I have had the privilege of starting my application for a mortgage with Minn and although I am not ready to pull the trigger on purchasing another home I have never had a better experience with a mortgage specialist. I've applied for numerous mortgages in my lifetime but lately dealing with the banks has become very onerous.

I can't say enough about how helpful Minn was helping my son in the purchase of his first home. It was like the advertisements you hear for lawyers in "car accident" situations. Rather than capitulating to every request a bank has for obtaining financing, Minn was dealing with multiple banks finding us the best rate and the bank (institution) that met our needs.

Now any mortgage broker will provide similar services, however, Minn is DEFINITELY "top drawer". Obviously a "workaholic", Minn was on top of all the details, explaining what was happening and what we needed to do, following up with us all the way, and working with our R/E agent and lawyer to make the process smooth.

From a customer service prospective Minn provides nothing short of the best. We had written multiple competing offers that had failed. When the time came to offer on our dream home Minn came through in making sure our financing had everything in line for a tight turn around with a stat holiday thrown in. From a finance perspective Minn was extremely knowledgeable and got us the most competitive rates to choose from. There was no comparison to the big 5 bank we had our previous mortgage with.
