Receiver name crage i don’t know the exact name but his behaviour was rude towards drivers, I requested to him to offload but abused me for nothing.

If you are a small company they won't sell materials. They say we are out of stock. Meanwhile we see a lot of cranes going in and out. So if you want to do any renovation for your home you have to call the big ones. And you know how they charge

Very bad experience with seth harcus. He is not having manner to talk with a lady. I am his customer he opened our account. I was trying to get material from him but he is not giving to us as he told that we are small company and not giving business to them. Infront of us he gave material to other people who having big companies in sake of his business. He threatened me on phone too that he will close my account. This is called racism.

I've always enjoyed doing business with Monarch, but don't waste your time going here anymore. They won't open any new accounts and they won't sell to homeowners or private purchasers, regardless of how big your order is. I struggle to see how turning away a 20K purchase is a good business strategy. Notwithstanding supply chain issues, this is how you run a business into the ground, by turning away one customer at a time. I went up the road to a competitor and they were happy for the business, and when the supply chain issues are long over, I'll continue to deal with their competitor.

I went to their Stampede BBQ! WOW, they went all out. Free swag, face painting, toys for the kids, live music, and even an ice cream truck! I love the staff as well. They make it a point to remember your name! What a friendly place and very helpful. Thanks guys!

I'm truck driver I came here to deliver load my appointment was 10 clock but I reached here 10.40 they didn't unload me and said come tomorrow morning 9.30 next day I reached 9.30 but they didn't unload me before 11 clock.it's highly bad experience.

Won’t ever buy from this place again. Couldn’t get supplies because these guys decided to serve their biggest customers only when shortages happened, effectively putting my business on notice as I’m a smaller contractor.

Thank you. I know not to use you guys in the future when times get slow and you’re begging for more business.

Still can’t purchase materials I need for jobs.

Been dealing with Monarch for years, we used to deal with Roof mart, but we had way too many problems with them and moved all of our business to Monarch. They have been great to deal with, and in our experience service the client, and deal with any issues that come up.

I arrived right before closing, they were still super helpful even though I was one of those customers

I came into Monarch to try to find help for my siding needs. The whole time I was in the show room I felt invisible to the staff at Monarch. They seemed way more concerned about conversations concerning last weekends trip the the Casino then helping customers. Not to mention the profanity that was clearly heard through the sales floor. I came here to seek expert advice but all I found was a lack of professionalize and lack lustre Attitudes.
I would think again before visiting them

Good place, great price. The girls at the desk are cute and very good at there jobs, and the boys in the back are pretty fast at getting my orders together. One of the best suppliers I've been at

People are very knowledgeable and have an excellent supply of siding I highly recommend going there if you're trying to match up anything you need signing ways and they also sell Roofing all kinds at a great price, quality service with a smile.

Impatient representatives - we are trying to order material - I emailed last week to order - no reply to my email, I followed up this week - get a reply and tell me to cross my fingers it will be here next week. Our PM calls in to get more information as we need to service our clients with better timeline. Still quite rude on the phone - ask us to call each day to get an update.
I have worked customer service for a long time - trust me that you can do a better job at communicating and put your clients at ease with their ordering. (This is for the Siding Department) -

Getting quicker! I like it total time from ordering material & picking up in the back was 10-15mins.

The staff are friendly, selection is great. This is my go to supplier for all my exterior jobs.

As a contractor, I sometimes get here for exterior finishing materials. Typically if/when we are short on supplied materials or for smaller jobs/repairs. Depending on whom you get as a sales person, I have found the pricing drastically fluctuates. Having said that, they did make a affordable custom J channel for me to suit an unusual situation/repair.

Attention to the owner of Monarch roofing centre. I just want to share my experience with you guys. I was not happy with your workers because they screwed up my delivery and now they are ignoring me and they do not want to take full responsible for that and I do not really appreciate that. I am absolutely not going to waste my time again to work with those kind of people again and will be taking my business someplace else. I just want to share this so other people will be alarmed with these kind of situations and I do not want this kind of incidents happening to others.

Take your metal flashing design here and they bend it up in quick order. Very good staff and service.
