Great experience in this Samsung's Authorized Service/repair store. Prince and Gul helped me to get my phone fixed in back to brand new condition. Took a while to get my phone back but it was worth it. Highly recommended for any phones under warranty!

Needed the screen replaced on my Samsung flip phone, which had stopped working. Samsung support said it would be faster to take it to Mobile Klinik than send it in to Samsung. Unfortunately, the parts were backordered so I had to wait a couple weeks. But when I took the phone in, the staff at Mobile Klinik did a fantastic job.

The factory-applied screen protector had lifted off where the screen folds, and in the process of trying to troubleshoot the screen issue I had removed the screen protector to see if it was contributing to the issue. Turns out that removing it voids the warranty, although Samsung's documentation only said they strongly recommend it not be removed. Not impressed with Samsung about that part!

The Mobile Klinik staff warned me when I dropped the phone off that Samsung might not honour the warranty as a result. But when I picked the phone up after the repairs, they said that they had done the repairs in good faith.they were hoping Samsung will honour the warranty when they send the faulty screen in, but if not then they would be the ones out the money instead of me. In my opinion, that's going above and beyond!

The only negative part of my experience was trying to get through to the store by phone. Every time I called, it went straight to a voicemail that says the account isn't able to accept any more messages. Was never once able to get through by phone, no matter what time I tried calling. I live an hour outside the city, so I would have preferred to check in advance if they had the parts in stock, etc. But luckily it worked out in the end, and the exceptional service was enough that I decided not to drop to 4 stars for the issue reaching them by phone.

Not very professional at all. Had phone fixed here and they never even called to tell me it was repaired and ready for pickup. Also when phoning there to confirm my phone was ready they answered the call as if it was there home and not a place of business. Wouldn't recommend these clowns.

They got my phone all fixed and ready to trade in with Telus! My phone was being kind of finicky and took a while to come back, but that wasn't their fault at all. I'll definitely be back for future repairs!

This store found a warranty I had so didn't infact fix my phone, but I was recommend to this store and he was very helpful and Polite. If my phone breaks again and I don't have warranty I will be sure to go here. Thanx again Mobil Klinik.

I came in on a Sunday, a bit distraught over someone spilling some pop on my samsung s7 edge. It was loaded with my life of info and specs and work - could not be replaced. It was going crazy, opening and closing apps. Would not shut off no matter what, and getting very warm. The chap there was calm and attentive and took a look at it, eventually saying it needed a full reset, thus killing all my life's info and apps. I refused to do it, basically begging him to open it up, to let me clean the mess with alcohol spray, then to close it back up for me. He finally agreed when I said am more than willing to pay the 70 an hour. So, opening it up, HE took it apart, cleaned the pop out with tissue and alchohol for me, saying that was a great idea I gave him. When time to pay, he kindly said don't worry. I offered to give him money but he refused, so I basically made him take the $20-25 bucks in my wallet. Kudos to this chap big time for that was easily a $140 bill for sure - my phone is back to normal, only one app got ruined and was gonna kill it anyway. Some people do have a heart.

Amazing customer service. I had accidentally locked my phone, my husband and I went to them to get assistance. They reset my phone and did not charge us there service charges

I got a screen protector installed from Mobile Klinik. Ammar was the technician that helped me. He was very humble and an expert in his skills. Excellent customer service. The only downside it that the screen protector was a bit on the expensive side which was $40. But it has a lifetime warranty and I was told that I can get it replaced whenever it is worn out for $10.

Suruchi helped me to get my phone fixed. I wasn't charged anything as it was a minor issue.

Had a nice experience getting my I pad repaired. They usually don’t repair the model I had but they made an exception for me and repaired my I pad. Huge shoutout to the Incredible Manager.

