Hello my name is Luc, my story with MNP is a good one. I was going through a hard year with little work coming in and was living off my visa and credit line, I hade them both maxed out and no income to pay th and the bank wouldn't help me at all. I just kept slippimg further down and was now scared I'd loose it all. So thats when MNP came in and took care of it all got me back on track with low payments and no interest. Its been 2 years I still don't have a credit card or loans and work is up and down but without tje massive debt I had on me I manage to get by very well I am grateful for the help of MNP.

I'M ACTUALLY VERY RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING ON TOP OF MY FINANCIAL ENDEVOURS. I HAD IT ALL FIGURED OUT ON MY TIME FRAME TO CLEAN UP LOOSE ENDS SO TO SPEAK. EVERYTHING FELL APART WHEN ALL THE YEARS OF TRYING TO LIVE UP TO MY NAME AS A GO GETTER KEPT PUTTING ME ON THE OPERATING TABLE. OPERATION AFTER OPERATION TRYING TO KEEP ME IN THE GAME FINALLY TOOK IT'S TOLL. GOING TO A DEBT HELP PLACE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY FAMILY, YOU KNOW, THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE YOU AND CAN SEE THE FRUSTRATION. I GOT AN APPOINTMENT WITH MNP IN LEDUC, BEFORE THIS COVID THING SO I ACTUALLY HAD TO MEET FACE TO FACE. I COWBOYED UP PULLED UP TO THEIR OFFICE, SCARED IS THE LEAST HOW I FELT, LIKE HOW YOU FEEL WHEN YOU WALK INTO A COURT HOUSE. I MUMBLED HI AND SAT DOWN, THEN ANN Z CAME OUT WAVED ME TO HER OFFICE, I'M FEELING SUBDUED GAVE HER ALL THE THE ITINERARY I HAD FILLED OUT PRIOR. DON'T REMEMBER WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT TO THE EXACT WORD BUT SHE MELTED ALL MY APPREHENSION, IT WAS LESS SURREAL. THE FEELING OF NOT BEING IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE IS NEW AND SCARY. NOW I'M COUNTING ON SOMEONE WHOM I JUST MET TO HAVE MY BACK, IN A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE ARE TRYING TO TAKE FROM YOU. SHE EVEN SHOWED CONCERN ABOUT THE CONDITION MY BACK WAS IN, ANYHOW I LEFT FEELING A CERTAIN HAPPINESS ABOUT THIS ROAD I TOOK. EVERYONE THAT IS AFFILIATED WITH MNP GO BEYOND THEIR PAY GRADE TO HELP PEOPLE LIKE ME WITH THEIR FINANCIAL WOES. I HAVE TO MENTION THE 2 COUNSELERS LEAH G, SHANNON M, WERE VERY COURTEOUS WHEN DOING OUR PHONE SESSIONS. RADDANZ H TOOK THE TIME TO WISH ME A GOOD WEEKEND, WHO DOES THAT. I CAME TO THE OFFICE LIKE A SCARED RABBIT, WALKED OUT WITH A SMILE AND I'M FEELING LIKE I STUMBLED BUT I HAD HELP STANDING UP AGAIN.

The staff are very accommodating and very professional. Well knowledgeable about our situation and finding solutions that fit in our budget that we could afford. The process was smooth and easy for us to follow. I learned a lot, especially during our counselling. Definitely will recommend MNP.
