PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. Everything you don’t want for dry cleaning is in this place. I wanted to dry clean my $2000 winter jacket. Dropped it on Tuesday and was told to pick up on the following Friday. 20 MINUTES LATER pick up time I was told that my jacket is too damaged and they will be more cautious! 20 minutes later! They said they haven’t done anything to the jacket but it looks significantly different from how it looked from when I last wore (first picture). When I went to talk about this issue, the front staff Michelle rolled her eyes and said f word! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then I talked to the owner which also said that they didn’t do anything and I was talking to my boyfriend in Korean while we were on the phone with her and she literally said “sorry I don’t speak Korean“
When it was very clear that we weren’t talking to her. That statement was totally unnecessary and rude. I left this store with no compensation and horrible customer service both from the owner and front staff.

Dissappointing customer service. The lady at the front desk spoke with sarcastic tone and rolled her eyes when taking in my clothing (I suppose she did not think I was able to see her). I understand I came in close to closing time, which would have been an inconvenience, but I do not feel such reaction was needed for service that I am paying.

Fast service, great price, and friendly staff. I dropped off a suit to be cleaned and it was done exceptionally. Even though they seemed quite busy, the service & turn around time were surprisingly quick. Would definitely recommend if you need something dry-cleaned.

I'm in a wheelchair and wasn't able to enter due to the ramp connected to the building not being level with the street sidewalk. I ask that it be addressed.

Rude service and expensive for what we had done. I believe the staff who helped us was Judy. Will not be returning.

Edit: the offer of credit is fine, but I'm not coming back. I'd gladly pay more elsewhere for staff who aren't mean to me.

I went to the front desk and was met with a very rude worker. Immediately made me want to leave. Horrible customer service.

Horrible place to get anything of value cleaned. Should have written a review awhile ago, but was just searching for a new cleaners and stumbled back to these clowns.
I used to get all my work shirts and suits cleaned here. One day I took an expensive, unique pair of jeans to get cleaned, and even pointed out the leather detail on the back pockets to confirm it wouldn’t be an issue. They assured me they would take care of them, long story short they absolutely wrecked them. I should have looked at them right then and there to confirm they were fine, but they had them all wrapped up in plastic like they cared about my jeans and I assumed they were fine. I didn’t notice until I opened them at home. They had them folded backwards (that alone confirmed they knew they wrecked them, and were trying to hide it) and the leather was completely dried out and destroyed! It was an absolute mess!
I went back and they didn’t seem to care at all. Worst place ever! Bunch of clowns. Thanks for wrecking my property and not caring, great way to show you care about your community and the people who try support you.

The ladies here are amazing! I needed a stain removed from a suit jacket before I travelled the next day and they had it done that day. Very accommodating within reason. Highly recommend

Come here all the time with everything from quilts to clothing. Great service and decent prices for dry cleaning

A tad bit on the expensive side but absolutely worth it. Clothes as clean as they were new, and really quickly. I had a shirt with a stain I did not know and needed it that day, and they got it cleaned and ironed in 3 hours!

When I picked up my jacket from them, they took my my money, handed me my jacket, and watched me leave with a stained jacket. When I came back, they refused to refund my money or acknowledge that they had done anything wrong.

Paid almost 80 bucks to clean my Canada Goose parka at this place- only had to go back three times to get them remove different and new water stains left from their cleaning. Finally got it right today, the lady with the glasses at the front desk couldn't seem to care less with her "Okay! " Not going back next year.

Have been using these guys for about a year now.every week. They have never missed a date and do a very good job. I would highly recommend them.

Just moved to the area and was pleased to see this dry cleaning business was conveniently located. Friendly staff and they got a rush job done for me this week with no problems or complaints.

I've been going to this dry cleaner for years before the name change. I'm happy to see the same staff and that they have maintained the same consistent service.
