One of my favorite Furniture stores in all of Edmonton; Superb quality for decent prices. It’s one of the reasons why I end up coming back between every move, I know I won’t be disappointed.

Went in again this morning to order a dining table set, and Judy was absolutely amazing! Top notch service, all around! Judy is extremely patient and thorough, listened to what we wanted, while providing a slew of options that fits our needs. Judy is full of class, not the pushy sales type, and most importantly not condescending nor judgmental; She was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I have nothing but good things to say!

I hope this finds you well, and thank you so very much for all your help! You’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

I brought one dining table from here, it's not extending properly I called them to fix it. They said that they can't fix it still had one year warranty and it's not over. They are not ready replace the table or fix it. What should I do. I didn't get a good service from here.

Bought a dining table and chairs in June 2021, chairs were not in stock and we were told we'll get our delivery on October then they pushed the date to November and now when I called them back, they told me you might get it in January, on top of that there coustemer service is horrible the lady whome I was talking to was literally yelling at me it's like that in the whole world like that, when I asked her that's how you talk to your coustemer, she hung up the phone, I"ll never go back to this shop again, horrible experience, not recommended at all

We bought most of furniture for our new house from Mobler. Every one came to our house like the modern look of the furniture.
Luke helped us and find us the furniture we were looking for our color scheme.
I also like to thanks Eric for great after sale customer service to resolve issue with our sectional sofa.
We are very happy with the overall customer service and quality of the furniture.

Really love this store! Furniture is stunning and actually a good price for modern furniture. The showroom is a nice size, really open and the staff are very helpful. I like that they don’t breath down your neck like other furniture stores. I looked online first so I knew their style, but it is much better to see it in store. Definitely recommending this shop to my friends who love modern and contemporary designs!

I purchased a tempered glass dining table about 6 months ago. I used the table ONLY for family/friends inviation so used less than 10 times. The glass is already chipped and scretched. Their products are not cheap but you are not getting what you paid for.

My wife and I decided to drop by but once we stepped in, nobody seemed willing the help. At one point, there was 3 salespeople standing together sharing a conversation of who knows what instead of kindly going up to customers who are seriously looking for new furniture. Talk about lousy service.

Shopped here a little while ago looking for a couch. I had visited MANY stores before this looking for a bigger couch that wasn't fabric in a decent price range and couldn't find anything. Finally found the perfect faux leather couch here at a great price. The sales lady (Leah maybe?) explained to me that shipping was taking a long time and that's perfectly understandable with the worldwide shipping delays occurring now, but we still got one ordered in for the time frame I needed. FYI if you are giving this store a lower review because of shipping delays please remember this isn't the stores fault and that it is a global issue. Thanks Mobler for the great service, and great couch. I will be a returning customer for years to come.

Great furniture store. Went looking for recliners. Had lots of options. Nothing at present to fit our needs, but we did by a dinning room set there several months ago. They have very nice selection. Nice teak coffee and end tables

Far to stuffy, nothing in this store that looks or feels comfortable.not my kinda store.not 1 sales person said hello.goodbye or can I help you.only there 5 minutes but walked by two female sales ladies at the desk who had been having a lengthy conversation about personal stuff. I was close enough to hear.neither as we stood there.looking.panning the store.neither offered to assist.we left.we wont be back!

Good selection in showroom but most bigger pieces have to be ordered in and that takes at least a month for what we wanted.

They furniture are nice and the prices are fear; however, the staff are ignorant, arrogant and very unprofessional. One of the staff kicked me out because I explained her that I have a condition In the face that I can not wear a mask. I told them that I was prepared to buy something but now I changed my mine. One the staff started making fun of me. Very unprofessional! Another one said that she felt very unsafe with me close to her. I explained her that I was very far and if you practice social distance you can be without a mask. We were far from each other and in the store we were practically only us.

A fell very disappointed about this whole situation.

I do not recommend

I bought funiture at this store when they were at Mayfield common location, table and chairs bad, broke as soon bigger guy sat on it. Sofas we were satisfied with. We came back few weeks ago to the new location looking for sectonal. As soon as we walked in, a female employee started yelling to put a mask on. My husband was wearing one, I didn't, I explained to the lady that I was exempt since I have bad injury and have trouble breathing. Than another female employee approached us and told us we have to leave, I stud up and defended my rights. Manager or owner of the store came and we had heated conversations about my rights. At the end we continue to look around and the employee that approached me earlier, was telling menager she would not help us. We weren't offered any help in purchasing, we left the store. Went to Konto funiture at St. Albert trail, purchased my funiture there. This was the only store in Edmonton to not accept my exemption, trying to harass me and humiliate me even there was just abut 10 customers in whole store at least 15 to 20 feet apart. Do not recomend this store!

3 strikes your out!

Visited this location 3 times in the past 3 years.

All 3 visits took us a long time to find a sales rep who would help us.

