I was visiting Calgary when I had issues with a broken exhaust pipe on my car before leaving. I took it to Minute Muffler on 32nd Ave NE and was greeted by Alexa and Jody who were friendly and helpful. Alexa made a big effort to get my car in to be fixed so that I could make the 7-hour drive home before dark. She cared about my situation and provided excellent service. I don't live in Calgary, but this shop was recommended to me and it was definitely worth the drive! After having an unexpected emergency with my car's exhaust, they were able to fit me as soon as I was available to come down to Calgary. They were able to fix my exhaust issue quickly, and even diagnosed a separate issue, at a price that fit my budget. Both the people at the front desk, as well as the mechanic that I spoke to, were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Going to the mechanic with an older car isn't usually a pleasant experience, but these guys were amazing and I truly cannot recommend them enough!

Great service at this place. Moe was highly attentive, and Fanny took the time to explain my car's issues to me in full. The biggest one was a leaky emissions pipe, and erosion around the catalytic converter- which were fixed in less time than expected. You can tell these guys really care about what they do.

They were super helpful, efficient and quick! I ended up paying 300$ less than I would’ve and it was done within a couple hours! Big thanks to them

Very impressed with the service. Had multiple issues with my exhaust and they got me in quickly! The service was fairly priced, the staff were friendly and the work was completed faster than we expected!

Do NOT ever go to this shop. They gave me an appointment and I arrived right on time for a 5 minute check on my car, they let me wait for over 45 minutes because the mechanic was busy working on another vehicle. He went in and lifted my car, and I started my stopwatch, after 5 minutes I saw him and other mechanics flocking out of the shop to push a car, 15 minutes later (i.e, total time was 20 min.) Judy said they checked my car and confirmed what the problem was, nothing in the engine bay, just lifted it up and saw the strut leaking. JUDY gave me a bill of over $150 and over $6 for shop supplies! Why? She said one hour labour; to confirm that they're CONS, I asked for the repair estimates and there we go, THREE TIMES the time that a DIYer would take to do this job! So, it's always THREE TIMES the actual man hour. And what about the shop supplies? They supplied nothing! Unless, they considered the invoice. I paid what she asked but I swear Judy and her shop will never ever taste neither my money nor my friends' money. And if you want to go and try them yourself, if this is not SWINDLING, WHAT IS IT?

Cat stolen, and these guys got me in the day I called, and did a great job at a very good price. Thanks guys!

I brought in my 2017 Sierra 1500 that had a custom dual exhaust that was leaking so badly, had to be replaced completely. Minute Muffler were able to get scheduled in within a couple days and built me a new custom Dual Exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers in a day and half. Truck sounds amazing now! Thank you soo much.

They did some exhaust work for me and i didn't like the sounds of it so i ask to get a different muffler installed and im gonna pay for it i dont want them to do it for free and i never heard from them again sorry but thats just bad business I don't like to call over and over again and wait for them to call me back and never get a call back I'll take my money somewhere else

I went to minute Muffler to get a pipe extension for my daily driver. They were happy to help with what I wanted and when I changed my mind about something with the pipe they didn't even think twice before getting to work on what I asked. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend getting work done here.

I had plugged catalytic converter that was giving me grief, to the point I was essentially stranded.

I gave these guys a call, they gave me a quote (which was exactly what I paid in the end) and I said alright!

My schedule is awful, and it was impossible for me to show up during business hours. However, they accommodated me in every way!

They fixed my problem first thing in the morning, made drop off, pick up and payment as easy as it could be, were friendly and professional the entire time, and now the car runs like a dream!

Did my custom exhaust on the 535. I'm absolutely speechless. It's perfect in ever way. So happy with their quality of bents, welds, fitment. Never seen good quality workmanship like this place.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to book me an appointment. They were also quick to finish the job, which frankly, may of been the source of the problem.
There was an issue with the installation of my resonator that really shouldn't of happened. But, with that said, they were apologetic and immediately got my car in to fix the mistake and all is well now.
Given how well they handled the mistake, Id recommend their services to others.

They are very well priced for a muffler shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is easy to find and has loads of parking available. There is even a gas station, pub, Tim Hortons and liquor store in the same strip mall so definitely something to do while you wait lol! Will use these guys again in the future.

I was recommended to take my car to this place by multiple people and I am glad I did! They booked me in way quicker than I anticipated, they touched base with me within an hour of dropping my vehicle off with pictures to support what they needed to do, and was updated an hour later that it was done. We dropped my daughter's car off for an inspection on the exhaust system. They had an estimate done in minutes and the price was very good, so we went ahead with the repair of the exhaustt parts and replacement of a faulty sensor. The work was done quickly, about an hour or so and her car is nice and quiet now. The two ladies working the front desk were very friendly and knew their jobs really well and didn't seem to slow down working the whole time we waited. I will definitely come back for my next repairs.

