Fantastic service! I had a problem with accessing (locked out) my phone as my pin pw di not appear to work. Megan was abled to figured out the issue and unlocked my phone for me. She also reset my accessibility settings for me too. Megan was friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no charge for this service. Thank you very much Megan!

Very respectable and patient staff.
I'm insured through Asurion and had gone in to have the phone repaired under the plan, with the impression that I'd not have to pay much due to the information I'd received from the Telus rep that had sold it to me. Upon opening my claim, you'd probably understand my frustration in finding that I was actually required to pay $210 before the repair could be started. With that, as well as a few other smaller hiccups that took place over the course of the few days it'd taken me to sort out the details, (of which had little to do with Mobile Klinik) I'd started to become agitated and short with the gentlemen behind the counter, namely speaking, Nevil and Honey. Even still, they were both patient with me, regardless as to my level of patience with them, apologetic, and they did what they could to help, as well as to explain what they knew of the situation, right up until it came time for me to pickup the device.
All in all, I most certainly would recommend this location and it's staff to anyone needing a device repaired, though it'd be best if you sort out the stipulations of your insurance contract, should you have one, before stressing these poor fellow's out. Though not in 100% working condition, (SIM card/motherboard issue) the phone looks great! And what wasn't fixed, couldn't be fixed under the insurance plan I'm currently in possession of.
That all said, if you also have the pleasure of speaking with Saodin (apologies if I've spelt your name incorrectly, my friend) you should find that the man has a genuine personality, and ability to empathize, as well as a strong capability of redirecting frustration and creating a frictionless atmosphere in which one can explain that which has really driven them up the wall.

Although a solution could not be found a grand attempt to fix my Samsung Android phone was done. I was not charged and was told up front this would be the case. Great team and very knowledgeable staff.

Honey has very excellent talent to present all information about the stuffs and has very good knowledge. Very good communication skills as well. We enjoyed with him.

Visited the store on Blackfriday. And met to Honey for a device. He gave all the clarifications about the phone and was very friendly so you can ask him anything. He did his job very well.

Great Service. My phone wasn't charging properly and I brought it in. They had my phone fixed in minutes and then charged it for me while I shopped. I know where I will be going when I have any more issues.

I had a few issues with my Samsung S21 phone. One of the other stores in Southgate asked me that I need to get a new phone! But when I came here, the employee quickly spotted the issue. He was very helpful and had good knowledge. He fixed it and said since it was a minor issue, he will not even charge me for it. I highly recommend anyone to check this store first if you are having any issues with your cellphone.

I had a great experience at this location! We just moved to Alberta on the day I called this location to have my spouse's Flip4 screen protector repaired since it was cracking. She was super friendly on the phone and told me to bring it in right away for a quick repair. An hour later, I had the phone as good as new, and it was all covered under warranty. Very impressed. We were there on Monday, October 9,2023. Our Samsung tablet had a bad virus and we couldn't do any reset to wipe off the virus. Nevil and Honey were very helpful, they helped cleared it out and they did great job explaining and instructing us how to verify a bad application before we download on the tablet.
