Absolutely amazing customer service via email and in person. I had an issue with my charging port and was worried it would be an expensive repair - but Jasleen (I think that was her name) pulled out a little tool kit and simply cleaned all the lint and dirt trapped in the port and voila, fixed. And get this, no charge for the service at all! I'll be a customer always now. I didn't get her co-workers name but he was fantastic with my email questions. Thanks so much!

My Samsung S pen needed replacing. I had already confirmed with the shop that my S Pen had an issue and is covered under warranty. When the new pen came and needed to change it, the employee seemed unexperienced and wanted to run a 45 minutes test for my phone, even after checking that the new pen works. In addition, she was going to run a test that "might erase all data". Good thing I was at the store before she decided to do that and told her not to, with later confirmation from her manager that that test was not needed.

Very happy with Mobile Klinik, they were able to replace my cracked screen same day I contacted them. It took less than an hour, and it is working great. Appreciate the the quick turnaround and quality results.

Definitely worth checking out. They have brilliant solutions if you don't want to buy a phone that's top of the line. Amazingly transparent about options to repair your current phone and genuine customer service. Walked in for a questions and walked out with a new store for all my phone needs.
