Went in to get my charging port checked out because something was stuck in it, they cleaned it out for free i expected it to be at least $5-10. I forgot the young guys name who helped me it started with a D and the manager told me his name needs to be in this to get credit for it. I'm sorry i forgot your name, you were "supercalafragalisticexpialadociously" good

This place is a joke. I went in for a simple battery change, had to wait 15 minutes while he talked to another customer. Finally found out they didn't have the battery. They have supposedly ordered one, but have never heard back.

Amazing service and extremely helpful. Didn’t have to buy a new phone and cost barley anything for them to fix mine! Highly recommend!

Horrible service, replaced the battery in my phone said it would be an hour, took 3. My phone didn’t vibrate after, insisted they didn’t cause and that I must have dropped it. Took it to another repair shop to learn they’d left out multiple screws (10 min repair to restore haptics.) Will never go here again.

Very pleased that they were able to help me clear and delete SMS. Also to set up my icons.

Phone I bought works great but the screen shattered from not even a foot drop on soft carpet face up

I've been a customer for nearly 3yrs, I originally purchased a screen protector and case for my android. This screen protector is supposed to warranty my android screen for up to $150 of replacement value. I've replaced my screen protector a couple times a year through mobile klinik (to keep my warranty). The last time I had them replace it was this spring. My screen cracked this week and now mobile kliniks polices are different now and they will not honor there warranty. Ill be taking mine and my families business else where from now on.
As of this morning, this company is NOT BBB accredited.

Walked in ready to crush my 2 day old phone. Thomas ran his hands over it chanting some voodoo stuff (I'm 68) and handed it back to me working exactly the way I wanted it. Great store and service highly recommend

My Samsung A71 wouldn't connect to any charger I had. These guys ordered my parts right away. They checked for warranty and fixed my phone under the warranty in less then 3 hours! I'll definitely go back! Thanks!

I went inn because my phone was totaly out. It wouldn't tur on or what ever, they fix it for me and get this no charge whatsoever. I will recommend this guys to repair your phone. They know what they are doing. Thankyou

I just upgraded my old Samsung S5 to a Samsung Note 9 and couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I had received from Mobile Klinik! The staff was very knowledgeable and didn't stop when we ran into trouble transferring data from the old phone to the new one. Cassidy was amazing and couldn't have asked for a better employee! Alex was awesome as well and the other guy I can't remember his name (sorry.but you were fantastic as well). I highly recommend going there for any and all phone issues you are having. They will take very good care of you!
