Money Mart

I want to give a better review.
I really do, as I have been a customer of Money Mart faithfully for almost 40 years.
After this experience however, I will never step foot into another Money Mart as long as I live.
Don't die while you have a loan out! That's all I will say!
I literally died 3 times from heart attack and was in icu for a week and recovery for a over a week after that. I couldn't call or let anyone know. When I did get rhe ability to call, I did and was told don't worry, I'll make a note on your file. Made payment arrangements for this following Friday. Should have been good right?
Nope, check my account only to find they have tried to take their damn payment twice since last Thurs. The day after I called. So now have over $100 in bounce fees after I made arrangements with them. What's the point of saying I made a not on your file and it's fine?
Well guess what Money Mart? You shot yourself in the foot because my bank will take those bounce fees before you get your money so guess what you are not going to get again this week!
Next time you make arrangements with someone, be honorable and keep your word!
Especially when their dying is out of their control!
What if they didn't revive me? Then what would you have done?

Anjulyn did excellent job today. I want to receive money from western union and went to other Money mart but they don’t have cash but come to this location anjulyn process it and send it directly to my account. Her customer services really excellent. I am really happy when I leave the store.

This is the only Money Mart Branch that gives you the BEST service all the time compared to other branches I came across. They are very quick and accommodating. I highly recommend this branch. I will never go anywhere else even if I have to walk a little from the nearest bus stop because the staff are nice and helpful.
