Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Calgary SE

Staff was really friendly, and the gentleman I spoke with at the front counter was open about being new and unsure if they were able to fix my tablet. He called his supervisor who informed us that they could but the part took a few days to arrive. After dropping it off, they called me in half an hour, saying that it was working for them, and the issue I had was likely from the software update from a few days prior. They didn't charge me anything and showed me how to fix the problem myself should it happen again.

They are really honest to the customers. I just asked them how much the replacement of charging port of my iphone but they checked and cleaned it only by free. They didn’t charge me for anything. It is worth it to go here for repairs.

Came with a with a phone that I thought was done for because it had been splashed with salt water. These guys diagnosed the phone and said the phone need a new screen or to buy one, we decided to buy a new one, as we were waiting for the data transfer the phone technician was able to fix the problem and saved us $600! Very helpful and great service

Not many people are willing to spend their time when there is no money on it. I explained the situation to the technician what i am struggling with over a few weeks. I have spoken to the Samsung support multiple times over hours and there was nothing they can do except, they send me to this nice person. Thank you Samsung support.

Edwin is the best! Brought my samsung s22Ultra there because the phone suddenly stop charging and giving a warning of overheating.with his knowledge and the lady with him they found what's the culprit. Damaged motherboard due to excess overheating. Got a new motherboard and phone is working properly fine now. Trusthworthy people and knowledgable

The service and staff was amazing. Took the time to look at my phone and get it working and didn’t even charge me for a simple fix.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, quick service. I’m very appreciative that they had my iPhone X screen in stock and it only took them 20 minutes to replace.

Extremely happy with the know how of the staff and the level of service they are able to provide for the prices they charge. I have not the vaguest idea how they do what they do, but they are exceptional at it. Couldn't be happier.

Repair was done super quick. It was pricy, but that’s to be expected with phone screens. I don’t think it was any more than I would have paid elsewhere.

Connor is probably my favourite repair guy out of all the klinik locations. He's always been above and beyond accommodating from day one (I've broken my screen alot), over the phone and in person. Working through asurion has been a nightmare, and he made things way more bearable. Super solid personable guy and I've enjoyed the side conversations I've had with him too. I didn't ever feel like there was that dumb customer-employee dynamic, just a guy who wanted to help. I appreciate that so much as I have awful social anxiety. He's excellent at what he does and I've never had a faulty repair from him. I went to sunridge once and my zoom and keyboard got screwy, and they're also just terrible at answering the phone or getting back to you on orders.
I recommend this place and Connor to everyone. Keep up the good work!

My phone wasn't charging properly, so I took it in thinking it required a new charger port. The Technion cleaned it out, as it was plugged with years of dirt and debris. He worked on it for ten minutes and didn’t charge a penny! Great service. Wow, I was very impressed! Thank-you!

We were extremely impressed both by the service and quality of the cell phone repair we recieved at Mobile Klinik. The repair was top notch and performed by certified and knowledgeable technicians and the customer service was amazing as well. The repair and customer service we recieved far exceeded that other repair services, including Samsung themselves, that we have uses in the past. We would highly recommend Mobile Klinik.

I recently had a andriod tablet fail due to water damage, the crew at mobile klinik where able to transfer the data to a new andriod tablet. Saving hours of time gathering apps etc. Great job. I recommend these guys! THX CS.

I got referrals from Chinook Center Mall these folks went over and above with help. My phone screen came in wrong they just gave me a liner phone told me they would mail mine back to BC. Thanks Rob and Sami.

The most useless bunch of techs. Do not deal with these guys. False information, very unprofessional and they are not up to date with phones. Garbage services

Took my phone in to find out in a short time that it was expensive to fix. So picked one from the rebuilt shelf, same model and ready to go. The owner was polite and quick to get me fixed up and running. Definitely be back if I have any other phone related issues!

Fixed my phone had a manufacturer defect! And didn't take very long at all and good customer service although I don't agree with some of the companies policies, there owned by telus and are a samsung authorized company they still need proof of purchase from telus so not being able to look that up on there end sets them up for failure. Other then that fixed really good and friendly staff

Replaced the battery in my phone for a reasonable price and very quickly too. Only took about an hour. Would recommend.

Great service! My Samsung A71 didn't work anymore (black screen). Panic: (Edwin fixed it in no time. Tip: don't buy a Samsung in the A series, it happens often apparently. Phone is only a few months old.

My iPhone 7 had a very cracked screen. I live my phone and thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Mobile Klinik was able to replace it in 30 minutes. Saved me a lot of money!

After getting a run around from telus and samsung they sorted out the issue on my wife's phone in 30 min and billed Telus directly for the repair. Great experience would recommend.

Stopped in to inquire about screen replacement for my iphone. I dropped my iphone X and the microphone was not working and screen looked to be cracked. Pavin promptly assisted me and instructed me that the microphone was dirty and the scratch was not deep and he would try n clean it. He got my phone working great and did not charge for 'the simple fix' He was kind knowledgeable quick confident and comfortable. 5/5

I needed to have my contacts, pictures, messages, files and information transferred to a new phone i bought. I went in with limited amount of time before I had to get to an appointment. The technicians were very busy but understood my situation and the young man who helped me did so quickly and made my day by getting my phone all setup with plenty of time left for me to make it to my appointment. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone. Very Happy and Satisfied with the service provided.

My Samsung Galaxy S10 crashed hard a few days after the Android 11 update. I couldn't do anything, my phone was a paperweight. I went in hoping they would have time for me and they did. In fact they fixed my phone in 30 minutes. So happy they are a Samsung authorized repair facility that has the program needed to fix my phone. Very satisfied and will send my friends for sure.
