Outstanding service. Went to get a phone repaired, and ended up purchasing a new one for Pennie’s more than the repair would have cost. Super friendly easy to understand and excellent service. I would recommend them to everyone.

Phone was dead, not charging.did not have battery in stock, tech could not diagnose cause would not turn on? Pros: told me which location has both battery and charge port, open at 9am.cons: went to wem location, tech promptly put phone on wireless charger and turned phone on in 2 minutes. Diagnosed the charge port and was fixed next day. They could have done this in spruce grove, would have saved me the trip to wem, i have better things to do then find parking and walking around crowds of people.

Absolutely above and beyond, great customer service from all and the manager! I've been dealing with an issue for a month going in circles with Samsung and other locations. This location had problem fixed within 2 hours! They also let me work at a desk in their store! Above and beyond anything I expected. I also got to witness how they handled other customers. Pat on the back you guys! It's a 30 min drive to come to this location but I will be dealing only with you guys going forward.

Great service. Super friendly and very reasonable sold my old iPhone 12 Pro Max to them. Went in with my hopes and left with my hopes met. Thanks guys!

Can not say enough good about our experience here. Bryce was phenomenal. He was super helpful, got us all the deals he could, set us up with a new phone, switched over our accounts, was kind, patient, and friendly. All the staff we encountered were great. I can’t say we have had the same experience at other mobile Kliniks but the staff at the Spruce Grove location are excellent. Highly recommend!
