 80's and still do today. Very reasonable pricing with incredibly precise work.

Went in for undercoating. Did a good job and the price was right. Explained what they could and couldn't do. Overall, a four.
