Mint Smartwash

I really like Mint Smartwash, it really looks so good for my RAV4. The shine looks amazing! I hope that you could have more branches in Calgary. The staff are very professional. I highly recommend this carwash.

Disappointed in the car wash and their tire cleaning package. Paid for the tire package and this is how your look when you get done.

This is the only car wash I ever want to go to. I love that it also brings your car through the drying section so you don't have to awkwardly try to time it.but really, the vacuum stations and mat cleaning stations that are included in the price is what sets this car wash apart from all others.

The new car has been washed three times, and there are scratches all over it in the sun. It has to be polished. There are also a few deep scratches. The Ultimate membership subscription was canceled immediately and I don’t dare to come again.

Having only used this place once before I am still very impressed with the friendly upbeat service by all the staffing I had contact with. And I have a happy clean car!

It's okay.was impressed at first, but then realized the top monthly plan gives nothing more then the basic. Car is not super clean after a wash through, parking lot was dirty, some vacuums not working, matt machines not working to par and always one or two out of service. Not worth the price they charge, time to look elsewhere I guess

Free vacuum, towel service and floormat washing is such an amazing reason to go here! The wash is spectacular and doesn’t break the bank! The only thing I wish they added was a pressure washer for molded floormats as there’s no way to put them through the washers. Please add this and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Just want to say to the owner I was really excited to try this new experience and went to the office to get details but no one was there. Went down to see a girl and she said he was busy doing something down there. Called them to get details abd big shocker voice mail is full. Great customer service. I hope a competitor moves close to you to take your business you obviously don't deserve!

Update: I received a call from the body shop and I went there today, they tried to fix by polishing but the scratches are still visible so they recommended to paint the affected areas completely. They will send a quote to Mint Smartwash to approve it and call me if that happens.

I hesitated to write this review, but I've encountered some ongoing issues with the car wash that I feel compelled to share. My car ended up with multiple scratches from their brushes, and unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.

When the issue initially occurred, I filed an incident report and was assured that someone would reach out within five business days. However, two weeks went by without any contact, so I decided to visit the car wash in person to inquire about an update. On that visit, they once again promised that someone would get in touch. Eventually, Ester, the assistant manager, reached out and confirmed that their security cameras had indeed captured my car being scratched by their brushes. They agreed to send my car to a body shop they work with to rectify the damage. I agreed to this solution and inquired about the timeline. Ester stated that they would call me, but unfortunately, I received no such call.

In my pursuit of resolution, I made several visits to the car wash to follow up. During one of these visits, I had the opportunity to meet with Dakota, the Area Manager. She assured me that someone would reach out, but once again, no one did. Now, over a month has passed since the initial incident.

Yesterday, I decided to revisit the car wash, hoping for a change, but once again, they told me that someone would reach out. Today, I contacted Dakota, the Area Manager, and she promised to investigate the matter and provide me with an update. I received a text from her, explaining that she had spoken with Karl, the manager here in Calgary, who would contact the body shop for an update. However, despite her efforts, I received no call from the body shop. They claim that the body shop reached out and left a VM but that's not true as I received nothing. I even tried calling the body shop but no response.

While I appreciate the friendly demeanour of the staff, the lack of problem resolution is disheartening. Perhaps the car wash should consider hiring individuals who can effectively address and resolve issues. Apologies and smiles may be courteous, but they don't solve problems.

Great place to keep your vehicle lookin' good. The auto car wash does a decent job, and they have lots of vacuum stations, each with a separate compressed air nozzle to blow out the tight spaces, plus a never-ending supply of clean cloths AND a machine that washes your floor mats. My only complaint is the machine won't work with floormats with curled edges, and they do not supply any hoses as an alternative.

They offer monthly subscriptions for the auto car wash which is a great deal if you use it 4+ times per month vs paying for individual washes at most places.

My black vehicle always looks shiny and new because I wash it frequently. It’s quick and easy. The wipes are a nice touch so I clean my dash and leather during the wash.

Visited Calgary the other day from Red Deer and I have a membership so I stopped to use this wash. It was great as always!

Mint car was is a pleasure to go to. Staff are friendly and getting through the lineup is fairly quick.

Usually purchase cheapest car wash and this time I decided to do the most expensive and was soooo disappointed. Had to wash some dirt off that the car wash didn’t get and windows didn’t come fully clean either. I don’t know if it was because it was busy or employee didn’t give me the expensive wash? From now on I recommend the cheap wash as I see no difference.

Friendly helpful staff. Great hours of operation to suit most people’s schedule. Love having towel to dry off and air to get to those hard to reach places. Always very well maintained

Little pricey for what you get. Has a had time getting the back of my vehicle and it is just a small SUV.

The main wash isn’t great at cleaning your car, especially for the price - the staff are good at letting you go through again if needed but not good if you are in a hurry - very overpriced- the mat cleaners and vacuums are the best thing about this car wash as you don’t have to rush around and can take your time for no extra cost (would be 2 stars without these)

Stopped in to use the one month free coupon from Tower Chrysler on the way to the office and did not bother even with the vacuuming or the towel service…but I still bought the ultimate car wash membership hands down for the months to come. By far the best automatic wash ever. I can’t wait to take my new baby back (Grand Cherokee…not an actual baby) for the full treatment.

The best car wash in YYC! Their unlimited monthly package is a steal of a deal. Can wash your car as many times as you would like, use their vacuums, and mat washing station. They even provide clean cloths to wipe down your car!

I signed up for the monthly subscription deal right when they opened, and for the first couple of months it seemed like I was getting a decent wash and the staff were on point each time. I notice that I no longer get nearly as good a wash as I was getting initially and the brushes that clean your tires and wheels haven't worked since the fall. Today was the worst however, as I got another sub par wash and when I went to finish cleaning and drying my car there were no towels. Went into the office and there was a little hand drawn sign saying back in 5. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came and there were still no towels. I'm cancelling my subscription tomorrow if there's actually anyone working there.

Just tried this wash today, paid for single wash, think it was the cool mint level (middle level). Wash was good, loved the free vacuum, towel service and floor mat washer, pretty good deal for $18 and change

Air machines have good pressure, there's free clothes to use and the washing tunnel is pretty good

Mint Smartwash is a great place for the cleanest wash anywhere dries your vehicle on exit, mat washers are perfect, lots of powerful vacuums, and very friendly staff.

Free vacuum bays and air for your tires at the end of your wash is an excellent touch. Everytime I've been there, someone has been at the kiosk, so I don't have to touch or struggle with the interface. This automatic only car wash is the best one I've used so far in Calgary.

At first I thought this is an outdoor manual car wash place but after knowing it's actually touchless I decided to give it a try. The result is pretty good: car is nearly spotless. Free towel and mat washing is also a cherry on the!

Absolutely top-notch car wash does a beautiful job quick fast. Customer service is amazing. Everyone always has a smile on their face.

Good deal, pay 47$ a month unlimited washes and they supply drying towels and vacuums as well. Leaves some soap residue but just give it a wipe.
There is also lower monthly packages you can get.
