We had an amazing time shopping at Mini Calgary! Fatih was absolutely fantastic, going the extra mile to make sure we found the perfect fit within our budget. Carmen was incredibly patient, answering all our countless questions with a smile. Needless to say, they've gained loyal customers in us.

I've always received excellent customer service and maintenance on my vehicle. While I've only had my vehicle for almost five years now, I've never experienced issues with it and the preventative work that's been offered at a price that I can afford has been phenomenal. As long as I'm in Calgary, I don't imagine myself owning anything but a MINI based on the quality of the vehicle (now that it's part of BMW) and the quality of service.

I am a new comer to Canada, and I was a little stressed about making this move, because I needed to purchase big items, and of course a car. And like everyone knows buying a car is a big deal, and you need to find someone honest and with the knowledge not only of the cars, but to where you will use the car.
I had fund that person at Mini, Mr. Arslan Fatih that not only that was very knowledgeable about the cars, but extremely patient with me, because I had a lot of questions and he answer them in a professional and kind way.
Also, the GM, Carmen was very helpful, by just giving me space and time with Mr. Arslan to talk about what car will be good for me. She even offer both of us a coffee, at one point, and that is not something that I see in business places where there is a front desk person.
Thank you both for doing an amazing job at helping me start my new life here with a full tank of gas:)

Don’t recommend this dealership at all, I’d rather and trust private sellers than this dealer cause they do know how to scam their customers, we bought a car a year ago with 45,000kms on it which we thought its gonna be the most trusted but unfortunately we got scammed with replacing engine and transmission “””twice”””” and both of them, and never felt comfortably driving it the whole year and nowadays just paying for auto loan and insurance without me driving it, again and again I don’t recommend spending a penny at their business.

Had a bit of a rough start when originally buying my mini from my salesperson, (lack of communication) but I switched to Corey who was helpful, communicative and understanding of my frustration. Carmen is was also great in helping get the situation handled. If it wasnt for them, I would have walked away from my dream car. The person who deserves the most recognition is Cameron in the service department. He has been nothing but wonderful.incredible customer service.so thank you corey and carmen, biggest thank you to cameron!

I have always been delighted with the service at Mini Calgary. My last visit included a surprise warning light as I was getting ready to leave after my appointment. They took my Mini back into the shop and fired it in less than ten minutes at no additional charge. Outstanding!

I can't say enough about the service staff of MINI Calgary! I had just arrived on a flight back from England and got into my car to a check engine light and finished power. I was 6 hours from home and I was already jetlagged. It was 3: 45 and they closed at 5. I called and a friendly lady named Arah picked up the phone and reassured me. She told me to come right in and they'd take a look. When I arrive I was greeted by Lee, very professional, friendly and offered a very tired me a cup of coffee. He immediately got to work to see what it could be and he found that my inlet turbo pipe had become disconnected. He brought Brenwyn over and they quickly reattached the pipe for me. They were amazing. I got back on the road only to have the pipe become disconnected again. Turned out it had swelled and become too loose. I drove back and by the time I got there, they were just closing up. Leo greeted me this time, was absolutely amazing, and very knowledgeable. Even though he was off the clock, he disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled the parts and ensured it was good for my journey home. The next morning I had another check engine light. Checked the pipe and it was still secure so off to MINI I went. Leo quickly got the code reader out and realized I probably needed my adaptations reset due to previous maintenance. Within 20 mins, I was on the road. Lee also told me if I had anymore issues, it could be a timing issue. He told me to drive to Edmonton and make an appointment if I had anymore problems. Made it to Edmonton and so far, so good!

I sold my Mini to them lately and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carmen was so pleasant and easy to deal with, very transparent and direct. Among all the dealers (7+) that I’ve contacted for pricing, they were the first who were able to meet my expectations without any haggling which I really appreciate. Disappointed in the service I received. I had a vehicle up for sale on Facebook market place and was approached by someone at the dealership as they said they were interested in buying the vehicle. I made an appointment to see Carmen to see what they would offer. When I came to the dealership, I was notified that Carmen was not in but would be dealing with Fatih instead. Everything up to this point went really well and everyone in the dealership was very accommodating and professional. I was told by Carmen over the phone that they would require an extra day to confirm what they would offer as they wanted to research more about the specific model of vehicle I had. I left very happy and satisfied knowing I would receive a call the next day aswell as knowing they wanted to take there time. The next day came around and I still hadn't received a call so I called before they closed and fatih informed me they were really busy and would confirm with Carmen and give me a call back before they left for the day. I did not hear back but because it was a Saturday i figured they were really busy and had no problems waiting for Monday. At this point I was being really patient but I work in the automotive industry myself and understand the importance of follow ups. I called again Monday and left a voice mail with the front reception to have either one of them call me back. Fatih called me back early Monday afternoon with an offer and was offered quite a bit lower then what I was expecting but said I would talk to my husband and call back. I told him I would follow up if my husband and I came to a decision. I called Tuesday as I wanted to accept the offer and was informed fatih was on a day off and was sent to Carmen's voice-mail. My phone call was not returned as I had also left 2 messages with front reception with my number and name. Wednesday came around and I had called again, reception told me fatih was busy and that I could leave a voice-mail on his work cell. I left a voice mail and asked to receive a call back. It is now Friday afternoon and no one has called me back. I was initially very impressed by the dealership and am now very dissatisfied.

