Got My iphone 14 pro max back done they did a pritty good and with in few hours. Prabh helped me was very polite and got resonable price. I would recommend everyone to visit them for any phone repairs.

DON'T GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! I originally wanted to go to CellXpress, but it was closed. So I looked at the reviews for here, and they were a hit or miss, so I decided to take my chances because I work in the mall, and it was convenient. I went in to get my cracked screen fixed for $178. The screen for the new replacement was thick, but I didn't mind because it was fixed. Then the entire backing of the phone started to come apart, and when I brought it back, the associate was disrespectful af. He said that they don't use glue to put it together? And that it was either dropped or a manufacturer problem. I didn't drop it, nor was it coming apart prior to my visit. The person I was with commented to the associate that they had to take it apart to put the screen on and after hearing all this that they wouldn't bring their phone there, and the associate went off saying repeatedly that I could sue them. My friend asked what could be done, and he said he could change the screen for $100 bucks. Which makes zero sense. They claimed they did nothing wrong and offered no real solutions.

Absolutely Worst quality service, They changed my broken s22 with a cheap quality screen, and I paid $250. I didn't drop my phone this cheap fake screen. Stop working for no apparent reason in the first week.then I took it back to the store since I have one year warranties. After 10 min argument, they told me that they can't do anything for me.definitely, this guys shouldn't be in business. It's the worst place ever pls. Avoid this place

I just wanted to get a quote for 2 cracked screens. They were very quick to ask what I was looking for and had a quote for both very quickly. I haven't gotten around to other repair shops to compare but I will update if I do. I'm considering doing the screen replacement myself

The worst customer service the quality of product they use is garbage once you pay they won't fix it they're telling me to buy new one the screen protector they use garbage

Tonight I took in my phone with a severely broken screen. They replaced my screen and suggested a new heavy-duty case and screen protector all in under one hour. They were so friendly and an immediate greeting when entering the store. Took great care of me and will be going back again for any future phone issues.
