Really delicious coffee. Had a pourover from Panama which was sweet and delicious. Friendly service and a cute vibe - not a ton of seating though during busier times.

Do not order from them online. Had a really poor experience and was tricked into a subscription (they refused to cancel it).
Make sure you read the fine print. Not something I thought I'd have to say for a Canadian coffee company.

Truly love Monogram! Their quality of coffee, their incredible team, and the overall experience is truly wonderful!

Consistent coffee and quality at a premium price.
Good amount of parking spaces inside a parking lot.
Was told there are no mugs for the larger size (16oz) drinks because usually I prefer to waste less whenever I can. There were 3 fall/autumn seasonal drinks but not super appealing (PSL, and golden turmeric, etc). Tables are limited and strangely narrow and uncomfortablely far from the chair/seat. Like it’s very lengthy so if someone sat across from you, the arm and leg space would be very awkward.
Barista kept touching his face and stroking his hair while/between making the drinks.
