The team here in Westbrook is awesome. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Jenna Aiuto is fantastic, it was always a positive experience whenever I went to the clinic to see her.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Simons. He has helped me through many sports injuries, and a herniated and torn discs. Without him I would not be running marathons and competing in triathlons. Thank you so much. No other better chiropractor in the city (I've seen a few)

The reception staff are friendly and communicative. Marie Pier my Physiotherapist is knowledgeable and after the assessment, went right to work on a new kind of treatment for me as well as take home exercises clearly explained.

I work with Amber (massage) and Dr. Moore (chiro) for calf, hip and back issues. They work together to ensure I receive the treatments I need. The "homework" is easy to incorporate into my every day routines. I am feeling better and better. I really trust that my health and progress is the priority.
I highly recommend coming here for any ailment.

I can't even begin to say how thankful I am to the team of Momentum Health. I wasn't able to get more than 4hours of sleep per night for a couple of years, I finally went to see Dr. Denis Simmons and he took a complete different approach than any other chiropractor I have seen before, my mid and upper spinal section wasn't moving they way it should i guess which caused my lower back to hurt, so he focused on a different section of my spine than previous chiropractors.it made a huge change, all of a sudden i was able to get a full nights of sleep.

Then i started physio with Nathan Albinati, even no where near of sporting grey hair, he has a ton of knowledge which made me gain more strength in my core.i also had previously very painful experience with dry needling but he sure knows what he is doing.we switched over working on my repaired ACL now and i feel even his assessment is way more thorough than i have had before.

Had a great massage from Amber Wight. She is very attune to the physiology required to alleviate stress and pain. Definitely recommend.

Today was my fourth session and tge staff there know their stuff! I am no longer walking with a limp and in periodic pain. I was unfortunately hit by a car earlier this year. I was a pedestrian! This is an amazing clinic. Nathan and Tiolu are terrific at what they do. Each treatment that I received from them made me feel confident that things were moving in the right direction. As part of my treatment I have also worked with Carlos for massage and Dr Simons for chiropractic and feel very satisfied with the pace and direction of my recovery. The administrative staff, in particular Laura, were always very friendly and cheerful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to see real measured progress.

I have had reoccurring lower back issue for years now. I tried at least two other Chiropractors prior to me meeting Dr Denis Simons but they were unable to find a long term fix to resolve the pain.

5 star experience from my first appointment with Dr Simons; I definitely see the difference in my posture and I haven't had the issue reoccur so far!

I found the introduction very informative and gave my confidence to pursue this program. Nathan and Tiolu are both very competent and attentive, and I appreciate their passing along tips on how to make the exercises more personal and effective for me.

I have been treated by massage staff and physiotherapy staff. The treatment is the best I have had during my adult years. Also the support staff are friendly and welcoming and always try and accommodate my schedule for treatment. There is underground parking and elevator service.

I have been seeing Carlee and Devon for my physiotherapy treatments and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They work very well together! Carlee is so knowledgeable in what she does - sometimes it was difficult for me to even pinpoint exactly where I was feeling my aches and pains but Carlee knew exactly where through her assessment. I would walk out of the office feeling less 'kinked' and way more equipped to take on my day. The communication between this office & my insurance claim adjustor was great - they got me through the process without any difficulties. I would say that I am close to, if not completely, recovered; however I will definitely see them for 'tune-ups' and any other injury rehab I may need in the future. Thanks again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. As someone who's been suffering from low back pain incurred from a circuit training workout, I sought help here to get me back on my feet. I received an excellent treatment program from Marie-Pier and Ariane which helped me to drastically recover after a few months. Now, I am nearly 100% recovered and can lift medium weights! I have been going to Momentum Health, Westbrook since September and have been extremely pleased with their service. I took the GLAD program with Sarah and now continue virtual follow up sessions. I am awaiting knee replacement surgery and this has not only kept me walking but has increased my muscle strength considerably. I started seeing Marie-Pier and Lucas after an MVA. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am feeling 100% better and was discharged last week due to their amazing effort to help me. I've been seeing Dr Denis Simons on a regular basis for almost 2 years now. He's a really great Chiropractor. He's very personable and takes the time to explain things. I always walk out of there feeling so much better. I also really appreciate the fact that he makes me laugh every time I'm in for a visit. All in all, he's extremely good at what he does. And I absolutely recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been going about three and sometimes four times a week to receive back and shoulder treatments from Carli and Devon for over three weeks now. Couple things I’ll say is they both have a great sense of humour, I’m also extremely sarcastic so it helps a lot to have people that understand that especially when you’re seeing them fairly frequently. They are both very knowledgeable and I never once questioned any activities they had me do at home.
The whole atmosphere there is always so relaxed and you can tell everyone has fun there. I would definitely recommend that if anyone needs to receive treatment that you’ll find these two very easy going and great to work with.

