They have a camera down below so you can watch the process under the car. Watched them spin on the new filter and drain plug with the dirty oil still pouring out. Terrible.

These guys are amazing, never have I had a wait time. You drive and and They get right to business.
Today I was asked if I would like a coffee, water or cappuccino while I wait for the oil change. They are also offering free car washes, (thru a business in rd, only a few mins down the road) within seven days of any oil change with them.
There’s also a tv placed on the wall In Front of your car therefor you can watch the tech under your vehicle.

This winter I even stopped in to ask why my car was making a banging noise and they were happy to check it out for me without charging me a dime, which was extremely appreciated as most car repairs aren’t cheap this actually turned into what my dealership was going to cost my upwards of $1200 not including a diagnostic. Which after only several mins of looking they knew exactly what was wrong, which only resulted in one part needing to be ordered and replaced for under $200.
These guys saved me a ton of money for only a few seconds of their time!

Customer service is and professional.

Mobil 1 did an oil change for me yesterday and it was so quick and convenient for me it was a drop in no appointment needed service. All the employees were helpful and professional. The customer service is incredible. After the service they give you a detailed report of everything and discuss it with you. Prices are better than what the dealership offered me. I’ll keep coming back to Mobil 1!

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Total lack of professionalism and accountability. I brought my truck here and on top of rude staff, ripping me off with overpriced upsells, they damaged my brand new truck with what should have been a simple job. I had oil leaking all over my truck and drive way, and when I got back to my city the Ford dealer said the faulty work this shop did caused $5k in damages that I am now on the hook for.

Total lack of professionalism and accountability from the owner Chad Raymont, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Excellent service, friendly technicians and open Sunday! We were in town on a road trip from the Yukon and stopped here for an oil change after having a hard time finding somewhere open on a Sunday. The techs were very thorough and you can even watch them while they work on a live feed television. They put in extra effort to make sure our ride home was comfortable and safe. Best oil change experience I've had in a long time!

I drove in parked and the guys went right to work on my oil change. Seth, Tanner and a third young man were great very professional, explained everything to me. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

I'm so used to getting terrible service in our world today, Mobil1 was a very pleasant surprise. This team went above and beyond any expectations I have for oil changes. I don’t generally like going for oil changes but I will be coming here from now on. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Got an oil change, new windshield wipers, the guys even zip tied up some bits that were rattling under my car (it’s a beater and the bottom is rusting out). Checked tires gave me a coffee and the final bill was a lot lower than I expected. Drove away happy. Thank you!
