Northgate is way better, had a problem with My fingerprint with the screen Protector, instead of fixing the problem tried giving me a cheaper solution, when Northgate did it RIGHT the first time finger print works great don't even have to press Hard.so thinking it was the way it was put on the first time.

Great service. Came in thinking I would need to get my charging port replaced on my iPhone, but after just a few minutes, the guys at MK had it working again. So grateful and relieved. Should have gotten their names - they were so polite, professional, and kind.

I've been to this location before. On this visit, my cell phone suddenly stopped charging after working perfectly the day before.
After explaining my problem, the technician went through her checklist of common problems. She determined that there was too much lint within my charging port affecting the connection. She cleaned the port and sent me on my way. I will return to this location for repair or to upgrade my cell phone.

It was a great time coming to this place. I am having trouble with my samsung Galaxy 22 ultra, it doesn't change properly. Both the staff that service on my phone really did a great job. Thank you so much, now my phone is properly working. Will recommend this place to everyone. God bless.

Have used them a few times. Most recently, today I went in to repair my pixel 5, it has had issues charging. The technician diagnosed the issue as lint in the charging port, cleaned the port, 5 mins (and $0.00) later, fixed. Will come back anytime I have any other phone repairs and would recommend to a friend.

Service was great, knowledge and efficient was good, Quality of screen was much less that Apple screens. I would drop mine over and over again and for 21/2 years and never broke. A week after I had this screen put in my phone slid off my lap into the hardwood floor and broke. Apples are cheaper and you can make appointment at the apple store. Wouldn’t do anything but apple screen again.

They fixed my phone in minutes and didn’t charge anything. It had been charging inconsistently for the longest time. I was very impressed and grateful.

I was having problems downloading an app - the staff there spent the time required to figure out the issue. This is the second time I've come in for assistance, and both times they persevered until successful, no charge! The staff are very pleasant and helpful, I would highly recommend them.

Went in for a phone case and screen protector. Very helpful and prompt service. Price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend!

Amazing service. Unfortunately there was not one in camrose at the moment because they closed down so I had to resort to go to Sherwood Park but the experience was great, quick and efficient. When I left my phone there to get fixed I know I was in good hands.

Website states they fix Samsung tablets. We stopped in and were told they only do Ipads, iPhones, and Samsung phones.

Stopped in recently because I dropped my old iPhone 7plus and the control button wouldn't work. Mehak moved the control button to the screen so I could still use the phone, gave some great advice on what type of phone I could upgrade to and this was ALL FREE. I have visited this store before and the staff is friendly and informative. Highly recommend Mobile Klinik for phone advice and repairs.

Heard this was a great place to get a screen replaced. I dropped in to get a quote and it was less than what I expected. Walked out with a great looking screen (added a screen protector also) 15 minutes later. Great service and they were up front with me that there was a small chance that facial recognition wouldn’t work due to where the screen was broken. The phone is working perfectly!

They cleaned out my charging port in less than 5 min. I went to visit the store on Friday, March 10th a few minutes before closing. Very helpful and quick service!
