I would like to appreciate the service I got from Money Mart DT, 7th Avenue SW. I Found Both Mr. Sunil and Miss Anish amazing representative in this branch. They both facing the customer with an amazing smile on their faces and try to help the customers as much as possible with a fantastic attitude. I want to admire their help and thank them both for a wonderful service they always introduce.

The angry lady sitting here, instead of helping, providing guidance how to get money sent via money order, she was sending us back with excuse “you need register with money mart”, if I would not challenge her to understand what the registration is about.

I show up 25 mins before close on a Friday night. Door is locked. (Never been locked before) I get in after the guy buzzes me in. To be told no western union because they stop earlier in the day and that's NEVER happened before. C'mon dude if you really don't wanna work don't go to work. Some of would kill for a job right now

Anish was the agent who served me at Money Mart. She was so friendly, patient and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by her efforts to get me the loan I needed. I have been to the same Money Mart a few times now. Every time I go there I look forward to see Anish’s smile as she professionally serves. Please give Anish a promotion. She deserves it! She will continue to ‘wow’ customers like myself with her positive, kind and friendly attitude. Hats off to Anish for a job well done!

These Ladies are amazing.

I was a customer of Money Mart for a long time and they always treat people very kind. I never seen people complaining about money mart. They always smile on me and help my needs. As I said again I never seen emotes better than the ladies and gentlemen that works in this store.

Janice and anish (i think her name is) were very helpful and the transaction went very smoothly even when the guy walk in with his pants around his knees. They were very professional and calm about it. Once he left they completed my transaction and even apologized for it.

Extraordinary service! Walked in and was in a rush as I was running behind and the amount of time it took for her to help me with my request was so easy & fast! She was so very kind, courteous, and very understanding! Thank you so much Janice for making my experience at your location one to remember and I will most defiantly be back!

I felt Unwelcome by the lack of service by one of the ladies due rude and lack of full sentence of good communication, lack of the reasons when they denied a service requested. She has not showed interest to give a good service by her non- verbal communication- body, unwanted face gestures from her. Looks like that lady is all the time with bad mood. As I am a regular customer at that store.

MoneyMart offered a "reprieve" on payments at the beginning of the COVID crisis, in which I was falsely led to believe that this would put a pause on the accrued interest in this time. Three months later, I just received a call telling me that I owed them nearly $250 more than the outstanding balance I had remaining with them. The rest of the world is bleeding money, and MoneyMart took advantage of this situation to pad their pockets and betray their customers. Absolutely disgusted. Will NEVER come to them in the future.
