This afternoon, I visited this location and immediately I was greeted by Cecilia and Aries. They were amazing and extremely kind. I appreciate their work ethic and patience as the computers and systems were crashing continuously. They informed me and kept me updated throughout the loan process and were working vigorously to resolve the issue. Of course it took a little longer but I am very thankful for their help! I strongly suggest this location as the staff are wonderful! The staff are such kind and friendly people and my sisters, mother and I truly enjoy the experience we have every time due to the staffs hospitality! Thank you Cecilia and Aries for your hard work and keep it up!

Every time I come to this branch the lady who alway's helping me she is helpful and very professional, I don't know her name but i have on my receipt initial is CM.

Any time i’ve ever needed a loan or was strapped for cash, money mart always found a way to help me out.i don’t know her exact name but the initials on my receipt say CM, i’ve dealt with her numerous times and every time she was helpful professional and informative.

Employees are really good service even if I am western union receiving if they don't have extra cash they reserve for us. They find ways to accommodate me. BM is very professional.

I would give 0 star if I could head office very rood! And careless, they will send u back and force one department to other when u want to skip payment during covid 19!
They said they don’t care covid19 they will damage your credit anyways,

I have been dealing with Money Mart for a few years now, starting with Cecilia when she was at Deerfoot Meadows location, always always received top customer service! When she informed me she was transferring to Shawnessey location, I followed her there!:)
Cecilia and Deepak have always provided top customer service!

The older Asian man was rude. Never go to this place. Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is my third time at this place.bad experience.they never pay the cash I need to receive. I do not understand the reason for a Wester Union agency if they never have enough cash in their store. Wasting my time.

Always a different set of hoops to jump through every time I bring someone here to cash a cheque. No set standard at all. Spend way longer here than it should take. Wanna feel frustrated and treated like your a criminal trying to cash a $75 GST cheque? Come to Money Mart today!

These douche bags don’t know a thing about customer service. Never have cash to give from Western Union, and wish they lost their license before scamming anyone into their ridiculous cash loans.

They are good enough to deal with normal money transactions inside and outside Canada.they just need to put a smile on their faces.

Absolute worst service! Avoid this money mart location! The service is horrible, specifically from the chinese man there. Very rude, will give you a very bad attitude and snotty remarks. I have never been treated so poorly or watched others ahead of me be treated so poorly when going to cash a cheque and caution anyone looking to do the same, DO NOT go to this location.
