One of the best shops I've ever been to in my life and they couldn't get any better. They will recommend what you need wether they benefit from it or not. It's hard to find trustworthy places to bring your car these days. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle to from now on. I'm dead serious. Thank you Minit Automotive.

Brought my car in on 11/01/2024 around 11am for a rubbing noise from the passenger right. They told me they could take a look within the hour and give me a call. I heard back from them and was told the issue was part of the break assembly making contact with the brake rotor. They answered all the questions I had and were very helpful overall. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in a pinch.

I have been to Minute twice. You always gamble when you submit your vehicle to a repair shop, it's the price of ignorance on my part. I have been happy with these guys both times. Quick, honest and don't try to upsell you every time you are in.

Made appointment for my jeep to be repaired after 5 weeks all they said was we are to busy with tires to look at my car. Now all I ask is how is that even rite to do that to a customer? If he was busy why not tell me he was busy I could have taken it to another place?

Called to make an appointment last week after failing an out of province inspection at InspectaCar. Broken manifold stud extraction that is sub flush in the cylinder. Told them exactly what needed to be done, and they said "Yes, of course, we can fix it". Scheduled an appointment for today, and rebooked my inspection for tomorrow to get done within 10-day window. Show up first thing this morning and he said they will look at it today, but won't get the work done. What is there to look at? !? I told you what needs to be done and it's pretty black and white. Classic move. Stud extraction is a lot of labor and very little in parts. Probably got a bunch of better jobs that pay more, and put me on the backburner. I won't recommend this business. Unprofessional in how they manage their appointments.

I was having problems with my 2016 Jeep, the battery was draining overnight. I replaced the battery myself (son came and did) but problems continued. Jeep only has 3300 km. I had a feeling it was my door locking system, but that was just a guess. I made an appointment based on reviews and the place next door that does my oil changes recommended them. I am happy I did! The service was the best I have received anywhere! Not just talking mechanics. Phone call to book was so polite, greeting me was so very polite, keeping me up to speed on progress wonderful. They provided all diagnositcs and were not 100% sure if the door locking system was the problem. (They were honest) so instead of saying we have to order this $1100 part (which they mentioned), they said lets try this first before we do that. I was not charged, I am shocked, I offered to at least pay for their time, they graciously declined. Thank you"R" (dont want to spell your name wrong), and Manager for approval of no charge. I had a really bad week, so this really made my week a bit better. I will never go anywhere else. Yes I might have to go back, if the suggestion and zero cost fix does not work, but I am more than ok with that. Thank you, thank you So very refreshing to have people/business that are exceptional at customer service and honest, dont find that often anymore

I visited them today with a potential problem. Tamara explained everything so amazingly. She checked my car and did not charge anything, because she gave me her opinion that there is no problem. I am amazed by their service and would highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service, and quite frankly excellent value for the dollar.very fair and honest. 10 stars I personally recommend this shop for your mechanical needs. Only problem, they are not open weekends.pitty.p. S. They do warranty work.

Excellent service! After a few lapses in quality from my previous shop I was referred to Minit by a friend who spoke very highly of their service - he was absolutely right. Great email and phone etiquette, fair pricing, and best of all high quality work and respect for my vehicle. I found my new shop and couldn't be happier!

Joshua and Richard were super friendly and helpful from the get go. My car was brought in right away and the problem was diagnosed very quickly. They let me in the garage to show me what was wrong, explained what needed to be done in order to fix it and gave me an honest estimate. They were nice enough to vacuum out the gunk under my cowl cover that I didn't realize had built up. Because they figured out the problem within a few minutes they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. Best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. These guys really get the meaning of customer service!

Nice guys but I won't be going back. I had my alternator replaced and a couple of months later it was acting up in about the same way. Whatever. Then my car broke down so I brought it in again and the fuel pump had to be replaced. He quoted me over $1000 for the part and labor. Told me that the part wasn't made anymore and he had to get it from the dealership. I found this odd because I drive a GMC Jimmy. I said the words, "My dad wants to know why it's so expensive. " and the price managed to drop to half the cost once he "found another part"? Skip ahead a month or so and some strange sounds were coming from the front. I opened up the hood and the power steering fluid was EMPTY. Checked the transmission fluid while under there and it was also EMPTY. There is no leak. Works better than ever. I don't get why I wasn't informed of this and I will not be back.
