Very helpful when it came to finding the best solution. They were able to reduce our debt by 75%. Our debt was over $100k due to frequent job loss, and cost of inflation. We had not gambled, drank, smoked etc or gone on any vacations. We lived in a small townhouse. They were always kind and understanding when I had a million question. I would highly recommend.

I file a bankruptcy in 2019 first they made a mistake by not adding my one account from telus and now they are making me to pay since i already pay for they bankruptcy for 9 months they also took my all GST cheque and my text returned which was more then 2600 dollars and second year they again took my tex return they screw me over i suggest everyone not to go with them they are a fraud and i am going to sue them biggest lier

MNP was able to help me solve my debt issues. There were very friendly, and very informative. I highly recommend talking to them if you are having debt troubles.

No matter who you are or what you’re going through sometimes an ex can ruin your financial situation and you don’t know how to resolve it and you don’t feel comfortable asking family! I asked for help in May 2021, when I realized that I was being controlled by my debts. They helped me immediately, giving me options for a solution. Once I made the decision, they were respectful and never treated me like I was in any way, a bad person for getting into the debts I had. In July I was moving, I contacted them, and they helped with relief of my monthly payment, and we made arrangements to cover it over a few months. Very understanding and professional to deal with. I did all my meetings online and over the phone. Thank you all for your much needed services. Keep up the good work!

MNP helped me work through one of the most difficult situations of my life. I took a high interest loan with a finance company and eventually could not keep up with the payments. The finance company would not work with me and ended up taking me to court. MNP helped me navigate the situation, showed me and explained clearly what my options were and provided me with education to help me move forward. Outside of thier actual function, the staff were caring, reassuring and there was no feeling of judgement. I highly recommend MNP. I came to a place in my life this year where I couldn't pay the bills anymore, no matter how I tried. I contacted MNP and avoided the phone calls I kept getting about my past due bills. Andrea talked me through the paperwork and helped me as much as she could. I told her of a couple of companies that just continually called. She was amazing and called them and had all the unwanted calls stopped. We didn't have to declare bankruptcy, instead we did a consumer proposal. We felt we needed to pay these bills but not to the point where we couldn't afford to eat. It took me a long time to get through the process, but only because I have depression and would get fog brain after a bit. My consultant helped me each day until I finally got through it all. I am now done and am looking forward to the future and being debt free. I love not getting those harassing phone calls and appreciate that they are still getting paid, and I am still able to afford to live. We have even completed our first budgeting class, over the phone, and in January will be done our second budgeting class. After that, I just need to be sure the payments are made. The payments are so manageable so we know we can afford them! Life is looking up.

We are trustees for a family member who suffered a major brain injury. She wasn't managing her finances before so we had to set up quickly to get her matters in order. MNP answered all of questions in general before we obtained our court order and once we received it they walked us through every step along the way. I highly recommend MNP. My situation was that I was laid off and recently separated. I will say that the staff were very empathetic, we worked together to find the best solution for me. This was a long process due to my circumstances but at every turn they were supporting me by providing me with all the information so that I was able to make an educated decision based on my circumstances, all the while being non judgmental and supportive. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

Not what I expected. I was told different things, didn’t get responses etc. They used a lot of excuses for not having things done, very poor. I would not recommend my trustee. My requirements were all done and on time. I cannot say the same. Bankruptcy is hard enough. Did not feel supported or informed. Wish I had gone elsewhere now in hindsight

I highly recommend MNP Ltd, the staff are knowledgeable and approachable. They helped me through a time that was both financially and emotionally difficult for me. Helping me in a way that made it all understandable and not so overwhelming, and in doing so making it not so scary and yet financially doable. Wanted to add it was Vicky Samuels who helped me specifically, but I had contact with a couple of associates for questions when Vicky was in meetings and unavailable to respond right away.
