Mint Smartwash

This is not a touchless wash! Please avoid if you want to keep your paint job. I did love how fast it was and my vehicle was clean. But only take your old beat up cars here please.

A week ago, I washed my car from there when I parked my car for vaccum then I saw my windshield was cracked. Before car wash there was no cracked on windshield. When I reached to their staff and talked with them and showed the cracked windshield. They said that they will inform their manager and I gave some details from my side. They said our manager will reach out to you. But I haven’t received any response yet. Even I came there like almost three times and ask them about my complaint. But their staff always said our manager is not here and their staff also not communicate properly with me. I’m still waiting for their response. They should give proper training to their staff about customer services. I will not recommend and this is the worst service place.

Great service, great results! Single automatic wash is about $12 and you can finish up vacuuming and washing your floor mats yourself (at no cost). A gigantic wall mirror at the end of the assembly lane is a hit!

I didn’t mind it, I feel I could do a better job by hand. However it’s convenient and the little car I took there looked great. The vacuum has great suction. Overall it was decent. Staff was helpful would try again

This was hands down the best car wash. Being able to bring your vehicle through multiple times until it’s perfectly clean is amazing. Also their vacuums are insanely strong and easily sucked up my dogs hair. The only flaw was that their mat cleaner was no help in getting fur off rug mats. The vacuums did a decent job with the mats though.

Mint car wash is pretty good! It doesn’t seem to get the rear of my vehicle too clean unfortunately, But I don’t mind wiping it down myself with the cloths they provide! The vacuums are great! I will continue to be a mint customer!

Great exterior wash, good vacuums, May cleaning and cleaning cloths available for both internal and external use. A far better wash and deal than gas station car washes. Highly recommend!

If you live nearby one of their locations, it is definitely a good deal for the winter/snow-melt season. Washing twice a week would split the cost down to about $6 per wash for the ultimate package, which is about the cost of going to a wand wash. I have an active subscription most of the time in the winter, but not in the summer since I don’t wash frequently enough to justify the cost.
The provided cloth, mat washer, and vacuum are also a plus for those who have an extra few minutes to further clean the vehicle.

Don’t use this carwash. You will receive the scratches on your car and they won’t take any responsibility.

Love the drive through wash. Its quick and does a decent clean. Their mat cleaner is only ok. Vacuum quite good.

Mint Car wash on Argyll is great. Easy to use and prices are very competitive. Also convenient and easy in and out. I go here at least every 2 weeks and always pleased with the exterior wash.

I have really bad experience in this location. Mattew hay was really unprofessional and rude. His behaviour was not acceptable at all. I went for car wash as I regularly do. At bot I was talk to a guys regarding refund. I ask him I was supposed receive call but I didn’t receive any call he was check my profile and suddenly he jump from behind and yell at me with out knowing anything. Then he told other guy to cancel my plan great I really don’t deserve that kind of behaviour for giving business to them. I don’t expect that kind of behaviour from GM of company rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He told me I was the raising my voice what he was expecting just say okay sir I will. Definitely I will raise my if I haven’t don’t anything wrong. He should know the issue first and I was not saying anything wrong just asking nicely with other guy regarding my refund even that refund thing those guys told me that I can claim it if I want. Then I claim for refund 2 weeks ago. And told guys I have received any call that’s is Hay just jump from behind Wow really. Totally racist I feel like that. And do needful. I told him he should know how to talk to customers. He should know he get paid if we went to wash our car. I will tell all my friends and family to cancel there plan with them. I am paying money every month for get insults.

I just washed my car this morning it nice and shine and they have free towel service free vacuuming free mat wash I would give 5 stars well done guys:)

this is too bad. I liked the service and the idea of a monthly program. The nice young lady just kinda shrugged and said that it happens to black cars…

Other than the foam pads damaging the paint on my ride, the wash wasn’t bad. What ever “ceramic” they put in added a nice shine to the rest of the vehicle. It did miss a couple spots on the back but I’m sure if i chose to rewash it would have fixed that.

10/10 do not recommend this car wash to anyone

The vacuum literally pulled the bug gaurd off my car and it broke in half. I had to wait till the wash finished, park, and walk to an office to find an attendant, to ask for the piece that fell off. Was told my card was already bad condition before the wash. However, this answer seems like a common response upon reviewing other comments. However, this is not correct. Especially, since, attendants did not see it happen. Additionally, they did not give any warning before purchasing the wash. I feel as if I should have been reimbursed for the damage and the wash. However, the incident was brushed off by staff.

The young man who greeted us this afternoon was very welcoming and pleasant. He explained everything about the wash. And he did say we could swing through again if we felt the wash missed something etc. The wash was great. Our truck looked very nice. We will be back again.

Very poor customer service and my car backside always remain dirty after wash. I complaint so many times but they do not care.
