Heather is amazing and my ‘go to’ for any neck problems. I have never been able to find relief for my neck issues but when I saw Heather and she used the red cord system, my neck finally felt good again. I highly recommend Heather and the red cord system, you will not be disappointed

I saw Mark for a few sessions for TMJ issues I’ve been experiencing for the past year. Mark was reassuring and educational with what to expect during and after each session. My overall soreness and clicking/pain with my jaw has significantly improved since seeing Mark and I’d recommend others for similar issues over here as well.

Clinic staff are also all very friendly and I had an enjoyable experience overall.

I have been enrolled in the GLA: D Knee/Hip program since April 19th and have been delighted with the progress. I have bone on bone on the lateral portion of my right knee and have found over the weeks that I am getting stronger and definitely have less crepitus. I was able to hike Grassy Lakes; the more challenging side too. Today Dr. Carpino has started to work on other areas. He is competent, very knowledgeable, and a truly kind, caring Chiropractor.

In January and December of this past year I experienced two separate musculoskeletal injuries at a fast paced, physical labour intensive work environment. WCB Alberta approved treatment for the work related injuries and I was able to find a physiotherapist and chiropractor at Momentum Health Deerfoot City.

I was initially naive as to the work necessary to recover from a shoulder strain, and reluctant to put in the physio / chiro "homework" outside of the clinic - but Dr. Carpino and Mark carefully and competently provided immediate symptom treatment and small steps of training to ensure medium to long term recovery. I am now able to independently train a physical regime that is appropriate for the continued demands of a full time manual labour occupation, and am in better physical health than before the workplace injuries occurred. I actually feel lucky that I was needing and able to find treatment with the team at Momentum Health, due to a once difficult circumstance.

I look forward to returning to the clinic this summer for more athletically developed personal training sessions with Dr. Carpino, Mark and Safia, and likewise want to thank receptionists Megan and Emily for their accommodations, professionalism and overall amazing support. Thank you, guys!

I'm so thankful for all the wonderful care and attention that I have received at Momentum health Deerfoot. Everyone was so friendly and attentive from the time you walked in. I had hurt my lower back and was in a fair bit of pain.
With 2 trips very quickly approaching I was concerned about how I would get around. Mark was very knowledgeable and used multiple treatment options such as dry needling, mobilizations and massage to help with the initial pain/injury, followed by stretches and exercises to help build up strength.
Mark was always very friendly and flexible on what sort of treatments I wanted to try. In 5 short weeks, after barely being able to move, I did over 210,000 steps in 12 days, while in Italy. I would absolutely recommend Mark and Momentum Deerfoot!

Russ provided incredible, comfortable, and efficient services during every visit. I often struggle to access services like physio and Russ helped me to come into each session stress free because of the welcoming and safe environment/atmosphere created. Thank you Russ!

I attended Momentum Health due to issues with my right shoulder. I was very pleased with the thorough assessment completed by Mark, the physiotherapist, on my first appointment. I received some hands on treatment and several exercises that I needed to complete daily. I did the exercises as recommended and they worked to alleviate the problem. Mark completed another assessment on my final appointment to ensure improvement in movement and determined that I did not need further appointments. I did not have to wait when I arrived for my appointments and the facilities were very clean and well organized. Overall I was very pleased with the punctual, respectful and through services that I received and would definitely recommend Mark and Momentum Health.

I joined the Momentum team in October 2022. Osteoporosis in my knee was causing my many issues. From the first phone call I was treated like an important individual who was valued and I still feel that way every time I enter the clinic. Most of my appointments have been with Mark Taylor, for physio, and I am grateful for the way he has listened, supported, and educated me on a specific exercise routine to help with my knee issues. I completed the GLA: D program with Dr. Giancarlo Carpino which was excellent. Again, individual attention to my specific needs were attended to which helped me gain confidence and consistency in taking responsibility for continuing the exercises. Mark and Giancarlo continue to check in to ensure I keep on track and I will be making an appointment soon to reevaluate how things are going and what’s next. I have recommended Deerfoot Momentum to my family and friends!

Everyone is respectful and friendly. My experience has shown me that they work hard to help you correct issues rather than just manage pain. I am so happy to have found a place the focuses on helping me fix and do things one my own.

I came in and saw Mark and Safia (a collaborative Physio and Kin team) and they were fantastic! They got me feeling better in just a few sessions after I had been experiencing some debilitating pain. I have also seen Russ for Physio on my knee, who is equally as great and enjoys laughing with me as I get needle treatments! Which is something I do for whatever reason (the laughter reaction to needles) The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and truly care about your well-being. Megan at the front desk is always very helpful and pleasant! Overall, I really recommend Momentum Health Deerfoot as everybody I’ve encountered there so far has exceeded my expectations!

Russ is by far my favourite physiotherapist and this is why I only see him. He is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful with all my physio needs. Highly recommend Russ!

