This is the second time we have brought a phone to Ken for servicing. He has fixed my son's phone to brand new again. So we took him our daughter after taking it to the apple store and being told we would need to buy a new phone. Ken identified the problem and informed us that It can be fixed for around $120. I brought an iPad to Ken so that he could fix the charging port for me. It was done so quickly that I then brought him an iPhone and he replaced the front and back glass. His prices were good, he was incredibly quick as well as very friendly. He also put a screen protector on the phone for free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, I will definitely be bringing anything electronic that breaks over to him)

Mobiltech was recommended to fix the charging port in my tablet. My tablet had already been at another company for the same problem for over a month and they hadn't even started to try and fix it. Ken fixed the inital problem in no time. Unfortunately the wait for a new touch screen took some time as well as a change in suppliers. Ken kept me informed through the whole situation. I am happy to have my tablet back and will certainly us Mobiltech for anything like this in the future.

Very fast responds, great quality and quick service. Just under 2h my iPhone 8+ is now looking brand new! I watch a lot of video how to repair a blackglass and it is not easy especially for the people who dont have the proper tools and yet he did it under 2h for a reliable price!

I had an iPhone 8 that was smashed on concrete. Every other phone repair place either wouldn’t fix it because of the wireless charging, or they were charging $150 to $350 for just the back screen (I thought that was all that needed replacing, so when I called for quotes, that’s all I asked for). I was skeptical about trying Mobiltech because of how much cheaper they were but I had nothing to loose. I was quoted $80 for the back but ended up having to replace the front screen and casing and it was still less than the original quotes for the replacing only the back ($200 total). Ken’s service was professional from the booking through the servicing. He was in contact with me throughout fixing the phone and gave me the options for fixing without feeling like I was being gouged or stuck. The before and after of the phone were amazing. It’s like brand new. He even had a screen saver on it (no extra charge) without me having to ask. Five plus star service all the way!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Very happy with the service. Had the glass replaced and was quoted almost double elsewhere. Phone is now in perfect condition. I ended up asking him to see about fixing the microphone in an iphone 7. I am so happy to have found Ken. I wish I knew of him sooner.

Was looking for a screen replacement and speaker replacement for my iPhone XS and I found MobilTech through a previous satisfied costumer, I called Ken and he was very kind and very helpful he took my appointment immediately, by the time I reached my home from MobilTech it was already done, I was very pleased with the finish and I was saved a lot of money because the speakers did not need a replacement and Ken was very honest about it and did not try and take me for more money, hopefully will never break my phone again but if I do MobilTech is the place you can find me going!