I’ve been coming to this practice for many years now and I absolutely love it! The practitioners are experienced, very accommodating to my schedule and last minute “emergency” appointments when I get injured, friendly and professional. They do direct billing to all insurance companies so I never have to pay out of pocket, and one of the things I benefit from the most is that they have several practitioners on staff so I can use their services from a holistic perspective (e.g. Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage, etc.). Underground parking is a huge PLUS on these cold winter days ;)

Lots of staff to provide many services in a timely manner. Great treatment plans with emailed exercises and goals to work towards. Everyone is friendly. Give it a shot!

For the past 6 weeks I have had treatment with Marie-Pier Desrochers and I really feel the difference in my left arm following surgery. I do not know where I would be without the help of Marie-Pier and Lucas Curry who had made all the difference in my recovery.i would recommend them to anyone! I had a head and neck injury, and from the first day I walked, I knew I came to the right place! Not only was I educated on my injuries, but was also given the best treatment a person could ask for! For that I thank Carlee Anderson, and Devon Dupuis! Definitely the best in the biz! I cannot praise this clinic enough. I was suffering from a severe back and abdominal pain. Took several sessions with Lee Macauley. She is a fantastic physiotherapist and a wonderful human being. The stretches, exercises and every other guideline recommended by her were so effective. She listens to her patients carefully and takes an extra mile to help them recover fast. I am very glad to find her to bring me back to my normal life. I had couple of sessions with Carlee and Maddi too, who were also super-super good. And how can I not write about one of the most friendly, charming front desk staffs. In sum, I was very satisfied with the team and would always go there if I need one in future. Jade gives wonderful massages and always knows exactly what is needed, whether it's therapeutic deep tissue or lighter relaxation. I always come out feeling so much better. She and the front office staff are always very friendly and professional.

Made clear my expectations from appointment. Jade ignored my expectations. She spent more time putting rocks on my face then addressing my trouble zone. She spent maybe 1 min on each hand and an additional 3 on the arms. The rest was spent neck and back. I am well aware of my body and left with zero relief. My boyfriend has helped my hands more at home. The shocking thing is right from appointment start I said I have a new phone and it's smaller this is one thing that's changed since pain has started. Obviously it's related. She agreed it was likely muscle Pain in thumbs due to that before we even started. Yet she spent the whole time on my back and neck. I feel robbed of nearly 100 dollars. I am now going to work in pain. Rather then being in the right direction of treatment

I was in my early 30's when, through my tears, I couldn't get up off of my couch and found myself limping my way into Denis' office. I have spondylolisthesis and really injured my spine figure skating as a kid. Through his care and expert attention, I have transformed into the healthiest and strongest person I've EVER been. I am extremely active now! I've hiked the Inca Trail, can play with kids, and have even now taken up stilt walking as a physical theatre performer. I see Denis on a regular basis to maintain this wonderful state of mobility.

About a week ago, I was unfortunately rear-ended in my vehicle. Afraid at first how this would set me back considering my pre-existing condition (definitely scared me), after just a few appointments I can tell that I will bounce back quickly under the care of Denis and his team.

I am so grateful. I seriously feel I can trust Denis with my life.because that is what he consistently gives back to me.my ability to live an active and vibrant life. I recommend him and his team to the moon an back.

Suffered from 'tennis elbow' for the past several years and finally decided to seek physiotherapy treatment at Momentum - certainly, one of my wisest decisions. Carlee and Maddison at MH Westbrook were utmost professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They used technology to help me understand the root cause of the condition, and the many exercises they provided relieved my pain and discomfort in a short timeframe (i.e, 1.5 mths).
