My new favourite location because of Betty such a lovely lady, full of knowledge! She is such a nice human, very helpful, and great to chat with. She made my rough day a lot better. Thank you Betty

I didn’t catch her name but, the fabulous lady with the purple pen, she is phenomenal, very kind & understanding, gave me helpful advice. 10/10!

Normally I like this location the workers do a good job. However I had a busy weekend and had a very small window to go pay my loan payment, on Friday I went and the parking lot was full, no street parking was available anywhere nearby. Then on Sunday they were supposed to be open until 4pm, it says it on Google, their website, and the door. I went at 3: 20pm and it was already closed. This is unacceptable, if they are closed at 3pm, that should be advertised.

Betty was the most amazing and helpful person I could’ve met today! After having horrible experiences at 2 other stores, I was finally able to get things sorted out! If I could give her 10 stars for her personality alone I would!

My husband and I were just in there on Friday the 10th at 330 and Betty helped us. She is AMAZING. We will never go to any other money mart. Thanks Betty for all your help and making everything so easy.

Money mart was very professional in handling any issues and the cashier was very patient and help get my transaction completed and on my way

Depending on the staff member, this location can be helpful or not. I just called to get a 2 minute answer about my loan that may prevent me from going there after work and I was told she can't help me right now. Bit I've had other staff say way nicer that unfortunately they are tied up and took my name and number to call me back. That was not offered. Some employees can be very rude.

Since I been there 4 months ago I like the services and professionalism and now I only go there to pay my bills,

Betty that works at the 17th ave and 36st se is amazing always friendly, happy and just all around great service!

To be honest Darcy and tabby and this other lady on on weekends are the best at what they do.
Can say alot but will keep short, amazing ladys and for me, they make this business easy for me each time (not only service is great) but they are remarkable friends to see them each time i send money. Moneymart this ladys are super great to what they do.

If there is a 0 star I will not hesitate to give it to you. I had so so bad experience here I don’t even know how you hired this kind of people who don’t even know how to ask a customer a question. I don’t know her name but she is black that all I know about her. She was so rude with me and she didn’t even care about time I was standing there almost 30 minutes and nothing done. 0 star for you I hope the manager will read this.