I saw Meghan for a massage and she’s fantastic! Best massage I’ve ever had and I will absolutely be coming back! She’s super welcoming, her room has great ambience, and I felt so relaxed once we were done. 10/10 recommend seeing her!

Meghan was great and friendly ️️. Just loved my massage today. She even gave extra time on massage. Rest of the staff is great too. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Momentum Health Deerfoot! I came in for some ongoing neck and nerve issues but with the help of Dan M. (Physiotherapist) and Dr. Carpino (Chiropractor), my pain subsided in less than 3 weeks! Both were very professional, knowledgeable and both addressed the underlying issue. They also both made my treatment plan realistic, attainable and personalized to my recovery which helped me stay committed.

Let’s not forget about the front staff- Obi and Safia were very welcoming, lovely and made booking so easy!:)

The staff at Momentum Health Deerfoot are outstanding. I am always greeted at the front desk in a professional manner and it is usually the friendly, Obe. My Physiotherapist, Rebecca is outstanding. She is helping me get back to my old active self from knee and hip issues. Rebecca's exercises are great and she makes sure that I understand how to do them properly.
I love the app she keeps up to date to help refresh my memory at home. I I always feel that I have Rebecca's total attention and she is not running to another client. I really appreciate how closely Rebecca works with my Physiatrist at Kinesis Medical.

I went to Mark, one of the physiotherapists here and he was absolutely AMAZING! I had some back issues from sports and going to the gym and Mark really helped facilitate my ability to reach my health goals. He is incredibly intelligent, organized and friendly and is BY FAR the best physiotherapist I have gone to in Calgary. Additionally, Safia (one of the office administrators) has been nothing but helpful and kind and she always ensures that I am always set up for success EVERY appointment - she brings so much light to the atmosphere at Momentum Health Deerfoot! Thanks Team!

After jumping around form a few physios for the past few years I was starting to think I’d just have to live with my shoulder in pain. I have been going to Rebecca for my shoulder. She’s super kind respectful and knowledgeable and my shoulder is better than it’s been a few years.

The location at Deerfoot city is beautiful, clean and modern! All the staff were incredibly friendly and super knowledgable! Rebecca helped me identify the knee pain I have had for many years and developed a plan to get me back to feeling great.

As a long time athlete, I have gone to a number of facilities for physio and I would definitely recommend momentum health as a fantastic spot for all your physio needs! I will definitely be trying out the massage there as well!

It works! Getting professional and personable service for recurring pain and my arthritis from Rebecca the physio is really helpful. Megan is able to get to real hurt zone with her trigger point therapy. The office looks after billing my insurance which is break from all the hassle.

I've been going to momentum health for years now to make use of the chiropractic service, massage therapy, and especially physiotherapy. I can honestly say that the team is friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. Daniel and the team at Deerfoot are amazing and will take great care of you. The new clinic is fantastic with the gym equipment available to practice your exercises and view your movements in the mirrors with help from the knowledgeable staff. It's clean, bright and welcoming.

They always greet you with a smile. Andrea who is my Physio Therapist is absolutely amazing! She is very approachable, easy to talk too, and a good listener. Very gentle. Sarah and Shaun have a very personal nonjudgmental approach. They definitely have the knowledge to individualize the glad back program. I learned a lot and look forward to continuing my learning. Having engaged in physiotherapy through a handful of clinics over the years for various ailments, Momentum Health Mission offered the best experience yet. Clinic management and administration is very smooth, and physiotherapist Shaun and kinesiologist Sarah are highly knowledgeable, professional, confidence-inspiring, and more personally invested than any providers I've had previously. This is what physiotherapy should look like everywhere and I'm grateful to have known the dedicated people at Momentum Health Mission.

Shame on you for staying open during a pandemic and putting peoples lives at risk. I think that when is all said and done we will remember the businesses that choose not to put their clients and staff at risk. An no you cannot use Alberta colleges for Physicians, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors as an excuse. You are not doctors.

I highly recommend Momentum Health Mission to anyone that requires any type of physiotherapy. I was in 2 car accidents within 6 months of each other and the staff took amazing care of me. Alison, Jan and Leah were my physiotherapists and they were always kind, caring, friendly and understanding. They treated me with their exceptional knowledge and experience. I honestly don’t know how I could have gone through this accident/ordeal without this amazing team. Kim the Clinic Manager was awesome too! Always flexible with the scheduling and quick to reply. She was helpful and friendly. Thank you to this wonderful team of professionals for getting me through this very challenging time!

The entire staff here are incredible! I felt supported and cared for after my MVA and felt like everyone went above and beyond in my care plan. I've since had to see other practitioners due to a move and no one has come close to the service I recieved at Mission. I highly recommend them!

Great, experienced staff with everything you need in one spot for convenience. No parking but there is street parking near by.