Very disappointed with our salesman not forthcoming with information when asked also dose not answer msg’s honesty about when and how our key was shipped. As I asked for and tracking number come to find out the key was only shipped almost a week later on the day I requested this info. A number of times throughout the the sale and after blaming everything on short staff and due to Covid. As for the BMW
Questionnaire they never yes in one area so a big thumbs down for mini Calgary Will never do business with them again or recommend any one else do either

I purchased a used car here in March 2021. I first spoke with Carmen and completed the deal with Robert.

Part of buying a car is on you, dear reader! But that aside, Carmen was transparent, forthcoming, and was unique amongst every dealer I have encountered with her approach.

You'll of course be nervous and guarded, but at the end of the day you'll be best just getting to the point of what you want and if she can make it work, it will happen very easily and quickly.

Robert compliments Carmen in terms of focusing on making the whole car buying experience one that a person would look forward to repeating. He patiently worked through my many questions and challenges of the ins and outs of financing and warrantying the vehicle. I would definitely work with him again on finding the right match for my needs.

Excellent work folks! Oh, also I drove 600km to see them and they helped tremendously with the logistics of all that. Dunno if they want to do that every time, but they sure went out of their way to help me confidently and conveniently purchase a vehicle from so far away.

I found the MINI of my dreams online, but there was one problem - it was in Calgary while I reside in Toronto. I was however, quite determined to have it so I decided to contact MINI Calgary.
And.that was how my relationship with MINI Calgary began.
Needless to say, Carmen and Rob are amazing! They were great to work with. They answered all my questions about the car, the out-of-province sales caveats and delivery options to Toronto. Even though this was a remote sale and delivery, their communication was impeccable. I was kept in the loop during every step of the sales process, as if I was there in person.

Bought a used car from this dealer and all I can say is I am very pleased by the excellent service and care they take. I had an issue with the car after the sale and they had no issue fixing this problem with no charge. Don’t know to many dealers that would do that. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest dealer.

We purchased our mini about 2 years ago and met with Mike. He listened to what we were looking for and adhered his focus about the mini to what we were interested in, which is impressive. He was open and understanding when we wanted to view other vehicle brands before purchasing. He was on top of everything when we started the process to purchase, went above and beyond, and never faultered in enthusiasm for the brand.
We had to return for a chip already (because Deerfoot) and he came over just to say hi and see how we were doing.
Absolutely amazing service from everyone as well! Cody did everything right by us on the financing end.
The service department was fast and efficient and kind.

I have been back a few times since then and often meet with Ved in the service department for oil changes or check ups. He is always great, and consistent as well. He does not beat around the bush for pricing and he answers any questions I might have (sometimes there are none, sometimes there are many).

My Mini itself has had little to no problems these past two years. Sometimes I forget its been two years already and still think it's brand new.

This was a car buying experience like no other. Each person who helped me during my purchase journey has been exceptional. Fatih, Robert, and Carmen are a dream team!

I had the unfortunate experience of acquiring a rock chip on my first day driving down the Deerfoot and the service department was able to get me in within minutes of calling.

Our sales rep at the dealership was totally non-pressure, and really seemed to be concerned about our needs as car buyers. She knew we had bought a new MINI ten years prior at the same Calgary dealership, and so treated us with the respect return customers should come to expect. After all, off-the-lot new cars are about the 2nd most expensive items we will ever buy (after apartments or houses) - so the experience should be as stress-free as possible! I'm glad we worked with our salesperson.

I bought an porsche from them to be shipped to bc. Fantastic staff, especially Carmen. Super friendly and super quick to respond. Despite being in another province, it felt like I was in the show room talking to them directly. Happy with every experience from them.

Need to call for some parts 2 years after I said that I would never do business with them again. Didnt answer the first time and the second time I was told that OEM bulbs for my Mini where $300.00. HAHAHA. Not a chance. Maybe we will talk again in 4 years when Im desperate for another laugh

I can't recommend Mini Calgary and in particular Carmen and Robert Wilson enough.

Choosing my Mini Cooper and arranging it's purchase via email and phone was such an easy experience when you're dealing with people who are knowledgeable and passionate about the Mini. Every question I asked was answered along with questions I hadn't thought of.

I've had the car for ten days and I can't stop smiling because of how much fun the car is to drive, the build quality is excellent the fuel economy is excellent, the warranty is exceptional and I'm saving almost two hours a day instead of commuting on transit.
