Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - CF Market Mall, Calgary, AB

I went there to ask for a battery replacement for my Samsung S10. The guys said they don't have any and they will call me as soon as it's available. That was 3 months ago and no one has phoned me back. I just went to uBreakiFix instead in Country Hills and I got my phone the same day. So sad to know that Mobile Klinik bought uBreakiFix.

Booked an appointment online, dropped my phone off, they performed the repair quickly and easily. Communicated well during the repair. Phone is as good as new!

Super polite, professional, and friendly! When my S21 died and would not charge, they were able to remove and reset the battery to get it working again, free of charge! If you have any phone issues, I would definitely recommend taking your phone here!

Jadyn helped me fix my broken phone. Very helpful and prices were about $100 lower than other places at Market Mall. Very proffesional and trustworthy.

Thank you to Sami and Simi! You guys just saved me hundreds of dollars and didn’t even want to charge me anything. I took my wife’s iPhone12 to Apple store and after the guy tried fixing it using different computers he told me that he cannot do anything about it. Basically, the phone is now useless and was told that I would spend a minimum of $500 to fix it. I just find it odd because he doesn’t even know what the issue is. Thanks to Mobile Klinik. I was even hesitant coming to their shop thinking they would charge a fortune.

I just came in with a potential virus. Kristian helped me very quickly determine that it was a hoax. He assisted me with a few other things and was done in less than 10 minutes AND I didn't have a virus after all! I am so grateful for his helpful and quick assistance. He was awesome!

Jas and Kristian did an amazing job and helped us professionally over the course of a week. From ordering the parts we needed, to installing them, to finding us a better solution when our phone was too badly damaged, they did it all. They even helped us transfer all the data from the old phone to the new phone. Exceptional service and we will be coming back!

Not done any repairs yet, so I cannot comment on their workmanship. I went in to have my Samsung phone looked at for a trade-in.the guy hooked it up to his pc, but couldn't get the 'reading' that he needed? Anyways, he cleaned it and said the screen is scratched badly and offered 'X' amount. My screen isn't scratched badly.hardly any dust scratches on it. I don't use it much. I've taken 3 pics from different angles of my phone and tried to get the 'sheen' so you can see the screen surface area. It ain't scratched badly, or horribly like he claimed. Maybe they are better at repairs. Maybe this one sales rep isn't the majority, but I ain't impressed so far.

It was around September 2021 when my phone went completely 'blank' - it wouldn't turn on, even with the battery charger on, no matter what I did. Samsung directed me to one of their authorised repair places, of which this was one. Even if I had to get a new phone, I needed my phone powered on so I could transfer everything. Unbelievably, they were able to get it back for me! Apparently, it had gone into a 'deep' sleep - so yes, it was in the end stages - but from what they did, I was able to keep it going long enough to get my new phone and transfer almost everything. My phone is my life, and these guys are lifesavers!

Like I said a month ago in review of the Mobile Klinic, to come here with any cell problems, I had to go back cause my phone was not working properly. Jass and the tech.diagnosed the problem (microphone) needed new phone: (Told Jass, needed phone no bells and whistles, he understood everything perfectly. Gave me all quotation numbers, new phone, new carrier, etc.told him I would be right back, had to see what Virgin Plus (loyal customer for years). Would do for me, needless to say they couldn't touch the deal Jass gave me, saved me hundreds AND NO CONTRACT, Bottom line do yourself a favor go see Jass.

I was referred to Mobile Klinik by two different stores after they were unable to help with my phone issues. Bahran at the Klinik was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the ports on my phone and within a few minutes had my phone open and charging which neither of the previous stores were able to do. I would highly recommend this store. Thanks Bahran.

The women that first helped me and ordered my part was wonderful.the man there when I picked up was not. I had the screen replaced. When I picked up, I mentioned I had a screen protected on when I dropped it off. I understand it's not the same screen but wanted to buy a new protector. He said they didn't have any, but I could buy a protection plan for $100+ and it includes a screen protector.but they don't have any. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone if you want to be treated like an adult.

Samsung directed us to Mobile klinik at CF market mall for a warranty repair and they took good care of my SE20 phone and repaired as per warranty. Staff was very professional. Their service is good and in high demand so plan or call ahead to avoid multiple trips.

My s20 FE samsung had an issue with the lock button and mobile klinik is a registered Samsung phone fixing shop. They do good work and it was all covered under warranty.

The people there are great and helped me out tremendously. It would be a 5 star review but unfortunately there were a couple of problems that arose from the fix that they did here.

Cudos to them in fixing all of the problems at no cost to me.

