My pedicure experience at mlux spa was excellent! The employees made me feel welcome as soon as I entered. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting,  with soothing music and a tidy,  relaxing atmosphere.

Before finding MLux I would just go to any random nail salon. After my first appointment at MLux I knew I would be a regular.

Atmosphere and staff are top notch.
Selection of services is great.
4 of us went for pedis & manis and had a lot of fun.
Only problem- our cuticles were not pushed back on toes or fingernails. Next time I’ll ask to make sure this is done.

I had such a great experience here! My son treated me to a mani and pedi. My nail tech was Elly and I loved her. She talked with me throughout the whole time and I loved it as I’m a chatty person! My nails look wonderful and my feet are soft like a baby’s. I will absolutely return. Elly has a client forever!

They are quick, Jade was great at my powder nails and Shelia was the bomb on my toes. Recommend this place for sure

My friend and I went for pedicures. The chemical smell was overwhelming. I don't think their venting system was turned on or maybe properly installed. The benches to sit on for pedicures were quite uncomfortable and close to other people. Although they appear to bit set up for massage, the bench just vibrates. For the price, it was not worthwhile. The pedicure itself was just okay in quality. I won't be making a return visit.

I came here last week for the first time ever and I’m super disappointed. I paid over $100 including tip for nails that look like they were done by a beginner. They are super thick and uneven. Staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean but I will not be coming back.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. Nails are chunky, the shaping is horrible. Lady who did my nails stood up every 10 minutes to go to something else. The other lady doing my sisters nails would harshly pull her hand towards her.

I never review places I go to but please save yourself some money! Expensive and terrible service.

The reality that this was my first time getting my nails done made it an even more memorable experience. They were quite sweet, caring, and patient with me, and they took the time to explain the process to me in great detail. I'm going to be a regular customer henceforth:)

Not enough positive things can be said about MLux Spa! It is impossible to find better care and attention to detail anywhere else, and their gel manicures are the longest lasting I have ever had! The environment is warm and welcoming, and the firm takes COVID regulations and hygiene extremely seriously, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and well-cared for. This is a nice spot to pamper yourself and have beautiful nails for several weeks to come.

The service at this salon has always been wonderful, and I've been going there to get my brows threaded since last year. This results in precisely formed brows since Elly is quite attentive about what she does.

My visit to this salon was fantastic! I adore the hybrid lashes she created because they keep my eyes from appearing too dark while adding just enough lashes to make them pop naturally. Following that, the eyebrow technician was fantastic and really knowledgeable. I'm very glad I came here to take care of my beauty needs prior to my vacation.

This is the most excellent pedicure salon. The salon is spotless, and they utilized liner in their pedicure bowls, which is a nice touch. The staff was quite polite, and I would recommend them to anybody seeking a pedicure.

I stopped in for an eyebrow threading when I was in the area a few days ago. It was astounding! When Elly was finished, she handed me the mirror so I could examine my brows, and WOW, I have never seen them so nicely formed! She spent her time preparing them for their arrival. I'm certain I'll return whenever I'm in the area!

Had a mani/pedi with gel polish. The polish started chipping off my fingernails after 2 days. Did not last long at all.

It was a group pedicure that I came here for, and they were absolutely excellent and on time. There is also a bar where you may get beverages. This is without a doubt the greatest nail salon in Red Deer that they have established. Eloisa has done an excellent job.

I had my acrylic nails done at Mlux, and I really adore them. All of my friends inquired as to where I had it done and complimented them.

I highly recommend go to this nail salon in the Red Deer! The quality is greater than any other salon I've seen in Red Deer, and the service is excellent. They provide a variety of spa packages for pedicures, all of which are affordable pricing. The items they utilize are also of high quality, which is another plus.

Without a doubt, the most exquisite manicure and pedicure. Eloisa takes her time and treats each nail individually, resulting in flawless results. I've paid comparable prices at other places however the quality is way less than this place. I was blown away by how picture-perfect these nails are. Additionally, the products she uses are superior.

Nail artist are really good at nail design and have lots of choices and ideas. But like everywhere in Canada they have limited time per client, so something has to be sacrificed, but still, way better then some salons where they can't even apply a striker or glitter

I got a gel pedicure as well as a touch-up on an unattractive nail that was on the verge of falling out. I wasn't sure they could fix it, but they did an excellent job! The staff is polite, and the employee who served me has outstanding customer service abilities and a knack for making you giggle. Very enjoyable, peaceful, and content with my job.

I make a point of stopping at this salon every time I'm in Red Deer to have my feet pampered. Throughout the process, they were kind and respectful of others. The trip was a fantastic learning opportunity for us. I would recommend it to anybody 1000/10.

I am new to Alberta and I have found my nail salon. My first visit to MLux …. And I’m totally impressed. There were 6 of us who went together today and all the staff were amazing! My tech was Eloise and she is my new nail gurl! My feet feel great and look beautiful. My ‘natural nails’ are smokin’ I am soooo in love with what Eloise did with them! A work of art right on my fingers She is very talented and should be very proud of herself!

I scheduled an appointment at another location, after sitting and waiting 45 minutes over my scheduled appointment, I stepped out. I scheduled a pedicure for my mother and myself at Mlux for the following day and was exceedingly pleased with the outcome. Everything was on time. I will be back again.

First time here! My nails turned out exactly like the reference photo I showed. My mom and I also got a pedicure and it turned out wonderful for the both of us. Everyone was super friendly, will definitely be back:)

I came in for a facial and left feeling quite pleased with the results of my treatment. It takes a few days for me to become fully aware of my better skin. I would recommend it to anyone who desires better skin.

I’ve came here a few times and was never happy but decided to give it one more chance. Once again I am not happy at all with my experience here. I always end up waiting even though I make an appointment to prevent this. No one acknowledges you when you arrive. The customer service isn’t great, very unfriendly nail techs. The quality of the work is poor, I went in for a fill and solid colour, the shape is atrocious and the polish is already ruined on one nail. Each nail is a different thickness, shape and the tips and underneath are all jagged. Not to mention I was highly over charged for a fill because I had two broken nails that had to be fixed. I definitely won’t be giving them another chance AGAIN.

Jen takes care of my nails, and she is wonderful to have. With regards to designs, she is really talented.

My mom and I went here for Mother's Day pedicures. It was very busy. Everyone was friendly and nice atmosphere. The only complaint I might have is that the bench chairs you sit on are very straight up and down, so not very comfortable on my back. Otherwise it was very good. I had Sheila do my pedicure and my mom had Megan do hers. They were both awesome. Sheila gave a great leg/foot massage and my toes look so nice. I'm ready for my cruise.

I've seen Vivi for a facial, microneedling and other spa services. So gentle and informative during the process, and friendly from the moment you walk in the door! I always love the look and feel of my skin when I leave. I highly recommend Vivi!
