Since I bought my car 2 years ago, they have been open and honest, giving great advise and looking for ways to save money. Riley at the front is awesome. If you have a German car, GO THERE.

Horrible attitude and execution. There are better options out there if you need a tune-up or repair.

I needed my car battery cover installed (my partner had partially installed just the battery with the cover since it broke down in -40 C weather, and he got too sick to help finish the job). I was so lucky to find Monza Auto! Not only were they able to fit me in during a packed and busy day, they refused to charge me for the job. Thank you again for everything? !

I have a cousin who’s a mechanic in Edmonton. Other shops have suggested work for my car that my cousin thought was…. ‘Excessive’ (to put in lightly).

Monza has never suggested anything that was not necessary. I’ve always been satisfied with the price and will be going to them no matter where I live in the city.

Honest, fast and was a no frill experience. Very knowledgeable! Would reccomend coming to them for any maintenance items.

Great customer service, they listen to the customers point of view of the problem and diagnose it fairly, safely and reliably. Did my front breaks with no issue (rotators and pads), oil change and general maintenance. Riley at the front is knowledgeable guy! Would recommend to take your car for any repairs needed!

The first time my husband and I went to Vince for our cars, Vince did something that I was shocked about. I got into an accident going to his place. I was so upset! Vince fixed my car within a couple of days and he felt so bad for me that he didn’t charge me! He felt bad that I got into an accident going to see him. This was at least 10 or so years ago! Vince has not changed since we met him that day! (Except I have to pay now! Hahaha). If it’s a little thing, I ask him how much? He just says with a smirk on his face, have a nice day dear! He always knows what’s wrong with our cars. The best part about Vince? He’s honest! He won’t pretend there’s a problem if there isn’t one! He always makes sure the guys that he pays to work for him, are guys he can trust. Thank you Vince.and all you guys for the work you do for us!

Absolutely amazing shop. Incredibly trust worthy, upfront, accommodating, and reasonably priced. The best service I have ever received from a mechanic. Clean and well looked after shop with very friendly mechanics. They walked me through everything they did, and taught me how to do some extra stuff myself that I was worried about. They ended up saving me a ton of money. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
