I went in for a gluten free sandwich and I asked them to make sure no meat touches it. I really appreciate the fact that they respectfully took my preference into consideration and ensured hands were washed and made my sandwich in a clean area. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Cheers!

Very busy, very hot, staff very friendly, sandwich was unbelievable how good it was as was the ginger molasses cookie

If you want cookie cutter, grease from a fryer, everything’s the same type of fast- this isn’t the place.
If you want homemade, unique, and still quick service give this little hideaway cafe a stop. Their menu is eclectic. They take some old lunch favourites and make them into something with a twist. I had an egg salad. Tastes like moms. The portion size was massive! So happy I didn’t get the soup. As soon as you walk in you smell homemade bread, goodies and the soups as well as coffee.
I had a hibiscus raspberry lemonade. Was exceptional. Not too sweet and not too tart.
It was raining so I had to eat at home but when weather is nice they have seating outside. That would be my only critique. Not a lot of room inside for many people and no choice to ‘dine in’ if weather is bad.
The young staff were polite, friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure speaking with them all.

Really nice small, cozy and homely place. The staff work well together like a family. The menu is nice with variety.
Could add some more vegetarian or vegan options.

Mitchell's is an absolute staple of Fort McMurray. Best sandwich in town by far.

I spent two years in fort mac, and by far this is my favorite thing.like i had relationships, a wonderful career, but mitchell’s was the peak.keep doing the immeasurably important work that you do mitchell

Great place to get a coffee and treat. Thier sandwiches are the best with such great fresh ingredients.

The most delicious, unique bread. EVER! If you are in town, absolutely visit Mitchell's. They have soup, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, treats, and so much more. If it's nice out, you can sit outside on their deck.
