Mobil 1 Auto Service & Lube Express Medicine Hat

My 2006 Honda Ridgeline oil change was $68 all in. In 2023 thats as fair as I've found so far. Was speedy, clean and professoonal too.

Had an oil change for my ram 3500 diesel. Paid a total of 211.55 for a fully synthetic oil change+ filter.

The staff are friendly and efficient.have been taking my vehicles here for 7 or 8 years and have always had great service

Had an issue with my car where nothing was working right and they did an awesome job fixing it and for a reasonable price.

This was the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop! After getting no help or follow up for the other store I went to about my tires (I have a smart car) I was reluctant to reach out to another place but these guys were amazing! I believe the original person I talked to was Ralph and he was super kind and told me he would look into pricing and call me back, I didn't hear anything same day so I called the following day and a different guy helped me but actually knew who I was and had Ralph call me back right after lunch! They ordered my tires and I had them here in no time! When we went in to get them changed over the entire crew was nice and fun to joke around with while they did their work! Fast, friendly and efficient I will absolutely be back!

Honest, friendly, and incredible service - you don't run into this very often, and these folks have it all. While on a cross-country trip from east to west, we shredded part of the interior wheel well, as well as the oil pan cover. We found Mobil 1 Auto service - it was about an hour drive away. They spent about an hour fixing the problem using zip-ties (since ordering replacement parts wasn't an option). When I asked them how much - they said "nothing - don't worry about it - it's just a bunch of zip-ties". Needless to say, on our return trip back east, we stopped for an oil change.just because. Told about 50 people about them too.

Came here when I first arrived in Medicine Hat for an out of province inspection and Kyle was super friendly and super informative. Decided to come back to get my oil changed and battery replaced. Service was great and speedy again. Prices are fair and even a bit cheaper than I expected. Will definitely be going back for any of my service needs. Highly recommend.

Ralph and his team are absolutely awesome. We were on our way back to Calgary from Cypress Hills on the evening of Wednesday, May 18th when the alternator in our 1987 Dodge Ram cargo van died. We took it to Mobil 1 and Ralph was able to source a new alternator and have it installed and ready to roll by 11: 15 on Friday. Warmest thanks to Ralph and his team for their knowledgeable, friendly, super-efficient service!

Awesome place to take your vehicle to, no matter what the job, they always remember a customer and get the job done in a timely manner without charging you through the nose.

Quick easy service done. System they use eliminates mistakes as they do a verbal check between workers to ensure safety for themselves and your vehicle wont leave without oil or an oil plug.

Ralph serviced our check engine light quickly and had us back on the road right away. The pit crew was super friendly, the break room had cold water and watermelon which was great with kids. 10/10 I would service my vehicle at this shop again.

All around great experience, I brought my mercury in, they gave me a quote and broke it down explaining all the costs to me, when it needed more work John called me personally and explained to me the problem and how they would fix it, took about a week they work at a great pace got the car back and it’s running better then ever. 10/10 would definitely recommend going there there also one of the more reasonable priced shops in town they don’t charge a arm and leg.

Services are very thorough, unlike other shops, where they often forget details, like checking your tire pressure. Also, they never try to up-sell you with stuff you don't need.

Very fast and efficient. Pay a little more than the cheap guys in town, but I have more faith in these guys! As a single Mom I need to know what is going on with my vehicle and if there are any suspicious signs, and these guys communicate all potential problems with me and don't pressure me into spending more than I need to.

Had everything I needed and made my day by completing work on my wife’s car while we ate lunch. She was dropped off after lunchtime and spent a few minutes in a friendly atmosphere while the work wrapped up. Always nice to deal at such a happy place with competent people!

Mobil One provided great service. They took the time to answer my questions and gave me honest suggestions. Because I brought my van in for multiple problems, I appreciated the list of safety priorities they provided for me. I will definitely continue going to this location for all my vehicle needs.
