Carmen is my rural rep. She is fantastic consistant, on schedule and always gives you a reminder before she comes out for any last minute items you may need. I recently was looking for some smaller furniture items and she referred me to Khaled. The experience from start to finish was amazing! Thank you both for amazing customer service

Very disappointed. I thought I bought trimmers but it was clippers. Brought back for exchange will not take it back the box was not even opened brought five hours later back. So sad I guess customer service doesn't really matter anymore.

I love this place, wonderful supplier with great staff.
I'm just extremely disheartened to see the staff not understanding the spread of covid and only wearing face shields (not all, but even some management). This has been proven again and again ineffective and has me cleaning every single item coming out of this place. Please just follow the advice of our government and the world health organization. You're a part of the problem.

Terrible customer service. Double charged my coworker and then refused to refund her the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is by far my go to Modern location! The staff is very friendly and helpful aswell as an amazing amount of selection and stock!

Called to ask for gloves lady on the phone Shannon or something giving me a hard time about it. I've been to this location MANY times never had such a rude person talk to me like that.
Has NO customer service skills on the phone, had a bad attitude! Im going to different modern than this one. Learn how to talk on the phone or get lessons on customer service because yours sucked! Lighten up.

Don't go here if you're just a person looking to buy something. They only sell to hairdressers for whatever reason.

Been here multiple times. Good customer service and great selection of products of course. Not yet a five star business at least out here. It’s located in the middle of no where to be honest, not a fan of its location: (