I met this gentleman Amandeep (Manager) at the store and found him very polite and well behaved. Actually my phone was shattered because I smashed my phone on the floor 3 times in anger. Since the impact was huge in way that most samsung store said nope for the repair and even asked me more than double of the amount which could come with a risk. I was totally hopeless because data retrieval was not even possible as per red deer samsung store. Finally I came to this store and these people are like FLAWLESS EXCELLENT EXPERT, resolved my problem in few minutes. Gave me an excellent offer on repair as well as customer FAQ handling was amazing.

I personally recommend people if you have complex problems related to phone, please refer to this guy.

I had broken my screen in my new Samsung only days after buying it. Having the warranty protection I was covered for next to nothing. It was recommended I see the guys at the mobile klinik in sunrise mall. They were terrific to deal with. Patient, friendly professionals that went out of their way to help. I would recommend them any day! The phone actually looks better after the repair then before I broke it. Top notch service. Thank you for your help.

Best customer service i have ever experienced at a cellphone repair shop. Jas and Aman were a great help. They professionally troubleshooted my S10+ and even though the repair was under warranty they made it very easy and fast. Within an hour and a half i had my phone back.

Went here to try and sell my old iPhone. Before going, I went to their site and did an online quote, so I knew what I was getting. But the people here try and lowball you, giving you much less than what was offered online.

I would not recommend this company and suggest selling privately before selling here.

I am very satisfied to Mobile Klinik for the fast repair of my Samsung Galaxy A 50.
My cp was locked up the whole night for reason I'm not aware of. Early morning I was in their place to have my phone repaired. The guys in the klinik were so accomodating to me. The lady who attended to my phone was so fast in repairing my phone. So professional she was. In a matter of less than 10 mins she handed to me my phone.
So I'm so happy now. Thank you Mobile Klinik.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My mother's phone froze and wouldn't turn on, and one of the workers immediately fixed it. Best thing is, he didn't charge us! I recommend this shop to anyone who wants kind, quick and professional service. At least that was my experience.

Real professionals - Samsung & LG official authorised dealer. Every step of my phone's screen repair was done meticulously. They used original parts from Samsung unlike others who buys from eBay or Amazon, tests your phone before handing it over to you, & give you warranty. Lifetime warranty for screen damage & 2 years for water etc. I have tried ifix before landing in here, & found their service worth the money. Try them & you wouldn't be disappointed.

Had my phone fixed here about a month ago. Working great. Looks like new. Phone was run over by car so front screen and back glass was broken on S10. The parts were at market mall and sunridge mall so they drove them from market mall to sunridge so I could get it fixed. I called one day and had my phone back by the afternoon the next day. Great service and repair. Samsung certified repairs so price was competitive to places I called. Thank you!

They were Great in helping my friend who is not very tech savvy in fixing her problem with her LG phone which mysteriously locked her out, and neither her provider nor LG themselves could fully help her beyond telling her the phone would have to simply be wiped in order to restire it's use. However, here they were able to very quickly and easily help her in a way where her important things were not actually lost, which was fantastic and in this instance they didn't even ask for payment at all for this amazing help! A Very Hearty Thank You to them!

I came to ask about my iphone x which is not charging.telling them that im looking to replace it but the technician name jass check it first without saying any amount yet and found out that it was just cause by dirty pins.he cleaned it and never ask for any cost.good service and honest people i would say.highly reccomended for trust and service.

Waited about 15 minutes while the guy behind the counter had an extended conversation with a male customer. Two other men to the side of me waiting for their phones. When he finally comes over to me he argues with me that I should have gone to a different branch, which my insurance did not allow. Then he tells me it won't be ready until the next day and someone else, who was working with another customer would help me he had to go. He then goes over and talks to the other male customers. Not a place I would ever go again. If you have to go there, take a man with you if you want service.

I totally recommend this place to get your cellphone fix or repair I almost get rip by other places they said fix cellphones, and if wouldn't be for this guys I'll be ending paid lot of money for something that isn't necessary to be fix on my cellphone thumbs up for your honesty and professionalism and best part I wasn't charge and got out whit my cellphone functionally working from their place.
