That lady I dealt with.can’t recall her name I think it started with P. But she was amazing and truly helpful. Highly recommend that branch. Way better, friendlier and amazing than the other branches

I went to this location and the lady named Jane helped me. She was very accomodating and friendly. I'm very happy with the service received.

If I can give ZERO stars I absolutely would. The worse customer service set of skills on the Filipino lady who works the evening shifts. Treats you like you’re some criminal. I needed to cash my check that I got back from a house deposit to put on another house. And she said she has to call and verify the place yet I have all the paper work to show everything and all the emails. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY CAN And made me drive all the way from AIRDRIE JUST FOR HER TO ACT LILE A COW! She’s ridiculous! Get a job somewhere you can take your anger out out someone clearly your not meant to be in customer service.

Rhoda is a very good work and a people person that is love by everyone she make me want to come back everytime

Best lady to approach for your loan’s installment or anything is Jane. She gives excellent service for her customers and will help you out most! ….

By far the worst Money Mart location to deal with when taking out a loan when you ask them to make sure the loan payment comes out the day after your payday and they take the payment two days before your payday when you have no money in your account leaving you in the red in your bank account and screwing up your Christmas because they did not listen to you over and over again I have asked them to make sure all payments come out after 6th and after 21st this location can go to hell

Very disappointed in the service I got they tried telling me I already cashed my check because my signature was on my check so they wouldn't cash it if I could give no stars I would have 1 star and that's not deserved

Setup a reloadable credit card at the store and you would think since we loaded it there, the associates would activate it for us but they didn't. Didn't even let us know that the card needed to be activated before use so we had no idea it when it wasn't working for 2 weeks.

Anirudh is such an excellent person. Great customer service. He made my day and I’m very pleased for his professionalism and the help he gave me. Highly recommended to see him when you are at money mart.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would 1000% in the midsts of what seemed like a financial dilemma with no solution in sight I found EXACTLY what I needed when I stepped into this location. The service was accommodative and informative, especially Anirudh who was highly professional, brilliant, friendly and very helpful; went above and beyond to find the best plan of action for my given situation. He laid out all of the information for me, made sure I understood and was well aware of what I was doing and was just a joy out of my very otherwise bleak day. He single handedly lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders. He also help me with the referral program. In conclusion I love this program it was SIMPLE and QUICK and EASY and will definitely recommend to anyone.

IF THERE WAS ANYTHING LOWER THAN 0 I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN IT.
I visited this location on the 29th of last december, to cash money.there was a long line up, while waiting my attention was caught by the coldness of one of the associate with the customers.when it was my turn by my luck she was the 1 that I will deal with; anyways she greeted me with an iron face I told her that I want to cash money, she said in a very rude way that they are not giving cash (like I'm begging for money). I told her I've been waiting for so long you could have just print it and stick it to any glass so I won't loose my time. Than the real BEAST came out of its cage.she started yelling: " Do you want me to tell each customer we don't have cash we don't have cash? " I replaid: " That's not what I ment". She repeated the same thing she said before in the same rude way. I said: " That's way I said print (WE DON'T HAVE CASH) and stick it somewhere so people won't loose time" and she kept yelling. Unfortunately none of the assocaites wear a name budge. She has a long silky black hear and an accent. By the way that was not the first time that I had an issue in this location!

I would like to recognized the job well done by Rhoda who is very professional, provides timely, attentive and upbeat service to the customers, Her service is excellent!

I've been this outlet many times to get money from western union and everytime they don't have cash always offer money order or e-transfer they should consider giving cash coz some people need cash.
