M&M Food Market

Bought 5 items, the lobster Mac and cheese was tasteless. The lobster skewers were less than a mouth full but tasty. And the potato skins were not up their usual high standards.

Went to return there terrible cookie ice cream sandwiches. The box stated that if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to the store for refund. The manager agrued with me about that they don't do refunds while there products state otherwise. Manager was disrespectful and said that you can't just return product just because you don't like it. Manager finally gave refund after arguing and said I'll only do it this time. Other people I know have been refunded for products they don't like from M&M's. This manager doesn't care about customer service.

Awesome place. The last time I was there a week or so ago they had the best person working there i have ever met.

The lady with the short silver gelled hair was amazing! Had a wonderful conversation with her and she answered all of your questions about air fryers.love m&m’s food but my 5 stars is for her

My husband and I went to M&M Meats on Taylor Drive we waited outside until two people came out of the store then it was our turn to go in, they only allowed three people in at a time because of covid, my husband was looking for something else as I placed my products onto the counter the lady told my husband he had to leave because somebody else wanted to come in and I said this was unfair were not finished shopping.my husband left the store, not being able to finish shopping. After waiting our turn we were rushed out for no good reason. This is very poor management.

I'd give zero stars if I could! Tried to take myself and my two young daughters into the store today and the employee asked me to have one of my kids remove themselves and sit outside in the vehicle! PLANdemic or not, policy of two customers or not, my children should not ever be asked to wait outside on a hot day in a vehicle! Shame on this store for not understand what physical distancing is when it comes to shopping. If there already was another customer in the building, respectively I would have waited, but to remove a child. Idiot!

Good selection of easy make meals. Some are kind of bland but can add some spice if you want only reason I did not give 5 stars is some thing are kind of expensive for what you get.

Great food but so expensive it cost 22$ for one meal pakege so that 100 worth of food in 4 days that's a little bit much.

Since change of management this store has gone downhill. They've blocked all the coolers meaning you need help for almost everything in the store. That might not sound too bad but it sure doesn't when theirs 5 people in the store and two people sitting there at the till.

The owner went out of his way to help me. Excellent customer service like this will give you repeat customers. Thank you