Brought in after my phone provider said i have to ship it out for a repair and would have to pay for the repair. Brought it in to the market mall store asked if she can give me a quote and how long it was. 3 minutes later it was just dirt inside the port which causing issues. Wonderful experience and quick. Would go there first before even going to your provider

I was very impressed with the professional, exceptional service with Raman. She was very thorough in the diagnostics and suggested a solution within a short period of time. Although she was busy, she had the patience of looking into my problem with ease.

Got a great service from them. Was there for my phone repair that I was not using. They sort the problem out immediately and although it was a small problem but didn't charge me anthing for it. Very professional. Highly recommend it.

I have used Mobile Klinik in the past and was happy with their work.
I recently had an issues with my main work phone and drove across the city again because my phone wouldn't charge. I didn't realize that they opened at 11 am when I made that choice but since I showed up at 10: 30 I figured I'D wait it out.
Being a business owner who needs their phone to conduct business I prayed that this wouldn't be a time sensitive repair as this unplanned curve ball already added unneeded stress to my day. Luckily for me, Namit showed up shortly after I did and was willing to diagnose my phone issue upon arrival even though they didn't open for another 20 minutes. It was determined that there was a foreign object lodged in the charging port and no repair was necessary. I will continue to make the drive for all my companies phone issues, and I reccomend you do the same.

Highly recommended Market Mall Mobile Kilinik because of Nemeth's excellent service. I went with my iPhone 6, apple Tec said phone needs to be replaced, but Kilink Tec, Nemith said I just need to replace the battery, and then the phone started working again. He helped me to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone.

Highly recommend Mobile Klinik NW in Market Mall. I went to have my new Samsung Galaxy A11 repaired as it wasn't charging or doing anything. The service tech looked at it and knew what to try first. In 2 minutes, he had the phone charging. After letting it charge for 5 min, the phone was working. The best part: no charge! You don't see that happening too often anymore. Nice to see a business operate this way.

I found MarketMall Mobile Klinik through Huawei Canada website as I was looking for their warranty information (I am glad that I did not have to send my phone to Vancouver.) The staff were very professional and friendly and I am very impressed with their service. The repair was very professional and my phone is like new again.

Terrible services, I went to the mobile Klinic Market Mall at least 3 weeks ago to ask for a replacement of my battery, they didn't have any in stock but the told me they will order one and it will take 3 to 5 days. I went a week after and they didn't have the battery yet, I waited for another week and called to the call center where they told me that they will contact me, never received the call back. I went directly to the place for a 3rd time! And the guy told me that he promised me that he will contact the manager and call me the next day with an answer, guess what? He never called me back! So irespetful and unprofessional, I jus don't understand why they just didn't tell me from the beginning that they can't find the battery and that it's, I will just find a different place instead of making me wait for more than 3 weeks! Until know I didn't receive the call even though they know I am still waiting.

Needed to replace the ceramic glass back on my Huawei P40 Pro Plus. They were great in getting it completed within 45 minutes. I'm happy with the finished product and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable team!

These guys at Mobile Klinik are exceptional, most helpful and very passionate about helping people. They work on my 2 months old LG Velvet cell phone as soon as I arrived at the shop even though they didn't have any parts for that phone in stock, it turned out to be the battery connection was the culprit. They rectified it without having to replace any parts. The most important thing is their willingness in helping people out. I strongly recommend this shop for your mobile needs. The other shop I initially went to in SW Calgary a few days ago with my dead phone under warranty, they only took down the info about me and the phone and sent with the phone and told me they would call LG for what they should do, they did not even perform and checking or diagnosis. They never got back to me even after I called them again

I took my iphone that wasn't charging into this place and it turns out the charging port was just dirty, they cleaned it up and my phone has been working perfectly and they didnt charge me a cent! I'll always be going here for any phone problems I have.

My phone wasn't always charging when I would plug it in. I would have to fiddle with the cord and phone to make it charge. Stopped by Mobile Klinik. He looked at my phone immediately and cleaned out all the crud out off the charging port. Works fine now. No charge. If I need any work in the future, I will definitely return.

Broke my phone about a month ago. Parts were at market mall and sunridge mall. Market mall drove the part over to sunridge so I could get my phone fixed the next day. Thank you for making it so quick and easy to fix my phone.

Great guys, but after repairs to my Note8 and explaining they need to replace the battery and rear glass to maintain Samsung standards and the only one in the buisness that dose.phone got wet in a pocket and now there's condensation on camera lenses.but nothing they Can WILL do about it, repair was over $450.

Updated the Market Mall location fixed the issue with waterproofing after I was told by the call center nothing they would do.
