Highly recommended place if you have any queries regarding cell phone repairs and financing the devices. They also have ample amount of accessories that you can choose from it and very reasonable prices. The main thing about this store is that, the staff is so helpful and specially the store manager Chelsea was so down to earth and very helpful. I got my cell phone repaired from them and also bought few accessories for my mobile. Such a quality work they provide to us. I highly recommend this place.

The service at the St Albert store was great at first. I brought in a phone and they paid me with a Mobile Klinik visa gift card. When I went to use the card it was declined. I phoned the number on the card and was told it was fixed. It was not. It was declined again. I went to the store in St Albert and was told the card looks fine. There was nothing they could do and told me to call the number on the card. Again I was told it would work It did not and was declined again. This time I called the store and ask for a manager. She called me apologizes and said they would look after me and get back to me. It’s been over a week and no word back. I have wasted so much time trying to resolve. This is beyond frustrating. They have my phone and I have not received payment for it. Is all I have is a gift card that does not work and no one seems to wants to take ownership. The worst part is when I called the store today I felt the employee was very short with me and could not wait to get me off the phone. It’s like it my problem. I don’t feel it is. They gave me a card that I can not use. They need to make it right.

Honestly such good service! I dealt with a female representative and she made my visit so awesome! - she put a new screen on my iphone 8 plus in under 20min! Just awesome!