1st visit - 3 years ago, we were looking for a dinning set. When we were finally acknowledged the sales rep couldn’t answer most of our questions regarding products we were interested in.

2nd visit - last year. Shopping for furniture for our basement. Rep was more knowledgeable (that’s why it’s a 2 star review). However the model we liked is only available in one colour. Again took a long time to track down a sales rep.

3rd visit - a few days ago. Looking for a leather reclining couch/love seat for our living room. Again took forever to track down a sales rep. When we did, the rep was not familiar with the products we were interested in.

Are you kidding me, never been in a furniture store where i wanted to buy one of everything, staff is so nice they make you feel right at home, prices are very good, quality furniture, great designs, if you're looking to replace existing furniture or setting up your first place you need to visit this store before you make your purchase, you will not be disappointed

Just bought my dining table here. Very happy with the service Irene provided me and the rest of the staff. Will come back again. I like the style and products they carry. Modern and updated.

I came into the store in July 2019 and looked around. I really liked the service I received from Matthew (no pressure). I returned to the store later that month, probably a couple more times, as I really appreciated their inventory and the relationship I was developing with the sales staff. After careful consideration I decided on the Flex sofa (custom ordered in leather) and provided a 50% deposit on August 10th. I was told it would be about 12 to 14 weeks so I planned on 16 just in case. I received a call in mid October from Matthew outlining that the pieces were due to arrive in the first 3 weeks of November. I then received a follow-up call from the gentleman that was handling the deliveries (sorry, i cannot recall his name) in any case we scheduled a tentative delivery time for Saturday December 7th as this was MY first available time (the furniture sat patiently waiting to come to my home. Well, on Friday December 6th there was a change in my schedule that found me in my home at 1pm that day so I thought I would call Mobler and see if there was a chance that delivery could happen that day - I was told that the trucks out for delivery but if they got back early enough they would give me a call and try their best to accommodate me. My phone rings at about 3pm and a young man says, hello Sir, we are driving to your place right now to deliver your sectional! Wow! Customer service at its best! I was overjoyed that the company considered me and attended to my request. I felt so very fortunate. They came in, set everything up and were out the door with all packaging within about 15 minutes. I cannot say enough about this store. In fact, I cancelled an order for furniture I had previously ordered from another store back in June 2019 (custom ordered as well) that had still not come in (nor had I received any updates from them) and plan on visiting Matthew and the rest of the team in the next few weeks to again make a sizeable purchase to furnish my family room. I cannot see myself buying furniture from anyone else. Service is so important to me and as I have just bought my new house, i wanted to feel like someone really had my interests at heart. Way to go guys!

Clean store with Nice modern furniture. No high pressure sales here which adds to a pleasant shopping experience. If you need somebody they are there to help.

A literal play-land for mid century modern, European and Scandinavian Furniture lovers. If you love shiny, lacquered finishes and walnut, this will be your jam. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t find something they like here regardless of style. It’s a very versatile range of furniture. Very nice staff and relaxed store atmosphere. A pleasure to shop here!

Outstanding Customer Service! My coffee table was damaged during a private delivery. The Manager Eric and Supervisor Judy offered me a new top for my table for free, just to make me happy for the purchase which was ruined by myself.
I've never experienced such a professional care of the customer.

Great furniture at reasonable prices. Modern Scandinavian yet somehow modestly contemporary. There once was a time where this wasn't for me. Have I changed or is it Mobler's new lineup? I guess we'll never know. Helpful and knowledgable staff all-around. The downside.their warehouse is not open on Sundays or Mondays making the weekend warriors have to wait for their much anticipated purchase. First-world problems.

I would highly recommend Mobler to anyone doing furniture shopping. They have quality furniture, friendly staff and great service. I bought a sectional couch for my apartment and I was impressed with the fast and effective delivery. Chad and his delivery guy managed to fit the sofa into my small elevator without scratching or damaging anything. Everything was perfect. Thank you Mobler. And Chad!:)

Great customer service. We brought 2 sofas here, quality sofas with good price. The delivery was also hassle free, the two delivery guys were great.

Horrible experience. Bought the furniture back in December. They quoted a delivery date of late April. Of which I wasn't entirely happy, but understanding.

We had called in late April, they told us mid May would be delivery. Then we called mid May, they said they would deliver end of May. They listed a bunch of excuses that they never quote delivery dates when you order, which is totally untrue. Who wouldn't ask when the expected delivery date would be when they order something? That seems like the first question anyone would ask when ordering something. Imagine they actually said "we don't know when you'll get your item, but please leave a deposit".

We finally get a delivery date confirmed.

We agreed on a Friday morning delivery date. They call Thursday at 530 to tell us they can only deliver Friday afternoon. The delivery driver was rude when we indicated we can't make an afternoon arrangement and basically indicated the delivery date can't be changed and either we accept the afternoon time or it doesn't get delivered at all.

This place sucks. I am going to cancel my order and let them keep the deposit as that is how they want to earn their revenue.