One of the best honest shops in town. Brother and sister run it and they are passionate about the work they do. Been using them for 2 years, my father has been using them for 4 years and brother for 4 yrs. Zero issues with them! In fact when we tried a different garage due to a friend owning it, we got a second opinion from minute muffler and they saved us a whopping $1,200ish dollars!

Gary, Oliver and Jade went above and beyond with my aftermarket exhaust. I would recommend everyone to get their work done here.

The staff was very helpful. My car sounds a lot better and looks great too. Gary tucked the exhaust up under the car so it it is no longer scraping over bumps on the road. One part was still in good condition, so he reused it when he could have easily told me to buy a new piece. The final cost was lower than the estimate.

Brought my truck in for an emergency fix.my Borla atak cat back broke in half on my f150. They had me in the next morning, and repaired the exhaust plus they fixed how low it hangs, overall they done it better than how it come from Borla, the price was great and the guy at the front desk was awesome to deal with. Highly recommended.

Stick to mufflers! Had a control arm replaced at this shop. Two bolts that secure it to the frame/chassis were not tightened down. This resulted in about a year of front end problems that they could not diagnose. Finally had a proper mechanic determine the issue, and with literally seconds of work tightening down the bolts, the problem was solved. However, not after having to buy new tires and replace the same control arm - both of which were damaged as a result of forgetting to tighten down two bolts. Never Again!

I was recommended to go here to get work done by Ravi from my normal mechanic as he believed they had a cheaper alternative for my exhaust leak. The front desk lady was very nice and the work was quick and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure to do business here thank you.

Phoned them on Monday and told Jade about my exhaust problem on my 2007 Toyota Matrix. She offered 2 Pm on Tuesday but with the forecast for snow, asked for Wed afternoon. She offered it for 2: 30 pm which was fine for me. Not long after I arrived, they hoisted up the vehicle while we went to the nearby Tims for a coffee. About 20 mins later she phoned to say it would
cost $92.16 to secure the loose exhaust and for a couple of parts and would be done in half an hour. I said go ahead and maybe 20 mins later, the car was good to go! Very pleased with Jade, Jody and the gentleman working behind the counter. The car felt like new. Thanks for a job well done and the excellent service.

I am thorougly impressed with the quality of the service I got today. Immedietly when I walked in the shop I was welcomed as a friend and the conversation I had with everybody felt like a bunch of friends talking about cars and having a good time. I went there for a custom exhaust job and I couldn't be happier with the job that these guys have done for me. The price was unbeatable and the service was amazing. It took less than 2 hours for everything to be done. They have a wide selection of exhaust tips to choose from and they will let you see how it will look on your car before actually installing them. They will also work with you to decide what kind of exhaust system will suite your vehicle. Ryan at the front desk is supper friendly and welcoming and answered any and all questions I had. And Ravi's dad, Pops, is also supper friendly, kind and funny. Thank you guys so much for the work today! I want to say thank you to the team at minute muffler.
I have had service there on 3 occasions over the last 2 years. I thought I would spend some time outlining the type of work that I had done and what my experience / observations are:

1) Had new brakes put in my e-class. I was impressed as this job is a bit complicated as the car has an electronic braking system (SBC) which needs to be disabled prior to removing and putting on the brakes.
2) Had resonator put back in on a Volvo wagon that I used to own.
3) Had the brakes flushed on an Audi Q7 today. In addition to flushing, they also removed some solid residue which had started to develop in the brake resorvoir. The brakes feel much more responsive.

What I observe about this workshop is that they listen to their customers, their seems to be an attitude of wanting to improve / learn, they are fair in their pricing, and honest with their customers. Going to car mechanics competes with going to the dentist as one of life's most uncomfortable experiences. As a customer, you are always worried about the integrity of the work, how they are going to treat your vehicle (some mechanics make your car all dirty and all sorts of new stains show up) and also the bill that will be waiting for you at the end. I must say that the team at minute muffler are trustworthy and minimise the stress associated with taking the car for service. I hope I don't need them for a long time if my cars behave but I would be happy to re-connect if need be.

The only area where I think they can improve is by offering their customers a shuttle service. Perhaps they already do and I don't know about it. Some other mechanic shops have a corporate agreement with uber, and this allows for customers to have an alternate means of transport once they drop their cars off. An arrangement like that is always icing on the cake.

The best muffler shop hands down, they have the best prices and true best work so happy with the results of my muffler fix these guys are top notch.

I've been to a lot of shops, and I can hands-down say this is the best out of them all. Competitive prices and the best service you can get in the entire city. If you don't have a "go to" shop yet, this is the one. Plus they have the friendliest staff.
