Mobil 1 Lube Express Dufferin

Service side was very good but I was unable to use a Mobil 1 gift card. I was told they didn't accept them there as they were a franchise. I don't really care. If you are Mobil 1 facility all the same offers should be available. They also indicated that they were not connected to the system that tracks maintenance so it would not show on Carfax. Never had that happen before. Won't see me again.

I was in and out in less then 20min. All professionals were so kind! I am never going to another lube shop again. Thanks for the help today! Fastest oil change of my life. I was sure to tell the community FB pages because others need to know about this best kept secret.

Amazing service in and out. They mentioned a very subtle leak on 3 year old car coming from the transfer case. I took it to the dealer and all is fixed and good now. An easy warranty item that we would have never known until something worse probably happened. They’ve got my business now.

We called ahead of time, we were told to no appointment needed showed up first thing in the morning only to be turned away! While 3 ppl sit around on their butts. This location maintains all of our company vehicles. The service technicians are Knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had to wait to get into a bay. Highly recommend

Giving two stars only because of the price.
Service is ok, nothing special - same as in other express oil change shops. But the price is through the roof!
Before going to them i checked their pricing on their website - it says “Synthetic oil package” - $107.99. PACKAGE to me sounds like filter and labor included, but surprise
surprise- package consists only of oil. I ended up paying ~$152, which to me sounds like a bit too much.
With my other vehicle I’m doing oil changes in South Trail Nissan, which cost me ~$100 - oil, filter, labor and even carwash included in this price.
Don’t see why Mobil1 should cost $50 more

Sure, all vehicles are different, mine is pretty standard needs 4.6l of oil and filter that costs $18 in auto parts store.
The problem is that you’re misleading clients on your pricing policy. Can you please name the model of the vehicle for which oil change will cost exactly $107.99 at your shop?

No waiting @ 9 am on a Friday. Quick in, quick out.
Fair pricing on services that they show you need but not pushy.

Fantastic! Incredibly honest, informative and respectful. This is the place to go! I was under the impression that my oil was in desperate need of a change as per my car notification. They could have easily changed my oil and I'd have paid and gone on with my evening. They checked the records and checked my oil and it wasn't needed, turns out I'm 1500 (!) Km early but my car told me I was at 0%. And that system was a bIIIt off LOL. Thank you for your honesty, information and not just taking easy money and advantage of my situation.

Superfast and had no wait time they were very thorough. You guys are great that were working in the shop.
