5 stars for these guys! I needed an OtterBox phone case and asked for a pink one. The guy kindly found me their last pink one that was $65. He also offered a screen protector for $25 but will knock it down to $20 for me. Answered all our questions and very friendly service. Professionalism at its best!

I came for my screen protector, Harman explained all the types of screens that will be suitable for my phone, he also gave me a good deal. Now my phone is protected. Thank you Harman for your good customer service.

I was having a lot of trouble moving stuff from my old phone to my new phone. I came here and they did it for me in no time.

Hammerproof screen protector is highly recommended as their replacement policy is very good.

One of the worst places I've ever had my phone screen fixed. Initially I was told an hour to an hour-and-a-half wait, however after 2 hours it still wasn't ready. At this point it was close to closing time, when I was informed I needed to come back the next day.
The sales representative was having issues with a lady when I walked in to retrieve my phone. Definitely could feel the tension between the two.
So after my two hours of waiting, mr. Sales representative tells me that the lady insisted her phone get done before mine (although I was in line and there before her). So he worked on her phone so she could have it and I had to wait until 1 in the afternoon the next day to get my phone. Which I use for work.
He gave me a $20 discount for my troubles LOL
Just to fix my phone screen it cost me 170 the initial quote was 190 definitely not worth it

She was in the phone, I asked her if they have mobile cover for A51 she said, "we Don't have. " as she is pretty sure. I told her, my sister came and checked already as they have that's why I came to buy, I push her to check finally she found, but she was talking in the phone even i asked her she was not interested as she was talking in Indian language, and laughing loudly I left the store without buying. The worst customer service even.

I got my screen protector done here last year, but the protector started peeling off and had to get it redone. Since it's been quite sometime now I remember they mentioned that it cost $$ to replace it (which I dont initially remember when I went to the counter).
I told the guy in the counter that I need a replacement, the guy gave me a price ($25) which I thought is the price of replacement so I agreed.

After I made a payment, the guy said "next time you need a replacement it's only $10".

I felt ripped off since I remember that was they said last year too but I didn't get that price. I don't like dealing with dishonest people, I'm doing my replacement now why not charge me the right amount.

Took a samsung s10 plus in to get front and back covers replaced.
They charged almost 400 dollars.
When I got the phone back the camera will not work. I took back to them. They told me that it was damaged from when the cover got broken. The camera was working before. I ask why they didn't call me before replacing front and back? The guy just said sorry and gave my phone back. I could have bought a new phone instead of pay these guys. I do not recommend these guys

Horrible service. Sold me a warranty only to not honour it when I came in with the receipt to claim warranty. Asked for the manager and was told he was away and it was against their policy to give his name. Not to mention the guy in the store waving his fingers in my face and telling me no repeatedly when I tried to speak with him.

I got my screen protector replaced in a matter of a few minutes. It was part of a lifetime Warrenty on the one I purchased over a year ago. They charge you $10.00 for their time to replace it. They last over a year which I thought was very good. I've had some real loser screen protectors in past years where you get overcharged and need to purchase another one to replace it. Not here, you pay once and good for the life of your phone. Although when I get a different phone that's when I'll have to pay for another one based on it'll be a different style. But overall it's worth it.

My screen had to be replaced. Harmen went above and beyond to replace my screen.it took a good week to fix because apparently my 2020 phone is old and it was difficult to find the perfect fit. Harmen did a beautiful job! He was professional, kind and patient. Thank you sincerely.

Took three weeks before I called to ask if they were able to find a battery for my phone. Once I called to find out what was going on, once I had spoken to them I found out they had given up on looking for a battery and failed to let me know even after I had paid in full for them to bring one in. If I wouldn't have called to find out what was happening they would have never let me know they gaven up looking and pocketed my money.

Just payed 73 bucks for a new screen protector I think they definitely over charge me.well not go again nor recommend them.

If there were negative star I will glady put negative stars at all. I bought Prepaid phone Monday August 29 then I charged it at night then middle of the next day the phone was low battery with touching it even putting a sim card on it never happened. I came to the store to change it. It's cleary stated there no refund only exchanged which I totally understand. When I was there the proclaimed manager said there was no extra phone like I what bought and he can't give me any phone I said but then I need the phone tonight. He wants me to wait for how many days to have a new phone.he was so disrepectuful knowing I am a preganant lady. This guy doesn't really know the word customer service. He kept on pointing his finger on me. Such a shame on this guy on being so disrespectful to me as a preganant lady.

Clean.they didnt have the wallet I was looking for.and clerk was busy at counter with his head down.dont recommend.

Brought my phone in and it was a simple fix and he didn't charge me. Great guy, really appreciate it. Will come back in the future.

Over priced they charge 250 + tax for a Samsung s20 fe I got another quote in the same mall 180 definitely don't recommend these guys shop around before coming here

Zero Stars, had my tablet screen fix here and when i got the tablet back it was missing the sim card.phoned to inquire about it and he was extremely rude said they wouldnt lose my sim card told me it was my fault for not checking right away.i know for a fact, that there was a sim card in that tablet when it went in to get repaired.tablet took two weeks to get repaired and they never even bothered to phone to tell me the tablet was repaired either, i had to come in to check.also the tablet came back really unresponsive and slow.i dont know what they did but stay away from this scam store

It is best place where you can find cases for most Samsung phones. We can regularly find iPhone cases very easily, but Samsung always has a hassle. I went there for my Samsung note 9 screen replacement. The quote for screen replacement was very deal breaker and on top of the service they offered me a free screen protector. Very friendly staff while dealing with customers.

Syed is a mobile phone God. I had a Android bug and he conquered it. Very pleased, if I have any other issues I know where and who to turn to.

This are very experienced and I was really impressed with their work they did on my phone. I highly recommend people to come try them.
