The newer lady Carmela is very polite, makes the process very easy unlike other place when you do western union. Very good with customers anytime I’m in store.

Not a good experience for me visiting this location. Whenever I visit them to pickup a western money transfer from my relatives I will wait for hours before been served. It appears staff things the money transfer to me is scams. I was surprised a staff telling me she was putting a note on my file to pay an extra $6 next time if they have to issue me a cheque when I was not even desperate for the money. I believe she could tell me to visit another branch should in case she can't attend to my request. The staff I met today didn't give me a good customer service. I am able to justify any cash send to me by my relatives without a glitch.

They are always with when I need financial help. When everyone turned around they are there to welcomed me. Really like the service provided by Pratik in this location. I will definitely recommend this financial service store to everyone. Really professional and courteous staff. My five stars to them.

The guy (Partic) who worked on my loan here was very fast and professional. I didn't have to leave my work truck for long to get the loan process done. I would recommend to anyone in a pickle!

They accepted aish as an income and were more than glad to help me, got a minimal loan but it's a start and they were extremely friendly. Thank you cash money I look forward to business in the future.

The store is at a proximity to my house. I feel better assisted and advised when i go there to do my money transfer rather than going to a bank. The staff on store 2146 Edmonton AB was very professional and friendly in handling the transaction. I immediately noticed their warm welcoming smile as soon as I entered the establishment. The transaction was brief and perfect. Highly recommended and I will definitely go back.
